I've been going to this nail salon for over 10 years and it's the only place that I go to. From the minute you walk in, the owners know my name and they warmly greet me. The entire staff is kind, caring, and very professional. Their prices are very reasonable as well, and the nail polish will last a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks on your nails and toes. I have gone to many nail salons over the past several years and I can genuinely say this has been, and will always be my favorite. All of the nail techs are so kind and are so much fun to talk to while getting my nails done. I love bringing friends to this place because we always have a great time. The technicians are so gentle and accommodating. The nail tech to an incredible job and over the course of several years, I can confidently say they have never dissapointed me. They are always double checking to ensure your nails are exactly the way you want them, especially when you may be too scared to ask them to fix it. On a sidenote, the dogs in the store are my favorite part of going there and have always been since I was a kid. They are the cutest and are so customer friendly. Remy was my nail tech for a while, and I am sad to see her leave because she was so incredible at her job and kind. I have gotten my nails done by Amy a few times now and I absolutely love her. She is so much fun to talk to and is by far the best nail tech I have ever had. The music and ambience of this establishment always makes me feel so welcome and I enjoy every experience with this place. I've been coming to the shop for six years. I recommend the shop to all my friends and family. Everybody has walked out satisfied and happy all the manicurists are very good and very well trained. They're very accommodating. They try to get you in for an appointment whenever you call. It's a beautiful shop. They are so capable and talented and they do everything and anything you want. They give terrific, pedicures and massages, hot towels, hot stones, and paraffin treatments. They get all the calluses and the ingrown toenails which to me is invaluable not many salons can do that. read more

Really great experience here. They had a ton of colors to choose from and the pricing was very reasonable. I got a gel manicure with some nail art for $60. I called to make an appointment for the same day which was no problem. Ann did my nails and she listened to exactly what I wanted and confirmed with me as well throughout the process to make sure I liked everything. I was getting gel X sets with her as I had never heard of them before and I was so glad she did!! They were the only thing that lasted me 5 weeks plus without a break or fill and it was the best thing ever! I have just recently switched back to acrylics as I wanted to start doing pink n white with sparkles and once again Ann outdid herself! They also have a great vibe here. I've had good experiences here before, but what happened yesterday cannot go unaddressed. I came in for a gel X manicure with a technician I hadn't seen before, and she was so aggressive with the drill that she exposed part of my nail bed, which began bleeding. This is not a minor issue... it caused serious pain that I am still experiencing today. A nail appointment should never result in an injury. I strongly urge this salon to address their technicians' technique and safety practices before this happens to someone else. read more

Was completely ignored despite being the last person still waiting in the waiting chairs after checking in, when I finally asked if I was still gonna be helped today they set me up with someone for just a basic manicure, didn't offer any kind of discount or anything for the long wait and being ignored and they had me pay before I even got any color put on and the service was completed. Came in to have a nail reinforced because it bent about halfway way down the bed and walked out with a pedicure and a set for my daughter. Everything was opened from sterile packaging. Got Shellac manicure done. Poor job, the layers were so thick that they didn't dry properly. One of the nails ruined within minutes of leaving the salon. I couldn't go back because i was traveling out of state for a wedding. I got both many in pedi and done in less than an hour.. Within 1 week, all the polish started pealing. Not worth $40. I always get shellac so i know they last at least 3-5 weeks when done properly. Won't be returning read more

Been going here for several years despite changes in ownership. Was there this week and for the first time ever in my years of getting pedicures, he didn't put my feet in the water. In fact there was no water running in the basin. I asked where is the water? He said oh I do your cuticles first. He finally turned on the water but didn't allow time to soak only about 2 minutes. A big part of pedicures is that your feet soak and they turn the jets on which feels so good and is relaxing. Otherwise pedicure was ok but I feel like I missed out. read more
