Not a great experience as a first time customer. The place was completely empty on a Friday. My cuticles were barely cleaned up and the gel polish was incredibly sloppy. I regret paying for a more expensive pedicure as the experience was not enjoyable at all. The wet towels were left on my legs for so long that with the air conditioning on I was freezing and uncomfortable. With how many salons there are in the area, it's not worth going back for a poor experience like this. read more

Kevin was nice but all I asked for was shellac and a cuticle trim. It took over an hour, the dip from my nails was completely gone and my nails are super short right now so there wasn't much to work with. This is the result. There are other places in the area that are the same price that do a way better job and are much quicker. read more

I usually have Lisa but recently I had Rose and she was awesome as well! I find that my nails always last so much longer than when I used to go to other salons. They really know what will last. I come here with my daughter for pedicures (she gets her fingernails painted as well with the kids package), and we've always had a fantastic experience. The people working here are friendly and focused on the task at hand. I've never had a manicure here so I can't speak to that, but the spa pedicures are very nice. I have had a problem where their products turn my nails yellow, so I just bring my own now and that works out well. I recommend this place as a nice, easy to get into pedicure whenever you need just a bit of spoiling. Also, the kid section is great. Expedient & forgiving. Went in for a $7 polish change. Mild upsell for shellac but nothing too aggressive. Nail polish removed, a couple strokes with a glass file on each nail, base coat, 2 coats polish, top coat and a sit at the drying station. The polish application itself was fairly clean on the sides, but she flooded about half my cuticles. No tip wrapping. Super fast! They will help you move your bag to the drying station. When they tell you not to touch your stuff with wet nails, listen! I nicked my thumb nail. D: It was fixed with a blob of polish and more top coat at no extra cost, but I felt like an idiot. read more

Love this nail salon! I really like that they always accept walk-ins without any issues! The wait is never more than a couple minutes if you're a walk-in. Atmosphere: Very large, open, clean, classy with chandeliers, nice massage chairs for pedicures. Accommodating: Can alway fit you in and get you a seat next to your friend. One time I got a pedicure but immediately regretted my choice of bright pink toenail polish color after I saw it and they quickly changed it for me. I also got a chip in my gel manicure within a week from the manicure (from banging my hand into something) and I walked in for a quick fill and they took me for no charge! Quality - My gel manicures last about 3 weeks! Regular pedicures last about 3-4 weeks. The pedicure massages are also really nice and relaxing. Critique - I only wish they have frequent customer discounts or discounts for your birthday. I came on my birthday but paid full price but really did enjoy my services. When I first started coming here I received respect and amazing nails. I am a bi-weekly customer and each job has been getting worse as time has gone on. My last visit I requested a fill and repaint since I am traveling soon and wanted to look nicer. I was given a nail tech who has NEVER applied acrylics before and she completely butchered my nails. Different and confusing lengths, painful application, and constant stopping to redo some of my already finished nails. One hour after I had left my nails began to chip off and refused to dry due to an unfinished gel application. EXTREMELY disappointed and I will not be coming back. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone wanting a serious nail job - but rather children who cannot tell the difference between messy and neat. read more

This place is awful I have been in twice the first time I went in I asked for acrylics (pink and white). No one knew how to do acrylics except for one lady who was already busy so I waited a long time. After I got my nails done they were not smooth, they had cracks and were bubbly. Second time I went in I got a manicure (just polish) and a pedicure. They nail polish on both my toes and my finger nails were horribly done and polish was missing on the sides. It was $40 for a basic pedicure and a polish manicure, I was not happy with that price. I will not be returning. read more

