So I walking in at about 11:30 am and there was only one other person in the salon. I had never been here. I was greeted when I walked in. I asked how much a shellac pedicure was and was told $57 , I asked how much was a Pedicure and was told $37. Susie used a liner in the chair and the water was a good temperature . Very good instructions and Susie was very polite. The place looks brand new and was organized and clean. First she cut my nails down and did a good job to cut all the excess without going painfully short. She filed well and and did a callus treatment with the grater and pumice stone. She used a sugar scrub on my legs and feet. And after moisturized + massaged. The massage felt very VERY good for about 5min. Hot stones. A hot towel. Then she wiped my toes and painted them. Other things I asked : White tips are $5 extra - there was a lady in here when I walked in and her white tips looked perfect. Straight out of a magazine. Esther did them. This place is just an oddity. You can only get "extensions" or nail tips on Saturdays, no reason given, just on Saturdays. We clarified that we can't get tips and dip on a Sunday, and she was steadfast that no, that is only an option on Saturday, as if we should know this. They also seemed very unwelcoming, even though we had an appointment. There are other places just as close that are more welcoming, and you can get a nail tip any day of the week! read more

Salon looked nice. Service was great, I didn't have to wait when I arrived. I had a classic manicure and a regular pedicure ( included scrub, hot stones, hot towel, lotion massage for pedicure ). The only thing I didn't like was that the manicure tools were opened which makes me think they weren't sterile and they put them back in the regular spot where they grab and use again. First time in Envy Nail Spa and won't be my last. I went in for a long overdue pedicure as my toe nails were a mess. Walking in to salon gave a relaxing vibe with a very clean interior with a pleasing layout. I liked that the pedicure area was at higher level than nail stations which made it unique. Since my feet were so badly neglected I chose a Lavender option which came with scrub, lotion, hot towels and stones which was reasonably priced and well worth the money. My pedicurist was exceptional and pampered my feet with gentle precision. As I said, I will not hesitate to return and I believe this will be my go to for any nail services In the future. I came here since it's so close to my house and has pretty solid reviews. My main issue is with the speed. Everything is done so slow here. I came at 10:30 and just had to leave by 12:15. I figured it would be plenty of time for a mani/pedi but sadly I had to leave after just the pedicure because I would be late for my other appointments. My pedicure took about an hour and I sat waiting for another half an hour for the manicure before leaving. There were only about 3 or 4 other customers in at the same time as me so I was shocked at how slow everything went. read more

Unfortunately I am disappointed. I have had several dip manicures from several different salons and I am very careful to read reviews because some people do not know how to do dip well. Had a basic pedicure and a dip manicure. The pedicure was fine. I had an appointment and was accommodated right away. My dip manicure was disappointing. No time was spend using the electric buffer to sand down the amount of product being stuck onto my nails. I have had several dip manicures (at multiple salons) and all but this one have buffered my nails down so it doesn't look like a blob of polish. I was asked twice (once over the phone and once in person) if I'd rather have gel and I should have taken that as a warning sign not to get dip. Overall the place was clean and the nail techs were friendly and accommodating making sure we were helped as soon as we arrived. Do not recommend them for a dip manicure and I will be trying a new salon. read more

I don't know what all the other reviews were about but this was the best experience I've had so far! The lady's were really sweet and super super detailed. I came in after a bad experience at another nail salon and was a little nervous but they took great care of my friend and I. I had wanted to get tips on my nails to make them longer but they talked to me about how my nails were pretty brittle from the last nail salon and that the tips would have not lasted and advised me to get gel dip to get them healthy again. At first I was a little disappointed because I really wanted my nails long again but they did an amazing job with the dip and took the time to really get it right. Also, my nails are a very strange shape that are hard to make look nice when they are short but I love them!! They really took the time to ask questions and make sure I was getting what I wanted, which I really appreciated. I was really glad that they were so detailed and informed. I first came to this shop because the reviews were amazing... upon my arrival I saw a sign posting about a discount for a good review and immediately felt I may have been duped! That is NOT the case! I have been getting pedicures and either manicures or nail sets for 25 years. This is by far the most luxurious and relaxing I have ever had. They put moisturizer on your legs and then wrap them with plastic wrap and hot towels! I don't skimp when I pamper myself so I went for the luxury level pedicure ($65) and I get shellac manicure. The picture of the purple nails is 3 weeks after and having been trimmed down by me 2 times as well! Their manicures last! They use quality products and they take their time! I always ask for 3 coats of color due to my thin nails and they are the only place that I can make it last 3 weeks and not be chipping or peeling! I will give fair warning they don't do any nail services other than shellac, regular polish or dip! No gel or acrylic! They have amazing massage chairs as well that are always working and in good condition! I make the trek from near denver international airport to this place cause no one else in town is this good! read more

I walked in and it seemed clean, nobody else was there, the lady that did my pedicure was nice. The length of the pedicure massage was great. However, I only went to get a pedicure because I get painful ingrown toe nails that have always been able to just be cut when I get pedicures. I asked the lady if she could get the ingrown toe nails out for me and she said sure. I'm not sure what happened but today I have really bad pain in one of my big toes on the side. My toe is really red and inflamed. Not entirely blaming this place, but my toe was not like this prior to this pedicure yesterday and if she didn't know how to cut my nails she should have said no. read more

