Came here on a Saturday morning with an appt time. I called to inform them I was going to be 10 minutes late and to ask if that was ok. The person who answered told me it was not a busy day so it was not a problem at all. But when I got there the nail tech seemed to be very bothered, so much so that it made the conversation a bit awkward. I did notice they cleaned up my cuticles so they get a star for that. But I got my dip done in silence and when the nail tech finished I noticed she didn't clean up the dip that was on my cuticles, as in not on the nail. I pointed it out hoping she would clean it up but she said it will fall off on its own.... I that was the first time I've ever left a nail salon with my nails looking so sloppy. In my opinion, completely unacceptable. I won't be coming back. read more

I found this salon by searching Yelp for Gel X manicure and I'm so glad I did. Leah did my nails and she did a fantastic job! I added French and nail art which made the price higher but I thought the base price for the full set of Gel X was very reasonable as were the charges for the extra work. The salon was very clean and the people were friendly and professional. Leah was very meticulous. Each nail is very even and smooth. The lengths are perfect and the French tips on each nail are as close to identical as I can imagine. She did all of the art work freehand. I watched her as she worked carefully through the entire process. She had a very organized process and she took steps to make sure the work area stayed clean the entire time. I like "coffin" shaped nails and you have to create that shape from the pointed ones by snipping off the pointed tip and then shaping. She did it perfectly. I feel confident that these nails will last at least 3 weeks. I didn't have a picture to show her of what art to do on my nails. I just wanted them to have some character. I am very pleased with what she did and next time I will have some photos to make it easier for her. Highly recommended! read more

Well, prices have gone up where a traditional /classic pedi is now $48 (was $40) and be forewarned that the credit card fee is passed on to the client. I was not advised of this and never asked if I wanted a copy of my receipt. Otherwise the service was as expected. read more

Let me start by saying my mani/pedi was absolutely fantastic. The staff were all very nice. As I was getting my pedicure, I really thought that I had found my new spot. Then, the boss instructed the receptionist to play some music. Several country songs later, I wanted to stop the pedicure and run away. I even asked my nail tech if they were going to continue with the country music and she said that's what they always play. (Read the room people - nobody seemed to be enjoying the music except for the owner) Ok, I thought, no biggie - I'll bring headphones next time. No music at all would have been an improvement - by this time I wanted to go home, get a dog and break up with my imaginary girlfriend...my ears were bleeding. I ABHOR country music. This music was REALLY ruining my whole experience. We continued to finish my manicure and by this time, I'd have paid a small fortune for earplugs. My manicure and pedicure both looked fantastic. I also like that they carried good quality polish - I only use OPI. I get to the checkout counter and my nail tech says $125 ...for a powder dip manicure and gel pedicure. Whoa! Quite a bit more than what I was expecting. I tip well so that put this way out of my budget. They did a great job but I'm a teacher and that price was too expensive for me. Thanks for a great mani/pedi but personally, I won't be back. If price isn't an issue for you and you don't mind country music, this is the place to go! *I was a bit embarrassed so I didn't ask why it was so expensive but I had a previous powder dip and was getting another one. Most nail places don't charge for removal if you were getting the same service or a more expensive service. My toes had regular polish so there shouldn't have been a removal fee. read more

BTS is my go to salon for pedicures. Celine always gives me a great pedicure and leg massage-thank you. Since they don't do acrylic nails, you aren't hit with the smell of chemicals the minute you walk through the door. Also, their foot tubs aren't jetted so there are no concerns about what yuck might circulate when those jets are on. The salon is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I would rank the services I received up with services I have received at the most expensive and prestigious day spas I have visited all over the US. My massage was amazing! I was able to get a last minute Saturday morning appointment. They were busy with multiple chairs full. There was a really good selection of polish, including Butter London cruelty free, vegan polish, as well as dip, gel and regular. It is very clean and well kept. Lisa took great care of me. She was patient and friendly but not insistent that we chat, which was nice. Very nice leg and arm massages were a good bonus. I also did a paraffin hand treatment, which felt good for my arthritis and made my skin soft. A great experience. read more

