I got a regular gel manicure. The place is at a humble strip mall and the owner was friendly but the person who did my nails was not. I was a walk-in with 10 min call-ahead to make sure they were not busy (I came on a Monday at 11:30am). Dana did my nails and the entire process felt very rushed. I did not feel "pampered" in any way. As you can see in the photo, there was some lumpiness on the gel. She was also rough with filing my nails. I couldn't tell how clean the tools were, but I'll give the benefit of the doubt. The assortment of colors was not the most impressive-- I brought in a picture of what I was looking for (color similar to OPI Bubble Bath) but had to just settle for something similar. I was out of there in less than 30 min, beginning to end, and felt so incredibly rushed. I had regular polish on my nails when I showed up and she rushed in getting the polish off with acetone, and it was a sloppy job in the sense that there was still some residue of my other nail polish by the time we started. The cuticle cutting was uneven. I also wish that she spent more time on the hand massage at the end-- she was not really paying attention and it wasn't as relaxing as the hand massages during manicures usually feel. The prices were the real redeeming factor-- it was $33 for the gel manicure and I added a $5 tip at the end to come out to a total of $38. I would say the interaction and service was 2/5 stars. The job done on my nails was 3/5 stars. The price was reasonable, but I've had way better experiences for similar prices elsewhere. I would not recommend friends to come here, nor would I come back. read more

I was in town for my birthday and decided to stop in to get my nails done. I did not have to wait, which was nice. The lady who did my nails plopped the options for dip powder in front of me and walked away. I picked one, and she started working without speaking for at least 10 minutes. I asked her to cut my cuticles, and she waited until the very end, which ended up with her cleaning off the glue and not really my cuticles. When I went to pay, they told me 50.00, however I had seen the prices online quoted at 30.00 so I asked additional questions. They told me it was normally 45.00, but it was an upcharge for the glitter I chose. The woman who did my nails then walked away and to the other woman. I tried to explain there were no prices quoted and certainly nothing about an upcharge when she gave me all the colors. She eventually charged the 45.00, but when I asked if they had prices, they could show me she said no. Long story short, if you go here, please ask upfront for prices and if they will upcharge for anything. Truly, the work was just ok. read more

Made an appointment for my husband and me for mani-pedis. We sat with our feet in water for quite a while and they finally started on our pedicures 35 minutes late. My person was rushing and some of the cuticle work was actually a little painful, which I havent experienced before. This wasn't the nice, relaxing experience I was hoping for. We had to cancel the manicures because of time and while I was annoyed I had to make time to do it myself at home, I was actually a little relieved. It's a shame because the place looks nice and the pedi turned out fine, but I was pretty much annoyed the whole time I was there. read more

This has been my go-to place since 2019. Overall I do love it. But I am a bit concerned about how sanitary it is. I thought I had a nail bruise when I got my nails done 3 weeks ago, and when I went back today to get my nails changed. It looked like 3 of my nails were bruised. So I googled it, and sounds like the reality is that they gave me a nail fungus that was spread. So I checked yelp and saw that someone else posted within the past month about getting a nail fungus from there, so that's pretty gross. This place is a Jem. Just walked in, they sat me right away. The ladies were super friendly. It's very clean. Bathrooms are clean too. The price for what they offer is great. 35$ for deluxe pedi with paraffin wax, hot stone AND mask/cooling gel. Would definitely recommend and come again even though it's a little out of the way. I went in there for a pedi and mani. First I had to explain like four different times what I wanted (a pink base with a gold French tip). They then told me that the pink I chose "wouldn't look good" and chose a different pink for me. They didn't even show me what pink she was going to use. I was on my phone not paying attention (that part is my fault I guess) and next thing when i looked down she was using this awful baby pink color that looks terrible with the gold. This review is long overdue. I was recommended this place by a friend because I was told they do dip powder designs which I have been looking for for a while. Quyen does an amazing job with shaping and can do almost any design you want (dip can be more difficult than acrylic for designs). She's very meticulous all while being fast and gentle. And prices are very reasonable! read more

If you like to set appointments to get your nails done then this isn't the salon for you. Every single time for the past 2 years the random times I keep hoping they'll get it right, they don't. And it's not a 15 20 minute wait. Nope! It's a 45 to one hour wait for them to take me in. I kept going back because first chair which I believe is the owner does an amazing job when she's not in a rush. Also there's this lady that started working there that isn't good at the job and is extremely rude. She pretty much snatched the colors out of my hands without saying anything. Asked if they could do a heart design, and they said yes. I had previous set on but the lady ripped off my old set, leaving my actual natural nails to be ripped in the middle and bleed. No sorry whatso ever. She sat there for 3 hours trying to do my design and finally i had enough. I said can you just paint them pink. And she said ill get someone who can do your design. Today was my first time visiting here in a while due to poor service and bad disrespectful attitudes. I decided to go this morning due to having early plans and to beat the crowd and ONCE AGAIN the older man there was rude. I ended up asking for Quin and he stated that she has a client yet she wasn't busy at the moment and I was only there for a polish change on my toes with a tip added on one of them. Don't waste your time or money at this HORRIBLE place! The younger guy there is amazing but he can't be the only person there with a good attitude. I've been coming to this salon since their opening day in March 2017. The staff are very friendly and meticulous with their work. The salon is always immaculate and they sterilize all of their tools. Their deluxe pedicures are awesome - standard pedi with sugar scrub massage, hot stone massage, paraffin, and hot towel wraps for $35. Amazing work for such low prices. They busted open a new package for the tools they used on me and were very thorough.
