If you want your nail cuticles with the service (I got gel x extension) it's an additional service worth of $15. Typically this comes with the service itself. I come from SoCal and I pay no more than 55$ for a gel x extension with cuticles and hand massage. So for the install of gel x extension for the price of $75 is really expensive. Also, the gel x came off after the 8th day.... Overall, I don't think the price I paid (~$95 with tip) for and the quality was worth it.

If you're looking for unique nail design, nail art or bling, this is not the place for it. They stick to simple nails. However, I love they don't use the drill unless needed to remove your polish or prepare your nails. It's organic in that sense. She took great care to remove the old polish and clean up my nails. I've never had my nails shaped as perfectly as Kristin did today. And she painted the polish perfectly as well! Within 24 hours made toast started to ache and the following day a giant blister appeared on my big toe and when I touched it, it immediately popped and there was pus all within 24 hours of having them do this pedicure. I should've known when she started clipping and already short toenail. It's been over a week now and my throat definitely must have an ingrown because it aches all the time and now I have to buy a product to try to ease the discomfort. There were more issues with that visit, but they seem benign now compared to my toe basically getting immediately infected. I'll never go back to this place and you shouldn't either.

When i walked in, I wanted the regular set with regular polish, which was listed as $45 on their menu. The lady at the front told me to pick out my gel color- I told her that I didn't want gel. She said they only had gel or dip for the full set and both were $60. You cannot get the full set with regular polish for $45 as it is listed- so some false advertising, but okay- I will get the gel. The nail service was terrible. Paint was done poorly and a good amount was left on my fingers. But the worst part was that I was cut several times and now my fingers along the cuticle are swollen. Something that was applied to the cuticles burned horrendously. If you look through the pictures, you can see cuts, blood and swelling. The first two pictures are from two days after the service and the next three are from an hour after. Honestly, I'm just now hoping I don't get any infections.