Ok service. Literally have been coming here for years, off and on for a quick service (eyebrows, pedicure). However, the quality is terrible. The owner, I am not even sure of her name, I have come in requesting acrylics twice. The second time, I instantly remembered why I didn't want to come back after the first time. She is extremely pushy, trying to push designs, flowers, colored tips, etc. for that extra $5. She basically slapped the acryic onto my nails. When the whole process was over, a mere maybe 12 rushed minutes later, I had acrylic LAYERS under my nails, so that my nails were SO thick and uncomfortable. The acrylic didn't even go to my cuticles and it was uneven, bumpy, and bubbles all over the place. She didn't ask me what shape I wanted, so she started shaping my first pinky finger into a point until I immediately corrected her to say I wanted more of a square shape... Either way, leaving my first pinky finger to look different and unevenly sharp to the others. When she super glued the initial tips on, she did them crooked and uneven compared to my other hand, so even if they were the same length, the index finger on my right hand had a thick colored tip, as the other one was regular sized. The entire job was tacky, and I will never go there again. Not even to try someone else out. Every time I go in, the same lady is pushy and wants to do it. No way. The acrylic nails began to pop/fall off about a week and a half later.... and anyone who has had a GOOD acrylic job knows they can last up to 3 weeks prior to signs of popping/falling off. Worth the $45? I think not. read more

My two daughters went in for Homecoming. One daughter had acrylics and then they painted her nails and toenails. The other daughter only had nails and toenails painted. They charged them $145!!!! I called once my girls returned home and was told they would refund the over charge. I went in this afternoon and the lady would not refund my credit card! I wouldn't send anyone there ever again! Take in a coupon and expect to get suckerd into paying for another service I like Tina..and Tina only...owner should not be stealing her customers..that's just wrong...if she was good, I would give her the credit..my nails were all diffrent sizes,shapes and skimped on the top coat ( leaving streaks )...if u go to this place use Tina ,she's a young girl around 30 tops! This was my first time going here. I walked in and got seated right away. The lady was nice. I only do cnd shellac on my nails they have a great variety of cnd colors and she did a great job. I will be returning and taking my daughter as they have a great kid pedicure station she loves the kids chairs with the dad players while she is getting pampered. I recently moved close to Magic Nails and decided to try them. I took my mom and all we wanted were pedicures. They were extremely friendly and I was so hopeful. Im sad to say we won't be back. The service was shoddy and way overpriced. Our cuticles were I untrimmed on my nails, our calluses were not removed even after requesting our feet were scrubbed again because it was done inadequately the first time, and everything they suggested we do, which we thought was included, added anywhere from 10 - 15 more dollars. My feet were itching and rough the same day! I literally came home and had skin catching on my tights when I changed! Also there was gel smeared and left! It took three days to scrub it off. Promised inclusions (charcoal and paraffin,) we're left off. I could go on about more, but I'll say this, $180 for 1 gel nail with no manicure, and two crappy pedicures 1 with gel. I'll never go back. It's a shame. I feel stolen from and they were so nice to our faces. read more

I went for a mani/ pedi for a wedding out of town which was $60! Yikes! The gal accidentally cut my nail bed when she was cutting my cuticles. Mistakes happen. On day 3 my shellac nails chipped in several places, thinking that there was something wrong with the polish I went it to have then touched up hoping for a similar color as I didn't want to use the same polish. I was charged $15. The gal cut me badly shaving down the old color and painted my nails so far from my skin I walked out with new nails looking a week old. I would never recommend this place in good conscious. read more

It is clean, affordable, has fun and funky decor (not just posters of "glamorous" nails on the walls) and of course walk-ins are welcome. I received a gift certificate so I figured I'd give this place another shot - I had been there years ago and was never impressed. Ugh, I was reminded why I hadn't been there in a long time! I wanted a gel manicure and pedicure and they oddly attempted to do both at the same time- they had me twisting to the side in the pedicure chair to clip cuticles until I finally asked her to do it after the pedicure. I never said I was in a hurry! My cuticles were terribly ragged after the clipping, I had to ask them to redo. The gel is splotchy and - like others have mentioned- all over my cuticles and skin around my nails, I had to go home and do some major corrections with a file and scraper- who knows how long the gel will last now that I had to peel it off of my cuticles. My pedicure was fine- but the end result is polish that looks like one of my kids did it... Their prices are the same as the great nail places nearby so I will continue to go elsewhere. read more
