They are very informed on hair and why it's hard or easy to remove. You may not always have the best experience, come on it's a wax!, but they are always helpful and kind. I love getting my waxes done here. All of the EWC's are great as always but the staff here especially is always welcoming. I usually have my son with me which any mother knows is tough when you are trying to accomplish something. They are always so sweet to us both and totally understanding that he's just a baby and I can't drop him off anywhere in order to come in. They don't care if he's fussy or when he starts acting up and are always so professional and kind. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Even if I'm late trying to come in to my appointment time they will still squeeze me in with whoever is available and I have no complaints about any members of their staff. It's a little pricy but in comparison around town quite reasonable. And if you're a frequent customer, there are other offers for people in order to save money. You also don't have to pay it all up front, they can break it up into easier payments which is great. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my wax treatments.

Money is very tight for me, and I could go to a cheap barber or something, but I would rather get the immense quality that she always brings every single time. her prices are very reasonable, and in the over two decades that she has done my hair, I have never had a haircut I was disappointed with. I was getting more self-conscious about my white temples (I'm young, but did not get very good hair genes), and she colored them and made them look totally natural with the rest of my hair. She is extremely artistic and can get a sense for exactly what will work with each person, and she's great conversation every time while she does my hair. She also is an excellent business owner and knows how to find the right people who will make a terrific team. Im usually fine with that but not someone with only two years experience and barely out of her teens. Ughhh. Christmas is a busy season and the other stylists were all booked. The girl was very slow and scared of messing up it seemed. It took three hours to do my hair and I was shocked. Everyone was nice but at the end of the day, that was far too long and I did not feel like it should have taken that long. I don't know. I would be open to trying a more mature and experienced stylist next time.

She gave me my total and while it seemed high I figured it was because I purchased the products that my esthetician recommended. Upon getting home I took a better look at my receipt and realized the receptionist charged me $20 instead of 20%.I had gone with a friend so I let her know what happened & she mentioned she was also charged $20 instead of 20%.Being that I heard multiple customers ask her to add a 20% tip while I awaited my service I decided to call the following Monday to let the manager know what happened to me and at least one other customer.I spoke to the front desk who said the manager wasn't available but would give me a call the following day.It has now been a week from my service and I never heard back from any staff member. As much as I liked my esthetician I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism from the administrative staff.
