This is first time listener first time caller;) I saw this mani pedi near the donut shop we go to. And I stopped in to check the prices he quoted me and I grabbed a business card. I called to make an appointment for pedicure later in the day. When I showed up they acknowledged me right away. And confirmed a pedicure, as the guy set up the station I waited. The pedicure area was only taken up by another young lady. As they had quite a few chairs. Also a few tv against the wall to enjoy. The chairs were very relaxing and has massages for the back. I brought my own nails polish color. And I also added 10 minutes for a foot massage it was so relaxing and he even gave me a hot towel at the end. I've been here twice the first time was an amazing experience but oh my god the second time was a nightmare! I asked for simple star designs with a diamond and she said she could do that and then quickly I was pushed into getting ombré nails. So I said okay fine like I'll get them done again it's not the end of the world. The tech who did my nails did a horrible job on a style she recommended! Imagine what would've happened if I stuck with the design I wanted? She complained about how messy doing ombré is, then why recommend it?! They aren't even ombré they're freaking polka dots everywhere and the cherry on the cake is the part of my nails she wiped off so not only are my nails spotty but there's a tip of my nail that has no polish on it and smudges on the other hand! The best pedicure I have ever had. The place is clean and modern. My pedicures was long and luxurious with the best lotion massage and parafin treatment that left my legs and feet so incredibly soft! I really wanted to like this place as it's close to my house. However Mac does my nails and it takes 30 minutes longer since he's constantly on his phone. Also I've gotten two pedicures there where the lady completely cut my nails down as far as she can and the shape is horrendous. I also asked for square which is not at all what I got. read more

Yesterday I went in for a pedicure. The woman came over and never even said hello. She wasn't friendly and she was pretty rough even with the file. I realized a bit too late that the tools didn't come out of a package - hence not sterilized. Once she was done with my pedi she went back to rinse the tools and put them back in her box. Who doesn't sterilize these days???? When I went to pay she just told me to tap my card without even telling me how much. I'd like to know what I'm paying before using my card. Also, most salons charge different for cash but she didn't speak enough English to understand what I was asking Overall disappointing experience and I won't be going back. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Bella V! I have been going there for several years and have never had a bad manicure or pedicure. I recently moved and I am willing to drive 40 minutes down to Parker to continue to go there. Katie is the absolute best but I've also had my nails done by several of the other ladies if Katie isn't available. Max is a great as well - super friendly and he does amazing nail art if you're looking for details. Worth every penny. Been going here since I moved to Parker 1 year ago, I usually see Sophia, she wasn't working and I regret it. After looking at colors, asked for a specific number (56) for dip. Saw they grabbed a generic canister labeled 33. Walked outside and noticed immediately it looked more dark navy blue than black. 30 minutes go by and anything I touch leaves a scratch or smudge mark on my nails. One nail has cracked entirely 2 hours after leaving. Giving 3 stars as I know there's a few great techs but the personality and quality for the ones available for last minute apts isn't worth it. If I could give negative stars, I would. I also wish I would have read Shannon's review before selecting the salon. It appears my experience was similar to hers. Buyer beware! This ties for the worst pedicure I've ever had. This was my first experience in the salon, so I selected the Basic Pedicure to try it out. My nail technician told me her name was Kim. From start to finish, I was in the nail salon for 28 minutes and truly felt like I was nothing more than a piece of meat. She barely made eye contact with me and checked her cell phone no less than five times during my pedicure. I will give her the benefit of the doubt that something was seriously wrong somewhere else that she had to keep tabs on while she worked. She didn't completely remove my previous polish, but left some and simply painted over it. She raced through the scrubbing/buffing part and I felt like a piece of wood being sanded. The massage was equally quick and done with no thought. They weren't busy, only one other patron was there at the time, so why the rush? The polish work was equally horrible. Polish was left on my skin around my nails. I actually had to come home and re-do it. But here's the kicker folks. When trimming my cuticles, Kim actually cut my toe and even after I said it hurt, she kept digging at it until it bled! She had to drop the blue disinfectant solution on it but then just dumped my foot back into the water! I came home and immediately applied more alcohol and am hoping not to have an infection. Now I'm reading Shannon's review and I'm terrified. How could they possibly get away with not sterilizing instruments? After the pedicure, Kim grabbed the supplies and disappeared. I got up to leave and the only other technician on the floor called her from the back to process payment. Because I take the high road, I gave her a gratuity, but not for a minute did I feel she earned or deserved it. I will never go back and I advise you to steer clear as well. There are plenty of other nail salons in town. Even at the basic level, I expect professionalism and some level of customer service. I did not receive either. read more