Worse service don't recommend I came yesterday 04/08 got a mani and pedi didn't get the full service like it said hot towel, massage didn't get nothing like that my mani was horrible when I payed I obviously didn't leave a tip so the lady ask me if I was unhappy with my nails and I said I was very unhappy with my nails so I was offered to come back the next day to get them fix which would be 04/09 I do come back only to tell me that they can't take me in because there all busy which one person wasn't the lady that wasn't busy said to come back in about 3 hours which I told her I couldn't and it was the only day I can because I'm going on a trip tomorrow. What a great experience! This is our new go to pedi place. Looking for a new place, my wife and I went in for a pampering day (her treat of course). I had the CBD Spa Pedicure (my neuroma is bad and I was looking for relief) and she had the Classic Pedicure. All I can say is WOW! Nicole did my wife's pedi and I had mine done by Jade. We could not be happier! The facility is very clean and comfortable (unlike our previous place) and the service very attentive and was perfect! I highly recommend Nicole and her team at BTS. I trusted everyone's reviews for this nail salon and all the reviews are true to their word! I made an appointment online 24 hours in advance (super easy) and was greeted with a warm welcome. I love that each customer does need to wash hands prior to being seated for their appointment. The ambiance of the salon was light and comfortable and felt clean as well. I wanted to try Gel X for the first time, and already had acrylic full set from a previous salon. I was aware my appointment would be at least an hour and a half; if not longer. As an 8 month pregnant mama and sitting for 2 hours - the salon chairs were comfortable for the time I was getting my nails done! I saw Kerry and she was so patient and detailed while getting my acrylic's off and doing my gel x nails. She was very detailed and precise with every nail and really took her time while putting on the extensions for Gel X. It was a fun process to watch. After my nails were done I got a quick hand massage which felt amazing and I am absolutely in LOVE with my gel x nails! They are worth every penny and I cannot wait to book my next appointment. I am also looking forward to getting a pedicure next time as well because watching the nails techs give their massages and one lady looked suuuuuper relaxed - you could tell it was a good pedi! read more

I don't normally leave reviews and this will be a long but I was so disappointed with my experience at this salon. I live extremely close and saw they were newer so I gave it a chance. I called and made an appointment and asked if they could do the set of nails I was wanting, they assured me yes they could. I got to the salon and I had to wait about 30 mins (which is totally fine!). I showed the women I spoke with on the phone a picture of what I wanted on my finger nails. She assured me that it wasn't a problem and they could absolutely do it. The woman doing my toes was very kind and did an ok job. It was the quickest $40 pedicure Iv ever had. Not really much of a massage and didn't nearly get as much scrubbing as I'm used to. After my toes I was getting a gel set put on. First, I showed her the picture I wanted and then we discussed my options. When I was choosing either gel or dip powder I was told the price difference was $5. That price difference was $45 to $50. Not a problem. I chose the gel because I was told it would be the more natural and thinner looking. I'm in a wedding which I discussed with them so I needed them to be what the bride was asking for. They moved me to the other station for my set. The new lady asked what I wanted and I showed her the picture. She said Iv never done that before but you can be the first one if you want. I kindly asked if there was someone who has done this before because I'm in a wedding. The women who originally told me she could do it walked by and said she would do it when I came to the end portion. So the lady who hadn't done it before started my gel set. Before she started I said I wanted square please. She said not a problem. While she was filing the nail extenders, about two nails in, I reminded her I wanted square because they were not looking square. It was very much coffin shaped. She said yes yes it is square. After she finished my first hand I stopped her and said this isn't square and it took my several minutes to explain that I want square. Then she suddenly understands what I'm saying and says oh you actually wanted square? So she then had to remove my whole right hand. Fast forward to the gel part. After the clear base gel was put on nothing was filed or smoothed out. My nails are bumpy and misshapen. Then the other women who was going to actually put the color on sat down and I assumed she would see how bumpy they were, however she didn't. She started to put the color on and it started awful and ended awful. She assured me that she had to do several layers and it would look good at the end. The final result was awful. I said that it wasn't at all like the picture and if they couldn't do it that's absolutely fine but I just wasted time and money. She kept telling me that she would fix it and I politely declined her offer. She looked at my picture again and said "did you want that exact picture?" I said yes or I wouldn't have shown It numerous times. She then told me that if I actually wanted that I would have had to get the dip powder. Which she talked me out of in the beginning because the gel was $5 more I'm assuming. I asked her to do a solid color because I was ready to leave. At this point I had been at the salon for over 3 and half hours. When it was time to pay she gave me a total of $120. I was told what I was getting done would be $90. She then told me that the extenders that are needed for a gel set are another $25. Nobody let me know there was an extra $25 for gel and I was told it was total $90. I hadn't gotten anything I asked for and was there for over 3 and half hours and am trying to be charged for something I was told nothing about when I specifically asked the price of all that I wanted to get done, I was not going to pay $120. We agreed on the $90 it was suppose to be and I even left a tip for the pedicure and gel set because they did spend their time on me. I am so frustrated with the whole experience and now I will have to go somewhere else and have them completely redone. I just want to save someone their time and money by leaving this review. The women at the salon were kind but they are just not qualified in my opinion. They might be ok for extremely basic nails but if you want anything that's current or not just a solid color I wouldn't go here. read more
