Different experience from the quiet nail salons (which are nice too!) where you're watching the cooking channel in silence. The tech did a great job on my nails and paid attention to detail, asking how I was liking them along the way. The only unexpected cost was on top of the tip and dip, I was charged a Shaping fee because I asked for oval/round. However, with dip and extensions I'm not sure how shaping isn't already included in that calculation. Overall a great experienced! Update- they stayed on and looked great through a wedding trip and and international beach trip! Little discoloration but I blame the spray tans and sun.

I looked for a sign in pad didn't see one they barely looked up so I announced my name and that I had an appt for a pedicure and they still just sat in their chairs. So I walked out to make sure I had the right place and walked back in and suddenly this hyena sounding nail tech came over finally to greet me and put me in a defunct chair at the front once I chose my color. He filled it up with two inches of water then left and I didn't see him for about 5 more minutes when I had to speak up and ask if he was coming back to fill the water and they just started yelling to each other and finally a lady came to the chair and placed the liner in and filled the bowl for my pedicure. She didn't even introduce herself so I guess she was taking care of me. She showed me which pedicures on their list qualified for the 15% discount. She said #'s 3 and up are eligible for the discount. I chose 3. She started on my feet and I settled in. Then I guess it was a manager that came over and said no, the pedicures eligible for the discount are numbers 5 and above, not 3. I started to get a little hot. I said what's the difference. Oh well it's only the higher ones that qualify. Well of course they do (bait and switch tactic and/or false advertising. I didn't want to tell them I was on a fixed income and that little bit mattered to me because I was embarrassed. This isn't even the end of it the chair continued to have issues the drain was falling out. I thought I was going to be moved to another chair but they were too busy so I just stayed put. I was late for my hair appt next door because the tech just couldn't get it done in one hour. Sad I'll NEVER set foot in here again! They ruined my spa day!!!

I went in today for a tip with dip manicure and a pedicure. My pedicure looks fine, but I paid for a bit of an upgrade and the massage felt like someone was just putting lotion on, so that was the first bummer.The manicure was worse. First off, she chose a really wide tip for my pointer fingers so they look disproportionate to the rest of my nails. Secondly at the very end I noticed my nails looked really grainy/speckly... almost like you can see powder under the layers. When the tech asked me if I liked it I told her that it looked really grainy and I was expecting it to look like the sample, which was a flat color. She said it's the dip powder and there is nothing she can do and that sometimes the manufacture changes the powder or something like that? I get that it's not necessarily your fault if that's the case, but I'm ultimately not happy with my nails and wish there had been some sort of offer to change my color or provide a credit for a future visit. I think this was the last straw for me, time to find another spot. But if you don't mind over paying for mediocre quality, then it's a great spot!
