They were able to take me on short notice and did a good job overall for a fair price. I felt like I was clear what I wanted but was "upsold" a couple of times, which I didn't love. I smudged my polish while I was there (totally my fault) and they fixed it without me asking. This is the quietest salon I've ever been in. No music, TV or talking. I love Serenity Nail Spa for my pedicures! They are always so thorough and really take their time. If you don't like to feel rushed through your pedicure this is the place for you! I also have ingrown toe nails and they have a special brace they can put on your toe to correct and help with pain. This nail salon also has a nice relaxed atmosphere since they only have 6 pedicure chairs and 5 nail stations. This was my first time using this salon. Everyone was friendly when I came in. I had made an appointment a week prior. It was over a half an hour before I was seated. I told the lady who was doing my nails that I needed/wanted tips. She told me they didn't have time. I understand closing time and all but my appointment was made at 5:30 and they don't close until 7. I showed up on time. I don't think it's very professional to make someone wait that amount of time and then deny services based on their tardiness. I don't know why salons double book like this but I was NOT happy. Had a very good experience while I was here, all the workers were friendly and it felt very comfortable. I got a shellac french manicure which came out AMAZING, only took one star off because a few days later one of my nails was sore with pressure and I could tell through the polish it was starting to separate at the tip of the nail bed. Might be my fault as I had already put my nails through a lot before coming here so they were thin to begin with, but I was disappointed I had to soak that nail off because they looked so great. After tip I paid 75, I think the french gel manicure on its own is around 55-60, then there's a $3 surcharge for credit cards which I totally understand. Once I got the one bad nail off it did end up separating about a third way down my nail and is healing up fine, nothing serious at all. Regardless I will be returning when my nails are in better shape! She was also very tolerant of my excessively shaky hands and still did perfect french tips, very impressive. read more

My girlfriend and I wanted to get pedicures in the early afternoon when things are typically slower and she wanted a place which served wine too. She called around and this little place told us they did have wine and that they had openings for us both immediately. Hot Dang! Took us about 10 minutes to get to this little salon tucked away on the northeast slice of Parker and Arapahoe Road. Very clean and beautifully decorated with about 5 middle aged women doing pedicures and manicures. A fabulous selection of quality nail polishes, arranged by colors and not scrambled around, were on the far right wall. We were directed to two massage chairs next to each other and started the blissful experience of pampering ourselves. The ladies spoke heavily accented English, which was difficult to understand, but were incredibly sweet and gracious. Pop music was playing as we were punched and rolled on our backside during the toenail prep. We had NO idea what it would cost for this, as we didn't check first, but really didn't care overly much. We were each handed a classy leather folder with a menu of their services inside. Wowzers! They were pricey! I only wanted a simple pedicure and thought it would be $15-$18, but saw that their cheapest service was $30 going all the way upwards of $120. I thought, "what the heck, go for it!" :) Oh. My. Goodness. I am so happy with the outstanding service and meticulous care the technicians who worked on our feet took! From start to finish, it was almost 2 hours of luxurious pampering and massaging, trimming and filing, hot stones and more massaging, painting and dazzling our itty bitty piggies! Why not a full 5-Stars? The main reason we came to this salon specifically was because they said they served wine. We were not brought any water or wine until we had asked. Then we were told that they don't serve wine anymore to which I informed the owner that that was the reason we came here originally and inquired on the phone! Reluctantly, two glasses of Merlot were brought and we were two happy chicks. They spoke Mongolian and were just the nicest bunch of gals I've ever met!! I highly recommend them, but be warned that they're not cheap. My girlfriend had the shellac done to her toenails and it cost $60. read more

I am hoping this is a one off and not a trend. I've been coming here for pedicures for a couple of years and they are usually EXCELLENT!! The cuticle care and massage are top notch. Today unfortunately I paid $50 for a lavender aroma pedicure and the pedicure last 35 minutes. While the tech was nice, she didn't take her time and seemed to just go through the motions. Staffing may have been an issue as well as only two techs were working and there were two people waiting. I will come back to hopefully prove this was just an unfortunate one off. read more

Awesome job! I walked in for a Pedicure on a Tuesday morning. I was sat to soak immediately but had to wait about 10 minutes for a tech, which was fine cause the massage chair was taking care of me. I chose the Keratin Pedicure which was amazing. The massage felt amazing, even though parts of it made me laugh cause I was super ticklish that day I guess. I don't think I have ever gotten such an awesome painting job on my toes, they look great! Super impressed with this salon. Please note that they prefer cash or check (who accepts checks anymore?) I am extremely pleased with the service I have received here, however I will never go back. The owner, Bujiamma, is extremely rude and condescending. I am a quiet and polite person, but I will not let anyone talk "down" to me. Even though I have been a regular customer, she has never said hello. The last time I was in, the nail tech did not know how to use the register for a credit card. The owner walked over and barked at me "Do you have cash or check?" I said I was using a credit card, which I have seen many other clients use while there (I always bring cash for a tip, but not for the manicure). She gave me a nasty look when she grabbed the card. $80.00 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure( without the tip). I still don't know what the prices are, as they are careful not to post them. I will continue to pay for good service, but never again at this salon. Anyone who is rude to me, will not get my business. read more
