I was really excited to come here to get my nails done for my friends wedding. However I am disappointed. I got cut multiple times which happens but I kept getting told my cuticles were dry and that's why I got cut. I don't mind if the dremal slips but to blame me was kind of frustrating. My nails are cute they don't look much like the picture I brought but I did like the design. My main issue is I paid $65 for my set and my nails are lumpy. My one pointer finger I'm the middle there is a huge dip in the middle and my thumb is all lumpy. The good thing is I got glitter gel so it's hard to tell they are lumpy but I just feel a little upset at the price with the quality especially because it's for my friends wedding. read more

I wish I would have read the reviews before walking in for a manicure. The manicure technique they use caused ingrowns on my fingers - so painful! I am not sure why they file the sides of the nail in the wrong direction (toward the cuticle). She drew blood on one finger because the edge of the nail file cut into my skin. it was a rough manicure! read more

This is typically my go-to nail salon. I love the salon itself, and it is always very clean. All of the techs do a great job except one. There is an older woman at the back of the right side who does not do well. All of my friends/family has had issues with her work. She is not gentle and her work is always super lumpy and sloppy. So this was my second time to this nail salon. The first time a different gal had done my pedicure and it was fabulous. Today I decided to get a full-set with shellac. Today I had a different lady and she was nice, but the end result of my nails were horrendous. She didn't get all of my cuticles, she left a lot of acrylic overhanging on my actual skin, and the nails were bumpy and just not shaped at all. The shellac is already peeling. $67 dollars later and I am now having to get them replaced. I don't think I'll be back and that's a shame because it's quite pretty inside. But paying that amount and to walk out with one of the worst nail experiences of my life is not worth going back to. read more

I was referred to Erin by a friend. I set an appointment for noon on Friday, and said what i needed when I set the appointment. I was on time, and was told she was still with a customer when I arrived. No problem, I sat down and read a magazine and waited. Then my name was called. I sat down at Erin's table. She didn't introduce herself, or smile. She looked at my nails with a cranky face and asked what I wanted. I said please rebase my nails. She very irritatingly said, "I don't do pink and white." I was stunned and explained that I was very clear when I set the appointment and wasn't told this information. She then said," I can do pink and white....but it is time consuming so I'm not going to." Then she stood up and walked away. I was appalled and will never go back to this establishment ever again. I don't know who the heck Erin thinks she is, but it seems to me she better learn she has no right to treat referred clientelle like trash. You are a nail technician, not some special Royal subject. I made sure to tell the person who referred me, and will do all I can to warn others. I'm very busy with my work schedule, and don't appreciate this colossal waste of time....I can see this place has several other reviews that have similar experiences. read more

During my appointment it was very rushed and i got cut 4 times. None of the times were cleaned up and the manicurist proceeded to put the glue or polish on top of my wound. After my rushed manicure, there was paint on my fingers that was not cleaned off. I was charged pretty high and do not think that it was at all worth it for this experience. It would be amazing to at least get some of my money back, but my experience did not meet the value it should have. read more

They do good work and the price is right but their customer service is awful! There is a sign on the door to say no credit cards accepted. It would be very helpful if they would tell you that when you make an appointment! There were no apologies for the inconvenience of having to drive to my bank to go get cash. Very aggravating! I've been coming here for over a year to get my nails done by Erin. She is meticulous and listens to what I want. The salon is clean and very quaint. They have a vast range of colors especially for gel and dip powder. Vicky, the owner, is very sweet. She's fixed my nail and my grandma said she gave her the best manicure she's ever had. I have been going to Lush every time I get my nails done for special occasions for the past two years. I have had an amazing experience every time until today. I had made an appointment about a week ago but when I got there they didn't have my appointment but they got me in super fast with Lily. I have never had someone be so aggressive and rush so fast. She seemed so annoyed that she had to be there and was complaining. I have Prom tonight and was really excited to get nails I liked and although my nails don't look bad, they were definitely not worth the price I paid. LAN is excellent. I always get acrylic rebase with gel color and my nails last up to 3 weeks without any chipping or breakage. She is quick and also gives great foot massages during pedicures. I am very happy to have found her! read more

Great pedicure, not so great service. My mom and I made mani/pedi reservations and after waiting 20min were told that bc the other women that made reservations at the same time got there before us, we would need to continue to wait. Seriously?? No, lets just call it as it was: you had four people make reservations for 2pm, two walk-ins came in at 1:45pm and bc you have a greedy service model, you took them and decided your reservations would just have to wait and "deal". I am a fair weather customer (of many nail salons in the area) and have been coming here off and on for a few years. My pattern is, I go for a while get annoyed with the service and bounce around. If I get bad service I typically don't complain and just never go back. I recently came back and was beyond impressed by Erin and the stellar work she does. She did a few dip manicures for me and her work was outstanding. She is probably the only reason I would return to this salon and does not deserve the one star review posted below. Please don't be discouraged and see for yourself. She is lovely! FYI I did have a complaint after a manicure I got from a different tech here. I called and they offered to make it right.
