I have been going to Heiley for about 6 months or so and she never stops impressing me! She is extremely detail oriented and takes her time. She's kind, funny, warm and welcoming. The first time I came in she did a Full Builder Gel Set and since then we do fills. She's always up for creative designs and will deliver exactly what you want every time. Outside of Heiley the spa is super clean and organized and everyone there is very kind. Thank You Heiley for being so incredible and I'll see you in a few weeks! read more

Thank you for making my first nail salon experience wonderful. My nails turned out fabulous for my son's wedding!

First came her back in 2023 and had a great experience, but over time felt the service had changed. So I stopped coming after a while. Today, because I was feeling lazy I decided to give it a shot. I made an appointment and was seen by technician Leanna. I DO NOT regret it! She did my builder gel refill and signature pedicure! I will definitely be coming back to see her! She has earned my loyalty after today's services! Top grade service today! Thank you! read more

I went to this salon a few days ago while traveling in Denver. I think the only positive was that the salon was clean. When i walked in, I wanted the regular set with regular polish, which was listed as $45 on their menu. The lady at the front told me to pick out my gel color- I told her that I didn't want gel. She said they only had gel or dip for the full set and both were $60. You cannot get the full set with regular polish for $45 as it is listed- so some false advertising, but okay- I will get the gel. The nail service was terrible. Paint was done poorly and a good amount was left on my fingers. But the worst part was that I was cut several times and now my fingers along the cuticle are swollen. Something that was applied to the cuticles burned horrendously. If you look through the pictures, you can see cuts, blood and swelling. The first two pictures are from two days after the service and the next three are from an hour after. Honestly, I'm just now hoping I don't get any infections. read more

Very easy to book an appointment, lots of polishes to choose from and fair prices. Love the massage chairs for pedicures. My regular polish usually lasts a month if not longer. On Mother's Day they had complimentary individually packaged fruit cups, croissant sandwiches and treat boxes which was a nice touch read more

This salon was nice & bright with lots of pedicure & manicure stations. In fact, the place is huge. Customer service was just so/so. You are greeted with a hello and that's about it. There is a lot of talking between employees tho. I had an appointment for a Saturday morning. My nail tech was on time & handed me a menu to choose the type of pedicure I wanted. I had the Spa Pedicure for $40 & as advertised it is about 25-30 minutes. This included trimming, shaping & buffing nails plus cuticle grooming. This was all good. I didn't receive the callus treatment that was part of the package, which I really could have used. The tech just scrubbed my feet. The lotion massage was very very light, I wouldn't even call it a massage & it was too short. I'm accustom to a longer massage. Also, the massage was only on my calves not on my feet. I expected both. I did have the hot towel wrap which felt good & my nails were painted perfectly. Overall, some highs & some lows. read more

The service is always amazing. They're very very nice friendly and welcoming. Kids are welcome as well. The only bad experience I had was with one of the nail techs. She had everything that was super hot like the water and then she plugged too much of my cuticle skin and then it hurt afterwards, but other than that, it's a pretty great place. I forgot her name unfortunately read more

This is the fastest time I've had my nails pop off from a GelX... it started only 4 days after I got them done and they are literally just popping off... it's insane... I'm not sure if they don't use the good quality GelX here or if I was cheated because the nails used were very thin and like the regular press ons... but the quality done was just not good. I don't write reviews but for the price I felt this was so ridiculous I need to warn others ... read more

This nail spa has a very nice feel to it when you first enter. It's bright, has nice tables and chairs. The staff seemed very friendly when I walked in. I just requested a simple manicure. The nail technician who did the manicure seemed a little rushed... maybe upset that I didn't want a gel or another more time consuming, expensive work on my nails? A couple times she bumped this nail or that, then was kind of put out that she had to fix the problem. What I noticed when I was seated at the manicure table was that the nail technicians didn't interact with any of the customers. Not with me... but also not with any of the other customers. And it was busy. They interacted, quietly with each other. It was all a little unsettling. Not sure I'll be going back. read more

Nice service and their massage chairs a plus and their decor at their stores beautiful. I have been to three.

This place has been hit or miss the last few times we've been here. This is our last visit. My daughter's pedicure was done by Tina and was lovely. However mine was rushed and anything but a professional pedicure. Kyle was my technician. He rushed the entire process, maybe a 15min pedicure at most. Kyle didn't trim the cuticles and literally did one swipe per foot with the callous remover. The polish looked like I attempted to do my own nails with my left hand after a bottle of wine. Never again, time to find a new salon. read more

I was very pleased with my visit to M. Vince this past weekend. On Sunday, I flew into the Denver airport, and arrived quite early in the day. I was worried that I wouldn't find a nail salon that 1) was open before 11 and 2) would be able to take walk-ins. After a lot of searching, I came across this one, located inside a mall. I couldn't call to make a reservation because they didn't open until 10, so I chanced it and took a drive. When I got there at 10, I was greeted very nicely by the front team. I asked if they had anything available, and they said that they'd make something work. I waited about 7 minutes before I was taken to the back. The place is quite large. The center has manicure chairs in rows, while the outer perimeter is lined with pedicure chairs. It felt like there were close to 50 chairs. When my pedicure started, Sam handed me a list of different pedicures to choose from. I picked one that seemed nice with a cooling wrap. Sam was fantastic. After the pedicure, she walked me to the manicure station, where I asked for gel. I did ask for dip, but she said she didn't know how to do dip and would need to switch out with someone. Instead of her losing my business, I stayed with my original plan. She did a really nice job, and I was very happy when I left. I was not offered drinks as the menu suggested, but I was traveling for work, anyway. Would definitely come back for a girl's day and have some of the mimosas or wine that were advertised ! read more

I normally only review non-chain restaurants but my girlfriend had such a good experience at this nail spa that I had to review. I have only gone to nail spas whenever I get pushed by my sisters but this is definitely the most lavish nail spa I've been to. The service was really good. Mey was very professional and created the perfect design that was just like the picture that my gf wanted. Prices were good from what she said :). read more

There is a reason why this place has low ratings. Their staff is so rude. Their service is very inconsistent. One time they add artificial nail for free, next time they asked me to pay $15 for the same service. I didn't want to pay extra, so I opted out of my appointment and my companion stayed back to get the pedicure. The staff (Kelly) kept stalling and didn't want to do pedicure for my companion, because I didn't go ahead with mine. My suggestion would be please maintain some consistency in your services, and have better customer service. read more

$85 including a $15 tip and not impressed, went for the "extended massage" pedi and the man whom I could barely communicate with did a very light hearted job on the massage, was a complete let down. I was unable to get on the Wi-Fi due not being able to hear him after several tries. He did a good job on the pedi it's self and was detail oriented. Wanted a lemon detail on the toes, and he worked so hard on them. There was consistent cleaning going one which was nice, beautiful decor all around. Probably won't be back tho. read more

Showed this picture asked for exactly what was in the image. She kept on going back and forth with her co workers before starting. Said she couldn't do it and then all of a sudden started doing my nails. After the fact tech stated they can't do a French tip with dip so that's why the whole nail was white. Even though a French tip with dip is on their menu. She said that if I wanted the nails in the picture I should have asked for acrylic. I asked for what was in the picture. I would like my money back. If you can't do it I feel like maybe they shouldn't try and then charge the full amount? Feels like I was used as a trainee being charged for the full price. Will not be coming back. read more
