This may sound crazy to some people (because I RARELY get my nails done, so I just let them fall off when they are ready. Or pick them off when they start to peel.) but I am on WEEK 4 OF MY GEL POLISH! I got these done when I was in town for meetings on November 9th. Today is December 6th. I am extremely surprised and very grateful they have stuck this long honestly! I am so sorry that I forgot the name of the lady that did my nails, but she was so nice and sweet too! I loved my whole experience here and would easily go back. read more

Got an appointment the same afternoon for a gel mani and a pedi. They were quick and efficient and gentle/didn't hurt! Liked both the services, but the color matches weren't the best/didn't match the greatest with what I was looking for. Given the service though and how efficient and friendly they were, I'll definitely be back. Everyone was friendly and it was a relaxing time! Go check them out! read more

We booked an appointment last minute, and they went above and beyond to accommodate us, even texting us directions on how to get there, which was super helpful as it is kind of confusing to find. The place was fresh feeling, and it was clear they took cleanliness seriously from the floors and walls to the tools and soaking areas. I've never had my nails done but I went with my daughter - they look so nice!! I can see why people do this. It's been 4 weeks and the gel isn't chipped at all! I've cleaned the yard, the house, potted plants, cleaned the fish tank, I work, so I'm not just sitting admiring my hands. I can't believe how good they still look. Please call before you plan to arrive. The calendar is kept analog Music on quiet enough to have a conversation if you want. Today's playlist is seasonal. Also today's special is seasonal. Comes with a warm drink which is very good. I came in most recently on two days back to back to have my nails and pedicure done. It was Friday evening and Saturday morning. When you ask for natural appearing nails and you actually get that! Plus, they had to work very hard to fix what another location messed up! Very happy with my experience! Honestly I am so disappointed. I asked for an ombré dip manicure and verified the pricing before I got my nails done. They told me it would be 90$ after everything I asked for, I agreed it'd be okay. Monique is the lady that did my pedicure and she did a great job. I got another lady to do my hands and I didn't get her name. After I had gotten my pedicure done the second lady started my hands. It took her almost 45 minutes to even glue tips onto my fingers. She kept taking them off and reapplying them. She also kept drilling the tips down to the base of my nail, and my natural nails were drilled down. I asked how long it would take to finish since I had already been there almost 2 hours (obviously irritated bc my nails are barely started) and Monique offered to continue helping me at her station instead. Monique finished my nails with the dip and the shaping. By the time I left, I was questioning if this set was worth $90. It is now not even seven days later and one of my nails just fell off opening the refrigerator. I want Monique to get her credit for being super helpful, but I also want other employees to be held accountable for the quality of their work if they're charging almost $100 for a set of nails this basic with no designs. read more

I called around and got quotes before deciding this place sounded the most reasonable. They are warm and welcoming from the start and helped me decide which shape and color to do for my nails today. I messed up my nails twice while getting them done because I was reading, and my nail technician Fefe was kind and understanding. Would 10/10 recommend this place! read more

I am very particular about pedicures and this place does not disappoint. They are always friendly and I can usually get in same day as a walk in though they do get busy. I love the mango spa pedicure. I've had many nail techs there and all are good. Dung is my favorite there, she is a sweetheart and so very good. My heels are always dry and cracked but it gets revived here. They also are so good at the massages and take their time. The facility is clean and the massage chair is relaxing. read more

I did not have a good experience here. This is my second time writing this review as I felt bad early so I took it down just to be told to take it down a bunch of times after already doing so (check the screenshots). I did not feel like she was trying to make it up to me but rather for me to get the bad review off her page. So here's what happened. I come in as a walk in, so maybe I can blame my experience on that, and the girl at the front is super nice to me. Then the girl that pulls me to the back, Sophia, for a pedicure was also great, she did my nails well and was super sweet the whole time. Then I get to my manicure and this girl is super sweet. The moment she starts putting on the acrylics though, they are all crooked and on wrong so I ask her to fix it and she sighs like it's a bother for her to fix the crooked nail. Then we go on with the rest of the manicure, and 3 hours after walking into the salon, after asking her to fix certain parts of my nails and her not understanding me because of a language barrier, I ended up with these nails. They are bumpy, crooked, and misshapen. I paid $180 for this. The cost of the pedicure was $60 and then I gave them a $30 tip, that's $90, the lady told me through text my manicure was $75 so that would be $165, what's the extra $15? Maybe I'm crazy but either way I asked the lady at the front to break down the price structure for me and I was given a vague response. Either way, I was fine removing my review until the lady through text got pushy and refused to give me a refund. Thanks. read more

I responded to an advertisement from Laguna Med Spa for a HIFU treatment that was advertised for $59. After my appointment, the manager strongly pressured me to purchase additional treatment packages that I repeatedly said I wasn't interested in. Eventually, she lowered the price and encouraged me to apply for a CareCredit account. I was told that if I was not approved by their Good Faith Exam nurse because of medical concerns, I would not be charged. Based on that assurance, I agreed to proceed. However, my CareCredit account was immediately charged $2,500. The very next day, I had a video consultation with their Good Faith Exam nurse, who determined that I was not a candidate for the treatment because I had high-risk medical factors. Despite being denied for the procedure, the $2,500 charge remained on my CareCredit account. I contacted Laguna Med Spa multiple times over the following months, but my calls and requests were ignored. I even returned to the office in person and asked to speak with the manager, who refused to meet with me. Cindy told me to continue making my monthly CareCredit payments and promised she would resolve the issue. I trusted her, but now, four months later, I still have not received my refund. My calls are no longer returned, and the charge remains on my account. Based on my personal experience, I believe the company made promises that were not honored and provided very poor customer service after the sale. I encourage anyone considering doing business with Laguna Med Spa to be extremely careful, ask for everything in writing, and fully understand any financing agreement before signing.
