I've come here twice and already appreciate the nail techs and their services. I was able to make an appt my first time and walked in this last time. It's a busy salon both times I've been but the techs are quick and efficient with their work. I've noticed that they play a repeat of funny dog videos which is cute the first two times you watch the videos but it's just a replay so after about 15 minutes, one can get pretty bored while getting their nails done. Luckily this last time my nail tech did talk to me a bit while she did my nails. I asked for gold flakes and she delivered! I will be coming back for my nails. Stay away from this salon at all cost! They will nickel and dime you, charge you different random prices each time. They won't trim your cuticles or clean your nails prior to paying for acrylic or gel. They legit charge you very unethically. Today I got charged $8 for cuticle clean up and charged for nail shape!! I already had this same nail shape, it was a fill. The total came to $55 for fill, plain gel, nail shape. This was with a 5 % discount. They do try to tell you the cost up front, but that cost always changes each time even for the same thing. April has the nastiest attitude!! Also, they talk crap about you and other customers(turn on your translation app and you can see for yourself). I hate tipping her and I always do, but today was the last day I will give them my business. I go regularly every 2 weeks, not anymore!! They not only lost me, but they also lost my daughter. I will spread the word about this shady establishment. Also, if they want to charge what they charge they need better skill. Not so sloppy and better colors. I have been here 3 times. Amy has seen me every time. I only planned on seeing her the third time, and was lucky enough to have her previous times. She's phenomenal. Takes her time and makes sure to ask if you need anything. The times I have been here I have been asked if I need water while getting my pedicure. I have not had one issue. So! I tried to like this place but when you cut me three times and put your pedicure tools so deep into the bed of my nail that I bleed, I have to tell people about it. You can get a infection by doing that. The lady took just about two hours and my polish is so thick and uneven plus after cutting me she turned around and cut me again. New to the area and was trying to find a salon I could start going to. I will not be coming back to this salon. I wasn't to impressed with how they did your nails. One of my nail beds was bleeding when I left. I have never had that happen to me in this past. I also asked for a nail design on two nails and they were trying to talk me out of it and do something different. I asked for something specific, so trying to get me to do a different design isn't really something I wanted. If I just wanted a random design I would have let them do it, but I was going for a specific design. I didn't like how they did the design, so had them redo a nail but still wasn't impressed but by this time I just wanted to get out of there, so I let them finish so I could leave. It didn't make me feel very confident to come back and ask for future designs, doesn't make me feel like they know how to do designs their customers ask for. Went in for a dip ombré mani. Was there for almost two hours and left with nails undone and such a bad taste in my mouth I will not return due to poor service. I was told that this location is under new management. If that is the case, this place won't be open much longer. I was actually floored when the nail tech, who claims to be the new manager, was about to use the same nail clippers and tools to do my nails as the previous client. There were three women working there and none of them seemed to know what was going on. Stations were not even stocked with cotton and foil. Every time the tech reached for something they needed they had to get up and go to the back. I will be calling the board of health to investigate. PLEASE do NOT go to this salon. If this is under new management shame on the owner for hiring an awful manager. read more

Please don't ever come here. This place is outrageous and they don't listen to what you want. We specifically told them we didn't want anything other than regular paint and then they separated my little sister and I and did gel paint on her without consulting me OR her first. It added $20 to the price that we said we didn't want to FOUR different people. She and I were left with acrylic all over our fingers and uneven nails and paid well over $200. After waiting nearly an hour after calling ahead and being told to come in now, then told only 10 minute wait when we got there we finally got in a chair an hour after arrival. I asked for a simple rebase. Took over TWO HOURS, then the person checking me out made me sit back down so she could redo them because she wasn't happy with the quality, something we agreed on. I went in with long sleek nails and left with short chunky nails that have more ridges and lumps than the Grand Canyon. Literally 5 coats of dip after she filed down to my skin. I am so glad that Phi opened a second location that is even closer for me to get to! Although I would drive endless miles to come here, who doesn't like that extra convenience! I always get a shellac manicure and a pedicure every two weeks and needless to say,I get the best treatment here for both myself and my nails. The shellac always lasts me two weeks at the least and for the pedicure, they make sure I leave with baby soft feet and nicely manicured toes. I'm almost hesitant to go back after two weeks because of how nicely they stay on but this is something I look forward to biweekly. They have the biggest variety of colors including gel, dip and acrylic colors and they make sure that they have a matching toe color for if not all then most the colors. They always use sanitized tools and a fresh new Emory boards and buff with a tub liner as well. The salon is very chic and welcoming with plenty of natural lighting! Today I tried this salon which is new to me. Somebody else's removed nails were still on the table where I got my service. All of my nails came out a different shape and the dip powder is rough on the edges. The dip color they used was not the color I asked for. read more

