This is my favorite nail salon in Parker. It's a mom-and-pop business, and both Rose and Thomas provide cheerful service and terrific pedicures (along with nail, lash, and wax services). They have just upgraded to new salon chairs with gorgeous carnival glass basins. I could have sworn when I looked up decent nail salons, I fell upon this one and it looked COMPLETELY DIFFERENT in the photos I saw on line then what it looked like when I arrived. I was very confused. So confused that I some how wound up waiting 20 minutes to get the pedicure I requested, when I should have just said never mind and went to the place I typically go to. While the duo team of workers were very pleasant, I just didn't really enjoy my experience here. It was hot. My pedicure chair (massage chair) sounded like it was on its last life (IE SUPER LOUD WHEN I TURNED IT ON/when it was "massaging")... And well, I just wasn't very relaxed at all. I will say my pedicure massage was nice (I got the foot facial treatment) but everything else was kinda mediocre, at best. read more

I had a dip manicure here about a month ago as I moved and was looking for a new salon in the area. The nail tech was friendly and the environment was clean. However I thought it was odd the tech never removed my original dip color and only dremeled the color down and painted over it with dip powder and then gel. I also couldn't get the color I initially wanted because "it was too light" to cover the original color. I had never seen or experienced this before but thought maybe it was a different technique. However when I went to a new place they were shocked how the dip was previously performed and it took about 30 minutes to get all the layers off my nails. As I previously said this salon environment was fine, but I'd never get a dip manicure done here again. read more

This is THE WORST NAILPLACE that I have ever been to in my life . Treated my mother whom has cancer Terribly! She was so excited to get her nails done & feel pretty about herself until we got here . The disrespect we received is beyond me . He didn't listened to a word she said about how she wanted her nails done. He ignored her as if he was deaf . Did such a crappy job on top of that , did NOT file or buff down her nails . The "COMPLETED" Job wasn't worth $20 or my time , but yet he charged my mom's card for $80 when the original price was $40 . Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ! I was amazed that with the treatment that I got, it was only the basic Pedicure and not a SPA Pedi...what oh what could the SPA include that my basic didn't She did a great job on the dead skin on the bottom of my feet and the polishi is perfection. This is one of the worst nail salon experiences I've ever had in my whole life. Came in on Labor Day for a walk-in gel manicure, they got me in pretty quick, but I felt like the service I received was even quicker. Thomas rushed my manicure so much that my hands were soaked in cold non-soapy water, my cuticles were over trimmed, and I even had to ask him to go back and re-file nails because they were jagged. He would get highly distracted anytime anyone would walk in and/or out of the establishment or called on the phone. This man was like a chicken with his head cut off. Although, the final straw for me was when he was trying to file some of the gel polish off of my skin, He filed so much that the side of my pinky started bleeding. I expressed my concern to another manicurist in the building, Who then attempted to swipe the blood away like it was polish! At that point I pretty much went into a panicked state and in spite of all that, I still had to pay for the service. They knew I wasn't happy and all I got was "sorry your total is $30". Finally, to add even more insult to injury, it hasn't even been two weeks since I got the manicure and it's already peeling/chipping. read more

This is one of the worst nail salon experiences I've ever had. The first time I came in was on a referral from a friend, whom I just found out had the same bad experience. First visit, great! On time, great job. Except after 1 week, they all started lifting at the bottom and just popped off. I had to keep gluing them on. So on the 2nd visit, my appointment was at 4. I got there at 3:45. The place was packed with only 2 workers, the owner and his wife. He had 3 people before me and acted like I had no appointment!! You can see it in the book. He asked me at 430 to keep waiting a "few minutes". While I don't mind waiting maybe like 15 minutes as I do understand time can be thrown, but I ended up waiting an HOUR! That is unacceptable! Then he starts doing a full set since they all came off while I was there after my glue job. I told him how I wanted my pink and whites. Instead I got about 1/8 of pink and the rest a white nail. I kept telling him more pink, he said its ok. They all look different and STUPID with such a huge white tip. Then after he knew I was even more upset, had the audacity to want me to pay! But oh, he did me a favor giving me a full set for $35. Wow!! No business sense whatsoever! I ended up paying as I felt while it was wrong it was right. Then he asked if I wanted another appointment. Are you kidding me?! So I can waste my time sitting for over an hour, not get what I asked for and then you want me to pay AND tip!?! What a joke! Terrible business! read more

Catching up with the grrls in Colorado, so we decided to go for a mani/pedi afternoon treat. This place had best reviews so we bypassed 3 other nail places to come here. It is in the McDonalds/Baskin Robbins parking lot, not the Hobby Lobby/Big Lots one. -The massage chairs are great, but the seat is... Interesting. I stuck to the back massage setting only, but try it and you will see what I am talking about, lol -Luan did my toes and I am seriously considering moving to Colorado so she can do my nails everytime!! I got a regular pedicure and a shellac manicure today. My shellac manicure was done by Luan. I chose a gel that was a coral color and she came back with a bright orange color. I thought this was the color I had picked out since it was similar, but it was just awful by the time it was done. Completely ruined my day. I ended up going back in and they expected me to pay $20 for their mistake. That did not happen. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone unless you are very flexible with the fact that you may not get the color you asked for. Both my mother and I had this problem. The staff are all very friendly and it didn't take long for them to all remember me and say hi when I come in. I love a place where I feel welcome! They have a small staff so I recommend making an appointment beforehand and giving yourself a little extra time. I was fed up with other places not spending the time on a quality pedicure and manicure. I'm pretty rough on my feet and love that they give them a little more attention. After my fill, there is usually gunk under my nails and their polishes can be dried and leave blobs on your nails. I usually have to fix some things when I get home. Not sure I will be back again. Used to like it a lot when Luan did my nails. She paid much more attention to detail. read more
