Really great experience here. They had a ton of colors to choose from and the pricing was very reasonable. I got a gel manicure with some nail art for $60. I called to make an appointment for the same day which was no problem. Ann did my nails and she listened to exactly what I wanted and confirmed with me as well throughout the process to make sure I liked everything. I've had good experiences here before, but what happened yesterday cannot go unaddressed. I came in for a gel X manicure with a technician I hadn't seen before, and she was so aggressive with the drill that she exposed part of my nail bed, which began bleeding. This is not a minor issue... it caused serious pain that I am still experiencing today. A nail appointment should never result in an injury. I strongly urge this salon to address their technicians' technique and safety practices before this happens to someone else. read more

Got Shellac manicure done. Poor job, the layers were so thick that they didn't dry properly. One of the nails ruined within minutes of leaving the salon. I couldn't go back because i was traveling out of state for a wedding. I got both many in pedi and done in less than an hour.. Within 1 week, all the polish started pealing. Not worth $40. Been going here for several years despite changes in ownership. Was there this week and for the first time ever in my years of getting pedicures, he didn't put my feet in the water. In fact there was no water running in the basin. I asked where is the water? He said oh I do your cuticles first. He finally turned on the water but didn't allow time to soak only about 2 minutes. A big part of pedicures is that your feet soak and they turn the jets on which feels so good and is relaxing. Otherwise pedicure was ok but I feel like I missed out. read more

This place sucks. They are clearly hourly. We came in and the wait time was 20 min for us. Then, people were added before us and our time went UP to 40 min, then we were at 8 min for over 20 min. We watched a "stylist" clean the whole place for 30 min while we waited patiently. I really appreciated the cuticle care, in fact I got my nails done almost a month ago and my nails are not lifting nor is the gel coming off. First; do not see Christine! 1) Their skill level equates to the at home kit you buy in Targets toy isle. They cannot even paint a flower on your big toe. 2) They OVERCHARGE and do not spend the time to make their prices worth it. In fact, they leave out services included in your pedicure package. 3) Poor quality. Looking at my nails from the side is like looking at a hill side. I probably have enough product on my skin to cover an 11th nail. 4) I was yelled at and my hands shoved back when trying to explain that I did not like my pedicure. I usually have a very good experience here, unfortunately this time the technician was rude, did not clean underneath the nails, did not use cuticle cream of the implement used to push back cuticles- I mention that I think the police is going on too tick in places and not covering others.
