It didn't go well at all. I botched the tops and came running here in a total panic for some emergency damage control. The Rescue Mission & Results: I usually have thicker brows, but after my DIY disaster, they were completely uneven. Thankfully, there was no wait when I walked in. The threader was an absolute lifesaver. She patiently worked her magic, shaped them up perfectly, and somehow made them look completely even and normal again. They went from looking like a Neanderthal to looking absolutely lovely. Value & Efficiency: I've been here a few times before, and they always do a fantastic job. This visit was quick it took maybe 5 to 10 minutes tops, and it only cost $12! The value here is unbeatable for the quality of work they do. Overall Experience: Honestly, my only complaint is that I wish they were located right here in Denver! My hair is sparse, very thin and fine so it's a 5 min wax. I'm in and out. They have salon chairs if you're open to your service in front of others. However they do have private rooms if needed for your service. $11 for armpits and $30 for half legs. Often times when I visit there's a line of 21 people, but it goes by so fast. Usually you put your name on the list and then wait for the service. If there is a long wait, then sometimes I will go and have Korean or Afghanistan or Mexican food in the same shopping center or walk across the street to Milkroll for ice cream. Very convenient, fast process/service and this location has been here over 10 years but run by Nirmala for 7 years since 2019. Bright, cheerful space with lots of seating. Repeat customers tell me a lot about a salon and I have become one of them. You won't find anyone complaining about their services. The techs are friendly and very talented from pedicures to dip and nail art. Everyone is quick and efficient in the services. I'm usually out in two hours for both nail and toe services. Additionally, Bomb probably has the most extensive nail color choices too in gel and dip color. Debbie is my all time favorite and phenomenal. She's an artist. She free styles the dip on my nails and is spectacular with nail art. I come up with an idea and she usually adds more style to it. Regular pedicures are a full service with hot towels and callus removal. It will run about $45 with gel color. Despite the prices listed online, I can't figure out the exact cost for my nail services. My first time, it was only $65 for my dip and nail art. Then the last few times my nail service jumped up to $100. I had the same service of overlay and art on my nails. I also am surprised you don't get any nail service like cuticle removal when doing the dip and for that cost. Leaving with a $145 tab (not including 20-25% gratuity) is a bit pricey and unexpected. If you're on a budget, perhaps stick to regular or gel services. They are worth it because my nails never chip, crack or break. My nail service lasts over 4-6 weeks but I come in sooner since they grow way too long. Nails are such an accessory statement for me and I'm thrilled I found a Denver salon that compares to my Arizona counterparts. Last month, I went in for a full set, and everything seemed to go well. I was happy with my nails and even left a good tip. A couple of weeks later, I started noticing a lot of discomfort and pain. After taking a closer look, I realized that my acrylic nails had been filed so thin that they had essentially become embedded into my natural nails. It wasn't just one nail--most of them had some degree of damage, although one was significantly worse than the others. I never hit, broke, or injured my nails during the time I had them on, so I don't believe this was caused by anything I did. To prevent further damage, I had to trim the acrylics down because I was worried about ripping off my natural nails. Once I soaked them off, I found that one of my natural nails had a large tear and was barely hanging on. The damage is visible in the photos. I'm genuinely disappointed because I had always enjoyed coming here, and this is not a review I wanted to leave. I simply wanted to share my experience so others are aware and can make an informed decision. I truly hope this was an isolated incident, but unfortunately, the damage to my natural nails has been painful and will take time to heal.
