I'm a guy and haven't done a mani-pedi in years.... and some of these places just feel weird to a guy.... and you wonder if people really know what they are doing and are doing what you need. But this place was clean and friendly, staff can speak English, nothing weird. Main thing though is the person working on me was clearly a pro, knew what she was doing, worked hard on my calloused feet, and did a fantastic job. The lady rushed my pedicure, cut my nails really short, and created an ingrown nail by cutting the edges short and now my toe is hurting from the pressure of not being able to remove the ingrown she created. I really tried to like this place but the rushed services aren't it. I got my eyebrows waxes and they're amazing. I just don't recommend the pedicures. read more

Wonderful salon! I only treat myself to a pedicure once or twice a year, so I was nervous to try a new place, but this place lives up to its excellent reviews. The woman who greeted me was friendly and welcoming, the salon was clean and bright, and they have a good color selection. A deluxe pedicure was $55 and included a scented foot bath, a wrap, hot stone massage, extended leg and foot massage, clipping and prepping my nails, and my choice of regular polish. I was pleasantly surprised by the massage chairs, because they were easy to operate and actually gave an effective massage. This salon is calm and quiet, perfect for a relaxing pedicure. When I am ready to treat myself to another pedicure, I will definitely visit this salon again. read more

You 112% need to go here! Kara was lovely! They were kind and courteous and made room for my manicure as a walk in at a convenient time a bit later. The regular manicure includes a hand and forearm massage with lotions, oils and a hot stone and steamed warm towel. The work is beautiful, painless, and top notch! The selection of polishes is extensive and they provide a clean environment with access to a pretty hand washing station, water bottles, and separators for COVID safety. I wish I could share the sentiment of the other reviewers. Maybe some of the technicians here are better than others. Unfortunately, my pedicure was not only sloppy but painful. $30 for a regular pedicure is not the cheapest in town, so I expect it to be thorough. The hot stones and half-a$$ed shoulder rub are just a bonus. The focus should be on my feet. The pain started with the filing of my nails and pushing back the cuticles. She was just way too rough and pushing down way too hard. They should be using wooden cuticle sticks; I hate those stainless steel ones. They can injure your nail bed, especially using as much pressure as she did. She hardly spent any time on callus removal, maybe 15 seconds each foot. The foot scrub was applied only to my calves, for literally 5 seconds. My feet never received a scrub. WTH? Even applying polish was sort of painful, as she was digging her nails into the tender portion of my toes just underneath the nail. By now you may think, this woman must have a low tolerance for pain. That may be so, but the the icing on the cake was when she pulled so hard on a cuticle (rather than cutting only what's loose) that my toe started bleeding. It wouldn't stop bleeding even after I left, and let me tell you, I couldn't wait to get out of there. Finally, they have a big sign in the window saying "American Express welcome" but they only take Visa. read more

Update: so I actually loved them when I went but the polish came off on the silk wrapped nails within 2 days. I went back and got it fixed and paid for them again, and again 2 days later the gel is off. It's too bad because honestly everything else was pretty great I just wish they had offered to fix for free or at least fixed it correctly. A little shoulder massage with every service and the basic pedi includes a leg scrub and a hot stone foot massage! Love this place! 7/2020 This place has gone beyond to ensure their employees and customers are safe during the covid pandemic! They require masks, take temperatures, have plexi-glass at the each station and sanitize the stations between each customer appointment. I visited this location with two of my friends on Saturday at around 2pm and was met by a very unfriendly technician who was visibly upset we had walked in. Immediately she began speaking loudly at the other technicians in her language and told us to come back tomorrow. She was very rude in the way she spoke to us and the place wasn't even busy. In addition, their sign said they did not close until 4pm. I had a pedicure here before and had a good experience that I wanted to share with my friends; however, it is evident that this place does not take walk-ins and are very rude if you don't have an appointment. I came here over the weekend and I was very pleased with my mani/pedi. Everyone there was super nice and I enjoyed every second of my time. The hot rock massage was a plus and felt so good on my calves! I do have to say that I did feel bad because I kept some of the employees after closing (I came 30 minutes before closing), but they did not mind at all and did not rush anything. They even offered to let me stay longer so that my nails could dry before I left. Overall, I appreciated the professionalism and cleanliness of the salon. Also, polish doesn't seem to be current and I've had to ask them to thin a polish that is too old/thick. Manicure $17 and is adequate but not special.
