I love long romantic walks to the nail salon. Your nails are jewels. This cute salon is tucked off Colfax. Not the easiest to get to but there's plenty of street parking. Walking in, it's clean, cheerful and welcoming. Every staff member is so kind and friendly. My nail tech Jackie was wonderful. Meticulous with attention to detail, she did both my dip manicure and paraffin pedicure. I love that both services offer hot towels and hot stone on your pedicure with incredible massages. If you're looking for unique nail design, nail art or bling, this is not the place for it. They stick to simple nails. However, I love they don't use the drill unless needed to remove your polish or prepare your nails. It's organic in that sense. With that said, the price was quite hefty for nail service with no frills. I appreciate the great customer service. For me, my nails are a signature and I need more flair to them. I'm trying to get on a routine of getting my nails done once a month since I have issues with nail biting. They got me in the same day that I called. The salon was clean and the employees were very nice and treated me well which I appreciated. I don't really do long nails because I don't really like the feeling and since I do jiu jitsu that just doesn't work well for me. Anyways, I did dip powder as that lasts a long time for me and it makes things more affordable for me. They did my nails in a timely manner and got me on my way. I definitely will return here and get my nails done here again read more

I have bi-weekly pedicures due to how my nails grow. I asked them to get this one toenail (not an ingrown but similar) - they sort of got it out. My polish did not stay on my toenails for the 2 weeks. I never have chipped polish after 2 weeks on my toes. I'm hoping it was bad polish but I also haven't returned since. read more

I kind of don't want to blow this spot up but they are legit one of the best spots in Denver. Nice, reasonably priced, and pays attention to detail. If you want designs, this isn't your shop but they do specialty nails, like cat's eye and chrome. Honestly, it's a little out of my way but it's totally worth the drive. I was in search for a new salon and they did not disappoint! I called earlier today and was able to get an appointment for the same day. I was serviced by Ella and she did an amazing job. She took her time and really made sure my nails were in good shape. I've never had a salon pay such meticulous attention to my nails before. My cuticles were trimmed to perfection. When it came to applying the gel, Ella took her time and made sure the polish didn't get on my skin or cuticles. This is my main concern when I go to other salons--I've had so many previous manicures that didn't last because they flooded my cuticles or got polish on my skin. Now this salon is different. After curing, Ella noticed I had gotten polish on the side of my nail and she began to file and use acetone to get rid of it! That's when I knew I had found my new go to salon. She was also very understanding when I asked to change polish color mid manicure when I realized I chose a shade to light. Another upside is that at the end of the manicure I got a back and hand massage. I am so pleased by my experience. My nails look exactly like the reference photo I showed beforehand. Looked for a highly-rated nail salon open on a Monday near my house. I never would have found Snow White without Yelp. They're on a side street off of Colfax and don't have eye catching signage. I was worried at first but I'm glad I came in. Just got a pedi for today from Jackie. Good selection of polish colors. Wasn't offered a list of crazy pedi options, but I'm good with that. Straight forward, thorough nail cleaning and leg/foot massage. Included a brief hot stone massage which were left under my feet as a hot towel was used to remove excess moisturizer. That was followed by a hot wax treatment of my heels that stayed on as my toes were painted. A cooling gel was rubbed into my legs before I was packed up and moved over to the drying fans. And a brief neck and shoulder massage wrapped it up. I was also given a punch card for a discount after the 10th visit. $43 for a little bit of everything is a nice change of pace and a great idea! Visiting Denver and needed my nails done, searched on Yelp and this place came highly recommend. I called and they were able to take me in 30 minutes. Jenny was so nice and very friendly, they had a pretty selection of the dip powder nails that I normally do. I selected a pretty blue color and regardless that it was close to the end of their business day Jenny took her time and was very detail oriented doing my nails. A really nice touch is they provided a shoulder, arm and hand massage, which is something almost no salons do anymore. This was the nicest touch. I'm so glad I found this place! I called to see if they could fit me in and they were able to accommodate me the same day. I desperately needed my acrylics taken off which is quite the process - Sarah meticulously did this for me at no charge. I then went on to get a gel mani done. She definitely pampered me and brought my hands and nails back to life - my appointment ended with a nice hand massage that's left my hands smelling amazing! It was affordable and they offer a stamp card loyalty program - $17 off after 10 visits. When they heard I was a first time customer, I also got an additional discount. The salon is spacious, clean and tastefully decorated inside. The techs are polite and friendly. Parking is easy to find along the streets. I can't wait to go back! read more

