I spent over $100 for a mani/pedi combo, and the quality received was not worth the cost. This place is overpriced when compared to other nail salons in the same area. The young woman who worked on me was also rude--not only did she ignore my complaints of pain when using the blue light due to lupus and photosensitizing prescription meds, but she also performed pulling, which has made my nails brittle--now 2 of them are breaking. I went in on Mother's Day to get a manicure and pampered myself. The manicurist was an older woman who didn't speak any English. After polishing my nails, she got a piece of paper and proceeded to fan my nails to dry. I was shocked that they didn't have a drying station. She kept touching my wet nails to checked if they were dried and kept on fanning with her paper. I asked the other employee if they didn't have a drying station, she said yes, but the manicurist didn't know how to use it. That sound like a lie to me. Anyway, she noticed the disbelief look on my face and told me, if I have any issues with my nails to come back and they will fix it. On Wednesday morning, the polish started peeling off my nails. I went in on Thursday morning to get it fixed and was told by that same employee, who told me to come back if there was a problem, they will fix it. She told me that they can only guarantee the polish to last for two days. Imagine I spent $40.00, including a generous tip, for polish to last only two days. I use gloves when my hands have to be in water and the polish was still peeling off. This is terrible customer service. When I polish my nails at home, the polish last at least 7-9 days. I am assuming their products are expired because I can't understand that the polish was peeling off Ater two days. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE, THEY ARE LIARS AND PROVIDE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WISH I CAN GIVE THEM A 1/4 OF A STAR !!!!! read more

Got a manicure for my sisters wedding. They did a great job. Up-sell you a bit but it looks great at end. They pampered my sister and mom who got the works! Pedicure/manicure (with length added). My friend really liked her manicurist- he was really friendly and did a great job with her nails. I had an older lady though and she was really rough- she made me bleed on two different fingers when she cut my cuticles, and the edges of my shellac manicure look unfinished and messy. Initially it looked like they had a good deal for a manicure and a pedicure on their price sheet- $43, plus an additional charge for shellac gel. However when I went to pay they said that was only for a classic mani-pedi and charged me separately for both. I paid $65 and some change for both, with a shellac gel manicure. Not a bad price, but I wish their sheet had been clearer. Overall, I think I'll try a different salon next time. Most of their manicurists seemed great, but if I have to play Russian roulette to try not to get the one terrible one, I'd rather not. read more

I have been coming here for two years and will continue to. I've gotten dip, gel and acrylic plus their pedis are amazing. Ashley does a great job and is very detail oriented. I get comments on my nails constantly because of the designs she does and the colors she chooses. Pure heaven. Tom did my pedicure. The best 90 minute of my Saturday today. I treated myself to a gel spa pedicure after a morning hike. So wonderful from the meticulous care of a "just a pedi" to the gel soak massage ending with hot wax and stone. I almost felt guilty then remembered I am worth it! Pure perfection. We discussed what I was looking for and she asked if I had pictures. We came up with a beautiful design that came out prettier than I could've expected! Perfect for the New Years holiday! I'm really baffled at all the great reviews here. I am a licensed cosmetologist for over 35 years. Has me stumped...SMH This is one of the most unsanitary, dirt salons I have ever been in. When I arrived (10 mins early) there was someone at a manicuring station, she just looked up at me, I think grunted, I responded I had an appointment that I had made last week, she put her head back down. About 11 the owner came in, addressed me and told the tech (I assume was a different language) I was her appointment. The pedicure started, I was never spoken to, just had my feet slapped in the direction she wanted me to go. I've been to other countries, and I always learn a few words before going, not speaking was very unnecessary and added to the tone of the service. Implements used DID NOT COME OUT OF A SANITIZED BAG. Tools were dropped on the floor...picked up...dipped in the pedicure water and she proceeded. Previously used files dropped on the dirty floor were picked up and continued to be used. SMH I bring my own polish, light pink base, thin white tips. I get told I can only do the pink on top of the white. I never do it that way, but they can do it with the vinyl polish..which is an added cost. I said if they have a striper brush that works great, she (the owner) said they don't have. I viewed many pics on this Yelp that showed nail art, done with a striper brush....really? Between the filth, lack of service and not getting what I requested, I stopped paid my bill (no discount) and left. They did offer to apply just the pink and I can go home and finish myself. Which I had to do the entire pedicure from the beginning. Cuticles were not pushed back, barely cut. She did a lot of fluttering with the nippers while not cutting or accomplishing much. I was visiting Colorado and found Gorgeous Nails near the hotel where I was staying. I felt terrible going since my feet hadn't seen a salon in over a year. I walked in and was so warmly greeted that my self-conciousness fell away. Ashley worked very hard on my feet and they ended up soft and lovely. I wish I lived in the area so I could go on a regular basis. But I will be back on my next trip to Colorado. read more

Not the prettiest salon but it seemed that's nothing compared to their service. They have 1 big screen tv that plays Hits radio 1 which is fast dance club rap music with curse words f bombs & loud and not relaxing in anyway!!!! Horrible! Not great for my young daughter very surprised never heard this cursing rap music blasting in nail salon saying F this f ing bitch wow!! Nothing plays on tv screen! Also asked if they can take us right away and they said yes put us in chairs and waited 35 minutes to start. Should of walked out! Just tell us 30 minute wait. My pet peeve when they keep you there waiting without telling you the truth! It was hot in there- no ac on only door held opened. MANUCURE-- slowest worse manicure ever had in our lives - took over 1 hour and 25minutes for shellac manicure! And tech was older woman didn't seem to know what she was doing & spoke no English so hard to communicate & she didn't seem to care. Terrible shellac manicure it wouldn't even dry as And she put 3 coats of polish on it and 2 coats of top coat after putting it on and taking it off several times. Like what- tried to ask her but she says nothing! No one helped. Unreal and unsanitary. She took nail tools out of opened old pouch and put them back in and out it in her drawer when done - no sterilization at all!! So bad. I left and went to a much better nail salon down street and had polish changed even new tech said it was uneven and very thick. Manicure was $33! Pedicure is $28 and $3 for salt scrub which wasn't worth it. Pedicure took 55 minutes with fast quik massage. Overall won't be back ever I never had such horrible unsanitary experience at any nail salon ever!! read more