We had a little bit of a language barrier, but she was very friendly. I mushed one of my toes as I was drying them and she fixed it no problem. I went there, showed the woman my nails and asked if she could do what I had already, as that was what I wanted. She consulted with some guy, said OK, and then proceeded. However, she could not replicate what I had and then when I showed them a picture of what I had previously, the guy told me that I should have showed them what I wanted done in the first place. But I had shown them both what I wanted done when I first walked. I won't go back. To be completely forthright, I have never enjoyed getting my nails done. I'm never completely happy with the result, even though I'm vocal about my expectations and things that I'd like changed along the way. I went to Bella V Nails & Spa on Friday June 2. I wanted dip powder nails with a black french tip design (I've had this before from another salon: peachy dip powder base with black gel painted tip). I brought a reference picture. Once the dipping process started (the artist had different method: black powder on tip first, then dip the whole nail in a peachy-pinky color) it was clear that the excess black powder was mixing into the peach and was making it greyer with each finger. I figured the artist would change her method and fix the messed up ones later, but she kept going. I said something after 4 fingers, and she said would change to an acrylic base and paint the black on with gel. I was so frustrated and running short on time that I let her do her thing without saying much else. The nail tech seemed just as done with me as I was with her. I have included my reference pic and what I eventually left with. Not happy with the design, shape, and scuff marks, will be getting them fixed somewhere else. read more

I recently went in for a pedicure and the lady went cut happy with my big toe, so much she made it bleed. I am now on antibiotics with an infection because they don't sterilize their tools, they spray alcohol on them and put them back in their box with the other tools. I will not go back as their cleaning techniques are very poor. Other places sterilize and use new tools for every customer, not here. read more

Wow. Ok i went here based on some good reviews. Just wanted a dip manicure, but they thought i had also said a pedicure so i decided to go with it because my toes and feet needed it. The technician went crazy with the callus shaver thing and actually cut me in THREE places on my feet. Like blood running all over cut. The green gel stuff wouldn't even stop the bleeding Before i knew it, she was dropping nail glue onto the open cuts. Can you say that f'ing hurts?!?!?!?!?!?!??? Two days later and i can't walk without pain because the cuts are on the edges of my feet and rub on shoes. The dip was ok - not awesome (thick and filing shape wasn't consistent so i had to fix). Never going here again. Waste of a crapload is money. read more

I've never had nail dip before so I decided to give Bella V Nails a try. A family friend recommended them. The staff was friendly, my nail tech was funny, and that's always nice. HOWEVER, when did nail salons start giving you a smudge of lotion on your hands and not even rub it in?? I noticed one other salon does the same thing. The hand massage, even though brief, used to be my favorite part of the manicure. In a world where nail salons are a dime a dozen, you'd think salons would be more competitive. So, I glance down at my nails while I'm walking to pay. I have to disclose that I have never had dip. I have seen people that say their nails are dipped and they didn't look like this. I feel like this coating is super thick making my nails look like old school fake nails. Also, the coating is super uneven and . . . clumpy, I guess you can say? Have you ever stumbled upon a place by accident and in a hurry but it ended up being a gold mine? Let me tell you about this place...I am wowed. Kim is an absolute queen. I walked in with chipped, cracked, falling apart acrylics. She did a refill and shellac in 30 minutes and it looks amazing. She nailed it -- all puns intended. She did exactly what I wanted per shortness, thinning the nail and making it look clean. So impressed. Salon: clean clean clean. Nicely decorated, great ambience. Went in a for nail dip and pedicure. Employees rushed so fast that it was really sloppy awful work. I made an appointment but because they take walk ins, they were rushing. I've been there several times but not after today. She didn't even paint my full toe nails and even after I asked her to correct it, it still was so bad. My nails are okay but just kind of sloppy. It looks like I dipped them myself. Poor quality with poor customer service. read more
