Honestly I am so disappointed. I asked for an ombré dip manicure and verified the pricing before I got my nails done. They told me it would be 90$ after everything I asked for, I agreed it'd be okay. Monique is the lady that did my pedicure and she did a great job. I got another lady to do my hands and I didn't get her name. After I had gotten my pedicure done the second lady started my hands. It took her almost 45 minutes to even glue tips onto my fingers. She kept taking them off and reapplying them. She also kept drilling the tips down to the base of my nail, and my natural nails were drilled down. I asked how long it would take to finish since I had already been there almost 2 hours (obviously irritated bc my nails are barely started) and Monique offered to continue helping me at her station instead. Monique finished my nails with the dip and the shaping. By the time I left, I was questioning if this set was worth $90. It is now not even seven days later and one of my nails just fell off opening the refrigerator. I want Monique to get her credit for being super helpful, but I also want other employees to be held accountable for the quality of their work if they're charging almost $100 for a set of nails this basic with no designs. read more

I did not have a good experience here. This is my second time writing this review as I felt bad early so I took it down just to be told to take it down a bunch of times after already doing so (check the screenshots). I did not feel like she was trying to make it up to me but rather for me to get the bad review off her page. So here's what happened. I come in as a walk in, so maybe I can blame my experience on that, and the girl at the front is super nice to me. Then the girl that pulls me to the back, Sophia, for a pedicure was also great, she did my nails well and was super sweet the whole time. Then I get to my manicure and this girl is super sweet. The moment she starts putting on the acrylics though, they are all crooked and on wrong so I ask her to fix it and she sighs like it's a bother for her to fix the crooked nail. Then we go on with the rest of the manicure, and 3 hours after walking into the salon, after asking her to fix certain parts of my nails and her not understanding me because of a language barrier, I ended up with these nails. They are bumpy, crooked, and misshapen. I paid $180 for this. The cost of the pedicure was $60 and then I gave them a $30 tip, that's $90, the lady told me through text my manicure was $75 so that would be $165, what's the extra $15? Maybe I'm crazy but either way I asked the lady at the front to break down the price structure for me and I was given a vague response. Either way, I was fine removing my review until the lady through text got pushy and refused to give me a refund. Thanks. read more

I love the mango spa pedicure. I've had many nail techs there and all are good. Dung is my favorite there, she is a sweetheart and so very good.
