One of the best nail spas in the Littleton area I've been to a lot of spas nearby here and this for sure is my top choice every single time both of the workers that I've had the lady in the gentlemen that I can't remember their names. Do such a great job every time they're always kind and caring and listen to you and always do exactly what you want and pamper you to the ninth. I have been a client for almost 6 months, typically getting gel nails. Most recently, I had them removed with just a regular manicure, which only lasted 2 day, before chipping I returned to salon only to be told by owner that they do not guarantee polish to last, and she said that is typical. I've had plenty of manicures and they have lasted 7-10 days. She said she would redo but she seemed angry and I was NOT going to waste 30 minutes. I paid $35 for manicure and $5 to remove gel plus a $5 tip. I will not go back. Also, had gels pop off. Not a quality salon. read more

I have learned that they do sloppy work, nail tech rushes and I was told the reason my polish (gel) keeps chipping and coming off in sheets is basically was because my nails are round. Really?? I went in for a gel x manicure and basic pedicure. The pedicure was fantastic, no complaints. The gel x manicure is literally the worst manicure I've ever had in my entire life. All of the nails on my left hand were crooked, none of the nails were evenly shaped, the polish was incredibly thick on most of the nails. I have been going to Van on and off for 5 years and solidly for 2. Most of the the time she does a decent job. The last time I went I didn't tip because unless I'm her first appointment of the day I have always had to wait anywhere from 15 to 30 mins. She did a take off and put a new set on. I had glue all over my fingers (I was actually stuck to her) and cuts from the drummel. She rushed with me and it showed. It's the first time I have ever not tipped anyone. A few day ago I tried to make an appointment because it's easier to go somewhere familiar and she must have blocked me, she won't return my texts. Apparently tips are required regardless if they run on time, do a good job, cut your fingers...after being a good, long-term customer this is how you get treated. read more

Not very impressed went for a pedicure asked to have my nails cut straight and square didn't happen. Didn't speak much English just kept shaking her head yes, felt like she hadn't done very many pedicures. Why is it they bring out a cheese grater from the grocery store? Fit me in right away and super friendly. My nails are super short and they did amazing with the shellac polish. They even messaged me with very yummy lotion. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I've never had great experiences here in the past but it's convenient and never too crowded so I've returned against my better judgment. I had a shellac manicure last year that came off within 4 days. I went back a few weeks ago because I saw it was remodeled and it looked a lot nicer. I told them my last shellac manicure from there only lasted a few days and they promised this would be better. It started peeling after 5 days this time. They said within 1 week they'd fix it but I just never had time to get back to get it fixed. Anyway, I went in again today with my daughter for her first ever mani pedi. Tomorrow is her 3rd birthday and we're leaving for vacation. It hasn't even been 4 hours and her nails are completely bare of nail polish. Like not just some chips but totally gone. I just called and they told me they'd fix it tonight, which I can't do because we're leaving tomorrow, but wouldn't give me my money back or let us come back after our trip. She said after our trip there's no way to know when they chipped which is nonsense. She also said kids nail polish just chips. Maybe they shouldn't offer kids services if this is how they treat them, and their moms who are paying for it. I'm super annoyed and irritated and will never ever go back no matter how convenient it is. I just paid $94 and gave them a really good tip and this is what I'm left with. read more

My friend and I walked in at 6 p.m. on a Thursday. There were 3 people working, giving 3 girls pedicures. They told us it would just be a minute. Within a minute, they all moved over to start giving the 3 girls shellac manicures. So... 30 minutes? I wish they'd just set clearer expectations. It was my friend's first manicure. She picks at her cuticles and has very short nails. She was kind of embarrassed by them to begin with, and I convinced her to get the manicure anyway. The man who did her nails spoke good English, so he was able to understand when she pointed out sensitive areas and told him it was her first time. But he gave her a really hard time about the length of her nails and made some additional rude remarks. Part of it was definitely a cultural/language issue, but it was just not nice. The girl who did my nails stopped to text several times during the manicure. But it was clean, did not have any hint of overwhelming chemical smell, and they did not skimp on the products or process even though it was close to closing time. For $30 for a shellac manicure, I'll come back. read more

Had a small time frame to get my nails done so I called and he said he could get me right in so I rushed over to make it only to see that they only had 2 people there and they had just sat down down with new services. He told me to wait so figured some one was coming back from a break. After 15 mins I asked about it and he said "we will be done soon" which was obviously not the case. Ignore all of the bad reviews, Magic Nails is great! I went in yesterday for an acrylic manicure without an appointment. I was helped right away with no waiting, and oh so many colors to choose from! Techs are friendly and good at what they do. It was very clean, and there are COVID procedures and precautions put into place, like having everyone wear a mask and a plexiglass shield between you and the technician. They sat me down in the chair and literally in 5 minutes she was going to start to paint my toes. I have never in my life seen someone rush so fast. The staff is super friendly, the place is very clean and most importantly there were no other language conversations going on between the nail techs. My nails were so beat up and looked nasty (LOL LOL) but my girl VAN, was beyond amazing... again super friendly, talkative and very responsive to my needs as a customer. She goes beyond from your needs and desire to your vision! Each nail has her undivided attention. The prices are fair! I am happy I found such a place to now call my favorite nail place. Jenny was my tech. She was great and fun and spunky. I love getting my toes shellacked. They have these liners they put in the foot baths, so it's so clean. The chairs are awesome. I love them. They have like 500 shellac colors and I am not even exaggerating. They did a great job, The color never cracked. I need to come back. Got here at 11:00 with my mom and the owner said it would be a 15 minute wait. We walked to whole foods to get coffee and walked back and the owner said just a little longer. 11:45 still waiting... The only reason I waited is because they started on my mom. I will not be back any time soon.