Absolutely terrible experience. Called prior to coming in and getting my toes painted/dip powder, considering they were closing in less than an hour. They told me to come in and stated they had time for my services. When I came in and sat at the guys table that was suppose to be doing my nails, off the bat I could already tell he was upset. I was asked what kind of polish I wanted and told them I just wanted french tip on my toes. They went ahead and sat at a pedicure chair and a lady comes over and asks me if I wanted a pedicure I went ahead and restated I only wanted polish on my toes. The same guy that was suppose to be helping me starts filing my toes without asking me what shape I wanted. Mind you I already removed my cuticles and shaped my nails, so they truly didnt need reshaping and figured he would do same shape but instead he starts giving me a round shape. The shape was not what I wanted so I mention to him I would like it square and in the middle of telling him what I wanted he cuts me off and says okay multiple times. In the meantime the lady is soaking my dip powder for removal. As I'm watching this guy do my toes he puts a clear coat and is using a uv light. At this point the lady that is soaking my nails confirms with me once again that i want french tip on my toes and mentions to the guy what I want. He's super irritated now because he has to removal the gel clear coat he put on my toes. And of course now they're talking about me back and forward. In doing my toes I tell him I want the tip as thin as possible, he goes on to do one of my toes and I ask for it to be thinner he shows it to me again and once again I tell him thinner. Finally he gets a lady to come over so she can do the tip thinner and he comes to take of my dip. As he's taking off my dip he files my fingers a few times with the machine along with pulling my hand super aggressively. He gets my dip off and starts filing my nails unevenly, at this point I don't say anything to get him so he doesn't get even more mad then he already is. Once my toes were done they ask me to go to the table so I'm able to get my dip powder, in the process of walking over he drops a uv light from his cart because he's rushing, its now 7pm and they're closed. At this point, I tell them I want to pay and I don't want to get the dip anymore. I'm waiting up front to pay and the lady comes over and tells me it's $38 which is insane for polish change and removal. Overall the worse experience I've had and not to mention this was my first time. Highly recommend Not coming here unless you want to be talked about the whole time for something you want and are paying for or If you want to get treated badly. Zero stars read more

First and last visit to this salon. I have visited the Gartrell Rd location and was somewhat pleased but I am clearly done with this nail salon altogether. If you are looking for matching gel and toe polish, this is not the salon for you. I was told by Phi that they had a few options for matching colors but that wasn't the case. Another technician attempted to explain to me why colors are not matched and turned away when I further shared my concern. She clearly had nothing to do with my conversation but proceeded to interrupt. Besides her being rude, the salon needing a little cleaning and not having what I needed, the shape of my nails and fill in by Chris (friendly and accommodating). and the pedicure by Annie( Chris had to inquire before he gave me her name) were ok. I used to love this nail salon but will no longer be returning. I was in today getting my nails done and my whole family goes to this salon as well. Today I took my daughter with me because I'm a single mother and I don't always have other arrangements for her to be elsewhere with me. In the past they have never had an issue with me bringing her. Today my daughter was very off and having a rough time and I will admit she was screaming and crying at times but she's an infant. I was doing my best to calm her and make her smile and laugh because I already felt bad enough for those in their getting services as well. I paid and asked the owner (Phi) if I could schedule again for 2 weeks out at around 12, with a huge sigh and an eye roll she stated to me "Yes, I will schedule the appointment but you need to find other arrangements for your daughter. My clients don't need to hear her screaming for the hour they're getting their pedicures done. I said okay and walked out. She made this statement out loud where other employees and other clients could hear her. I was embarrassed. I will NOT refer anyone to this nail salon ever again and will be taking my friends and family elsewhere with me. read more