Honestly the best place I've ever been to, their service is great. The owner is so kind. Sara and Stella did our mani/pedis and they are amazing! Will come back to them for sure. Covid: They take everyone's temperature before coming in and also provide hand sanitizer. Very clean and all the ladies wear a mask and it's required for customers to do so as well. The final product: My sister got mani pedi by Sarah and Stella did mine. Very thorough job and very beautiful work. We got the ocean and the tea pedicure and it was a wonderful experience. People were very nice and it was fine however when my daughter made an appt they said they only cover nails, they don't use any tips --so you have to already have long nails to come here. This place is a hidden gem!! I've had manicure/pedicures around the neighborhood at nail salons, and at super fancy and very pricey spas. Snow White's service was comparable to a fancy spa for sure!! I got a 6-minute massage with a regular pedicure!! The care Ella took in those 6-minutes was above and beyond the norm. Ella also gave me a neck and shoulder massage after the manicure that was sooo relaxing! 5 stars is not enough! The experience was such a treat I got my daughter-in-law a gift card. I've been going to a nail salon up the street from me for years. My friend invited me to Snow White and I have t looked back since. When you walk in, the place is very clinic with beautiful decor. You will be greeted by Jenny, the owner, with so much excitement and love. You'll feel right at home. All of the women are kind, sweet and gentle. You'll have an array of pedicure options. The massages are times, so they don't rush you. $65 pedicure will get you 30 min massage, two hot towel treatment and callus removal. Same treatment with manicures. Per my wife: If you find yourself in Aurora, this is the only nail salon to go to. Walking into this place transforms you from the less than desirable location, into a peaceful space. The ladies working today were so wonderful and soiled my daughter after a long weekend of soccer. She had the regular pedicure, which was luxurious, and a gel manicure. I had the New York pedicure with lavender adder, amazing. The massage on my legs could have put me to sleep. There is a special treat at the end, which I'll leave as a surprise for those who come in. This was a beautiful place that had incredible service! I came here on a lunch break with low expectations, but my goodness! I would probably cross town and wait in line to come here again! I had Jackie and she was so attentive to detail! She spent an hour on my pedicure before she even painted my nails, I have never had such a long massage and pampering as a basic pedicure--there was nothing basic about it. She really took her time in making sure my feet were smooth and hydrated. She painted my nails perfectly, and I mean they were perfect! In this part of town I would not expect this amazing experience. I've been to very fancy and costly spas and their pedicure doesn't compare to the job Jackie did. I would say call ahead to give them time to set up, but there were walk ins while I was in there and they were able to get to them too. Would HIGHLY recommend! read more

I am writing to share my experience following a service appointment at this location. I received a…read moremale Brazilian and full butt wax yesterday, and my esthetician was Reagan. The service itself was performed well, and I was satisfied with the quality of the wax. However, the subsequent events have caused significant disappointment and lead me to strongly advise caution to other male clients. The day after my service, I was unexpectedly contacted by the manager and informed that I was banned from the establishment due to an "inappropriate conversation" with the esthetician. This notification was perplexing, as the conversation in question was initiated by the esthetician's small talk. During the service, Reagan asked about my weekend plans. When I initially mentioned that the plans were personal, she indicated that was acceptable. I then shared that my wife and I planned to visit The Scarlet Ranch, a known lifestyle club. As my wife and I are open about our lifestyle, I was willing to engage in general, surface-level discussion. Reagan continued to actively participate, asking multiple follow-up questions about the club's atmosphere, membership fees, types of events, and clientele. I was careful to keep my responses strictly professional and non-sexual, focusing on logistical and social aspects. At no point during this sustained conversation did the esthetician indicate that she felt uncomfortable or ask to change the subject. Therefore, receiving a call informing me I was banned--and being told by the manager that the conversation was "inappropriate to have while getting a male Brazilian"--was a significant surprise. It seems highly unprofessional to ban a paying customer without the service provider communicating any discomfort during the interaction. Feedback on Communication and Professionalism: For the management and staff: Professional protocol dictates that if a client's conversation makes a staff member uncomfortable, the staff member must clearly and politely redirect or end the topic of conversation. Customers cannot be expected to know a provider's boundaries, especially when the provider is actively engaging and asking follow-up questions. A simple, "I prefer to keep our conversation limited to the service," would have been sufficient and professional. This lack of professional communication has resulted in the loss of a repeat client and has created an unnecessarily unpleasant experience. I urge management to review their policies on staff interaction and boundary setting. Recommendation for Male Clients: Due to this experience, I do not recommend this establishment for males seeking a Brazilian wax. While the technique was good, the overall lack of staff maturity and professionalism in handling client conversations is concerning. Prospective clients might consider alternatives like European Wax Center for a lower-cost option. I hope this feedback leads to better communication practices so that other clients do not feel targeted or confused in the future.

The inside is clean and organized but not that many seats for customers. They do offer a variety of treatments such as massage, eyebrow tattooing, facials, laser hair removal, etc. The staff is bilingual and very friendly, professional and efficient.