RUINED my nails!! I went and got Gel and a pedi which was great. Looked nice and it's very clean inside. I like to remove my gel after a week and half so they don't ruin/ soften my nails. I have done this many times and the normal procedure is to soak the nails in acetone for at least 10 minutes and check them periodically until the gel scrapes off easily...key word: easily! Ester decided to use cuticle scissors to scrape off the gel that was soaked for maybe two minutes and clearly not ready to scrape of easily. She scrapped off so many layers of my nails and completely ruined my nails. I honestly can not believe how terrible she was at a simple removal of gel. In my first photo you can see my middle nail I actually was able to remove myself, before I decided to go back to envy nails to do the rest. What I should have done was finish the job myself. Very disappointed with my experience and results here. When I walked in, there were no other patrons getting their nails done. Three employees were sitting & asked how they could help. I asked if I could have a walk-in manicure. They said yes & I asked if dip was possible. They hummed and hawed looking at one another so I asked if gel would work instead. They immediately said yes. I let them know I had dip on and it would need to be removed. They started removal in the way gel would be removed, but did not let it sit long enough to remove the dip. This is not best practice to remove dip. After only about 5 minutes, the nail tech then began aggressively filing on top of the cotton that had stuck to the dip & quipped my cuticles on 4 fingers. She did not remove all of the dip and left lumps on the nail. I made a comment about the residual dip but she continued on. When she completed the manicure, I pointed out that the tips of my nails on the left hand looked like they had been smudged/not cured long enough & asked her to correct those three nails. She began telling me that it's because my nail beds are SO damaged, which is not true & the portion of the nail i was complaining about was not my nail bed. The only damage I have is from her aggressively filing them. I asked her NOT to file my nails further, she ignored this request & filed the tips, then added a second top coat which just made them worse. She also didn't paint the tips, or finish rounding my natural nail. Several of the nails have blank spots, lumps, bubbles, and uneven top coats. Even after my complaint she insisted the flaws on the top layer were because of my nail bed. I was charged full price. I do NOT recommend this salon if you're looking for a manicure worth your money. Not only was there customer service top of the line, but so was there services. We both got lavender pedicures and manicures and they did a 12/10 service. I don't love writing negative reviews, but if you expect your nails to look pretty professionally done, then this place is not for you. This place is by my work, and I wanted to like it. Went in for a gel manicure, and they just did a very very poor job. I have never really ever had to correct a nail technician either, but I felt like I was running the show telling her how to do this. She wasn't painting my whole nail, and when I asked her to correct it, I got attitude. Then she would paint too much onto my finger and used nail clippers to remove the polish?! I had to ask her to stop and use nail polish remover because she made me bleed at one point. After she put the polish on and dried them, I checked my nails and the edges were just so jagged. I also was able to still see remnants of my old polish that they missed when they removed it. I have gel manis all the time and I have never had such a poor experience. I cannot say with confidence that my nail technician was trained properly. When you go in to have them professionally painted, you expect quality or else you would just do it yourself. They let me go without paying which was nice I guess, but that was after I got yelled at with "Fine, you won't pay!!!" I ended up peeling off the whole thing when I got home because it just looked terrible. read more

Then the tech didn't even the dip out so it looks wavy on my nails. Strike two. As she was finishing up, I noticed she was using the shellac sealer not the dip sealer. My "clear" top coat is already wearing off a week in, and dips typically last me a month. Strike three. I'm out. I am so disappointed to have to write something so negative about this place. It opened up not long ago very close to where I live and I was ecstatic to try them out. Initially they were very welcoming, however, when I sat down to have a fill/rebase it turned into a disaster. Ester was so rough holding and twisting my fingers when she was filing my nails, I told her politely and she laughed and then continued to aggressively file them - it was painful to the point that I asked for a break. Then when we got to painting them she insisted that I needed sparkles. I said no thank you and she said no look you need them and proceeded to paint sparkles on one of my nails. I said that's nice but no thank you, and she said no its good. I ended up assertively asking her to please take it off, that I did not want it and she acted incredibly offended and was put off the rest of the time. The next day my fingers were sore and a few days later I had a nail break so I went back in to have it fixed by Sarah. I couldn't believe it when I saw Ester doing the same thing to the girl next to me - insisting she do a french style even after the girl said no. She was so insistent that the girl finally caved and said "fine I guess." I actually interjected and told the girl that she was the customer and shouldnt get something she didnt like. My manicure was sloppy and uneven and when I broke a nail they used super glue and cloth to extend my nail which looked ridiculous. When I went to another place they were mortified at how my nails looked and that I even paid to have that done. I think it's important to write something, because I think envy nails needs to understand the value and importance of customer service. Especially when you're a brand new salon. Its imperative that these things be issued early on when you're trying to create a customer base. I have heard, however, that their pedicures are wonderful. Just be careful if you're getting a manicure or any type of gel or acrylic. read more
