I went to this salon a few days ago while traveling in Denver. I think the only positive was that the salon was clean. When i walked in, I wanted the regular set with regular polish, which was listed as $45 on their menu. The lady at the front told me to pick out my gel color- I told her that I didn't want gel. She said they only had gel or dip for the full set and both were $60. You cannot get the full set with regular polish for $45 as it is listed- so some false advertising, but okay- I will get the gel. The nail service was terrible. Paint was done poorly and a good amount was left on my fingers. But the worst part was that I was cut several times and now my fingers along the cuticle are swollen. Something that was applied to the cuticles burned horrendously. If you look through the pictures, you can see cuts, blood and swelling. The first two pictures are from two days after the service and the next three are from an hour after. Honestly, I'm just now hoping I don't get any infections. read more

This salon was nice & bright with lots of pedicure & manicure stations. In fact, the place is huge. Customer service was just so/so. You are greeted with a hello and that's about it. There is a lot of talking between employees tho. I had an appointment for a Saturday morning. My nail tech was on time & handed me a menu to choose the type of pedicure I wanted. I had the Spa Pedicure for $40 & as advertised it is about 25-30 minutes. This included trimming, shaping & buffing nails plus cuticle grooming. This was all good. I didn't receive the callus treatment that was part of the package, which I really could have used. The tech just scrubbed my feet. The lotion massage was very very light, I wouldn't even call it a massage & it was too short. I'm accustom to a longer massage. Also, the massage was only on my calves not on my feet. I expected both. I did have the hot towel wrap which felt good & my nails were painted perfectly. Overall, some highs & some lows. read more

This is the fastest time I've had my nails pop off from a GelX... it started only 4 days after I got them done and they are literally just popping off... it's insane... This nail spa has a very nice feel to it when you first enter. It's bright, has nice tables and chairs. The staff seemed very friendly when I walked in. I just requested a simple manicure. The nail technician who did the manicure seemed a little rushed... maybe upset that I didn't want a gel or another more time consuming, expensive work on my nails? A couple times she bumped this nail or that, then was kind of put out that she had to fix the problem. What I noticed when I was seated at the manicure table was that the nail technicians didn't interact with any of the customers. Not with me... but also not with any of the other customers. And it was busy. They interacted, quietly with each other. It was all a little unsettling. Not sure I'll be going back. read more

This place has been hit or miss the last few times we've been here. This is our last visit. My daughter's pedicure was done by Tina and was lovely. However mine was rushed and anything but a professional pedicure. Kyle was my technician. He rushed the entire process, maybe a 15min pedicure at most. Kyle didn't trim the cuticles and literally did one swipe per foot with the callous remover. The polish looked like I attempted to do my own nails with my left hand after a bottle of wine. There is a reason why this place has low ratings. Their staff is so rude. Their service is very inconsistent. One time they add artificial nail for free, next time they asked me to pay $15 for the same service. I didn't want to pay extra, so I opted out of my appointment and my companion stayed back to get the pedicure. The staff (Kelly) kept stalling and didn't want to do pedicure for my companion, because I didn't go ahead with mine. I was very pleased with my visit to M. Vince this past weekend. On Sunday, I flew into the Denver airport, and arrived quite early in the day. I was worried that I wouldn't find a nail salon that 1) was open before 11 and 2) would be able to take walk-ins. After a lot of searching, I came across this one, located inside a mall. I couldn't call to make a reservation because they didn't open until 10, so I chanced it and took a drive. When I got there at 10, I was greeted very nicely by the front team. I asked if they had anything available, and they said that they'd make something work. I waited about 7 minutes before I was taken to the back. The place is quite large. The center has manicure chairs in rows, while the outer perimeter is lined with pedicure chairs. It felt like there were close to 50 chairs. When my pedicure started, Sam handed me a list of different pedicures to choose from. I picked one that seemed nice with a cooling wrap. Sam was fantastic. After the pedicure, she walked me to the manicure station, where I asked for gel. I did ask for dip, but she said she didn't know how to do dip and would need to switch out with someone. Instead of her losing my business, I stayed with my original plan. She did a really nice job, and I was very happy when I left. I was not offered drinks as the menu suggested, but I was traveling for work, anyway. Would definitely come back for a girl's day and have some of the mimosas or wine that were advertised ! read more

For a high quality looking salon I think people expect high quality services. I paid $95 for a French Tip pedicure and the whole process felt very rushed although no one was there. My nail tech was very sweet when I expressed my concerns and he apologized, so I appreciate that. He kindly re-did only two nails, but every nail unfortunately looks uneven and messy. I think the salon owners should train or make sure that every technician is equipped. Scanning through other reviews, I can see this is common and I'm not the only one who felt this way about their services. They are super professional and the atmosphere of the establishment is luxurious. For someone who only wears simple, plain nails, it has been difficult to find a salon that is consistent in providing high quality work. Beautiful salon but the quality of nail service and customer service is poor. Rude staff and my nails never last more than a week when I go here. I just got these done and the next day they chipped. That's not even a big deal I can go in to get them fixed right but I did one time and one of the male nail techs was very rude to me because he was getting frustrated that he couldn't find the right color for my French tip. I never leave reviews but this place was beyond disappointing. Came in for a simple gel manicure. Bop was in such a rush doing my nails. The gels were glued to my cuticles and i had black fuzzes in 7 of 10 of my nails which he admitted looked awful and apologized. He then put me to the side to soak my nails in a bowl of acetone. Left me soaking my nails for 30+min as he worked on another persons nails right next to me... there were plenty of other workers who he couldve asked for help. It was only after I brought it to his attention that he said "it needs alittle more time to soak" which he knows well is a lie and he was being very dishonest and u professional. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited 5 more minutes until I decided to leave.
