Mylinh has become like a friend she is so personable and always takes my critiques and crazy idea designs with a smile. I have sent all my dearest friends to her as her salon is always so clean and they do such a wonderful job. Even my mother when she Flys in from TX will make it a point to have her nails done by Mylinh. Love this place! I tried it after reading the other reviews here. I get a mani every 3 weeks and pedi every 6 weeks. My schedule demands make it so that I have limited time to get services like hair and nails. I need to make appointments weeks in advance and know that it will happen reasonably on time. I have been there twice and both times I had a great experience! This is my new nail salon! I make an appointment and they honor it. I don't wait behind clients who walked in. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and they do a beautiful job on my fingers and toes. It's a family business. Their prices are not the most expensive or the cheapest, very competitive with other salons in the area that aren't as good. I have no problem with what I pay. Melissa does my nails and she is really good; very thorough and meticulous. It's very clean throughout--something that's really important to me. They have a great selection of colors and lots of great ways to jazz up my nails. They guarantee my gel manicure for 2 weeks. If anything happens they fix it. Highly recommended! read more

I came for a pedicure and it was ok. Nothing over the top. I was a walk in and it was made clear to me that the only reason I could get in is because someone canceled an appointment, people were being turned away and appointments were two days out and there were only about three people working. So it's not a heavy volume place, I would not recommend going without an appointment. Be prepared to watch a cake video stream over and over and over and over and over while you get your pedi (or nails). Cute for five minutes, then little boring. You absolutely couldn't go wrong visiting Stella Nails. I had moved back to Colorado couple of years ago from Indiana and finally found a salon worth going to. My go to is a pink and white ombré. I decided this last visit to change it up for Halloween. First go around just didn't set right but Mylinh got me back in that same day and fixed them. I don't mind waiting (I did not have an appointment) but I do mind being lied to. When I walked in(4:14pm) I was told that I would be taken care of in 10 minutes. 25 minutes later when I went to grab my bag and leave, a technician got up, told me I could come sit in the chair(pedi) now, and sorry for the wait. After looking at the three customer who were being worked on, I knew I was nowhere close to getting a worked on. I asked again, how much longer the wait would be, due to needing to pick up my kids in an hour, she told me 10 more minutes and they never know what the customers want. I understand things can take longer then expected but not being truthful from the beginning (two out of three walked in 5 min before me) and then blaming customer is not ok. read more

Update: I went to the doctor today. I got cellulitis skin infection here from a pedi 5 weeks ago. I'm on antibiotics for 10 days now. Don't go here!!!! The doctor told me today that "the skin infection is on all ten toes and it's pretty bad." For real, be careful. Original post: I went here to get a pedicure with my friend - both of us just had a baby and it was our first outing. We were so excited for some pampering! Nothing too special about the place. My nails started chipping two days after going - which is pretty bad. To top it off, it's been 6 weeks since the pedi and I have a serious infection on my toes. They skin around my nails are inflamed and super red. It's impossible to walk in heels because they hurt so bad. I am seeing a doctor Monday to get this taken care of (I was hoping it would go away on its own but it is getting worse)This place must not follow safety and health guideline. I hate to leave a bad review but I am really not happy with my nails or the experience I had. My nails were filed so short they hurt, my friend and I couldn't even sit together during the appointment. The lady who did mine made rude remarks throughout the appointment- rolling her eyes implying that I smudged my nails (and because her light didn't work properly and I had to hold my hand a certain way in it.) Only two days later my nails already have chips in them. They are all dull, some don't match and one has a weird mark in it. $30 down the drain. read more

Not recommended! It took two hours to get a pedicure and full set of UV nails. It should've taken no more than an hour and a half for both. The technician was rude and the work was very low quality. The pedicure was extremely basic and they didn't use a toe separator when polishing. With my hands, the nails were filed uneven and crooked, she never cleaned the nail polish off the sides after polishing, and it looked like I needed a fill on certain fingers before I even left. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the manager, she did nothing but apologize. Didn't offer to fix the nails or even offer a coupon for next time. In addition, most places will offer to help carry your bag as you move between chairs or will give you a complementary neck massage at the end...don't expect either of those. Definitely won't be returning! read more

Beware of torture, my wife went to this salon and told the male tech that she didnt want her nails ground down with the dremmel tool ( a hand-held grinder). The man got mad showing mega attitude and administered a painful cleaning and cuticle work. This isnt necessary my wife just wanted him to use a cleaning solution to take the old polish from her nails. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! This place gave me the best pedicure I've ever had. I forget the pedicure I chose (it was $35) but she did WORK to my feet. I'm talking cracked embarrassing heels to beautiful soft as a baby's bottom feet I'm proud to walk on. She worked on me diligently and I genuinely feel like she took her time and did amazing work. This was my first time at Stella's Nails & Spa. Best nail salon ever! I got a pedicure and a powder dipped manicure in Lincoln Park After Dark, my go to fall/winter color. The service was fantastic. The treatments were so well done and professional. They take their time and do it right! I treated a male friend to a pedicure and he was quiet for once, he was in Heaven.
