Vivian, Ben and Tony always do an amazing job! I was relatively loyal to a nail salon in Lone Tree, but post COVID, their prices for a gel mani went from $30 to $38. Somewhat understandable, but I wanted to find a better option closer to my boyfriend's house in Parker. I immediately felt welcomed by the owners and loved their energy with each other and their other clients. They have a great selection of OPI and Shellac polishes and are quick but so a great, thorough job. Prices are great! $30 for a gel mani and $20 for a gel polish change. Shellac mani/pedi for $70, not bad! I was able to get them done at the same time so it was great and quick. The only thing i didn't like is the shapes/sizes aren't the same for all nails. Wish i got the two ladies' names because they were really friendly and had great attention to detail. Definitely my new spot. Update: I did have issues with the fingernail paint chipping a few days later. I was told it was bc of how thick they layered it. However I was able to have them redone and fixed at no charge. Visited for a much needed pedicure before vacation. Had a 5:00 appointment on a Tuesday and aside from one other customer getting a manicure I had the place to myself. The place is by no means large. They have room for a few manicures and I believe about 8 chairs for pedicures. Chairs were the nice massage chairs. I appreciated that it didn't have a chemical odor when you stepped inside. I also love to see them clean the chair immediately after a treatment. I left with pretty toes and relaxed. Paid $45 for a spa pedicure which seems to be the average at most spas. Terrible service and quality. My daughter went with a friend yesterday to celebrate the end of school. They took the money they had saved up this semester to get their nails done. The paint job looks like an elementary child gave them a manicure. The French dip was to the middle of the fingernail versus the tip. There were raised bumps along the nails. Didn't realize just how upset I was until I left the nail salon. Going to be a long review but I hope someone reads it and chooses a different place to go. I get there today at 4:30 was take back about 10 minutes later. The place seemed a little dirty which was a red flag but I really needed my nails done. I had an appointment for a dip manicure and gel pedicure. I sit with my feet in the water. My pedicure consisted of my feet in the water, my nails clipped and cuticles clipped. No sugar scrub, no foot salt in the water, nothing. I'm asked to go get my nails done by the male that works there because the woman doing my nails took another client. No big deal. The guy who did my nails was extremely rough. They are bumpy and uneven he also cut my pinky finger with the razor he used to cut my dip powder. The lady who did my feet told me the man doing my nails has to leave half way through because of an emergency. Then the guy walks over and tells me he has to get a hair cut because he missed his appointment three days ago. The lady asks me to sit in the pedicure chair and she paints my toes and says "ok you're done". No lotion literally nothing. My feet are more dry than they were when I walked in. I'm extremely upset as there's still acrylic all over my hands. My pinky was cut by the razor blade. There was no lotion or scrub on my feet or salts out in the water. There is polish/dip missing on my nails and they are lumpy and bumpy. The worst part was all of this cost $92. I'd choose somewhere else in Parker to be honest. I wanted to relax a little and treat myself to my nails and I feel ripped off and let down.. read more

Listen, the nails are not that bad. The color is good and the shape isn't wrong. The price is good. I got a full set acrylic, and I don't typically like thick nails with my fingers. So I asked for them to thin them out. After this my nail tech started to get very aggressive with my nails. Tearing the skin down and making all my nails bleed. Typically my skin is pretty rough and takes a bit to get them to bleed, but by the time I left, almost all my nails were bleeding and my natural nail underneath was filed down to nothing. I don't really recommend going there if you are looking for acrylic nails. read more

Came in for a mani/pedi, and well... My manicure was just awful. I bled several times, the older man was very rough and rushed. I felt the whole time that he just wanted to be done. I almost asked for someone else in the middle of the session, but I knew they were busy and didn't want to stress them out. So, I sat there and got through it. The length and shape were not what I asked, and my fingers hurt. NOW...for the Pedicure I received after that-a younger, much nicer man gave me the pedi. he was very talkative and took his time on every procedure I wanted done! My feet have never been so smooth. My toenails and fingernails weren't filed evenly, calluses were not removed, heels left feeling rough, polish was thick and uneven. Overall, it was a poor job. I had such a disappointing experience this afternoon at Elegant Nails. My teenage daughter and I made an appointment for both of us to get acrylic manicures. When we showed up at our SCHEDULED time, they put us both in chairs and proceeded to do my daughters nails while I sat waiting. I picked out a color and continued to wait. Customers came in after me and were immediately helped. I sat watching my daughter get her nails done and finally after almost an hour, left her my debit card and walked out. I called to see the soonest appointment was they told me 12 i said i would do it for another appointment because that wasnt soon enough they said it would only take an hour. Fine no issue. Except i wasnt seen til 12:15. I sat in a chair that was not wiped down after the girl in front of me was seen. Im not sure if the guy doing my nails washed his hands. The acrylic i got made my fingers burn. He checked his phone during my appointment. Overall bad experience. First off I haven't gotten my nails done since the Covid pandemic. I decided enough is enough and went to elegant nails and so glad I did. The salon is super clean, they took me right away all the employees were wearing masks, and it definitely felt like everyone there took the Covid restrictions seriously. My technician was Vivian she did a great job. My mani pedi was great, she listened to exactly what I wanted. I felt pampered and well taken care of. I will for sure be going back. I don't know the name of the guy who did my nails for a shellac mani, but he was obviously in a hurry. I wish I would have taken a picture. The quality was so bad it looked like something I would have done - which is why I have my nails done professionally. He hardly touched my cuticles so they were a mess. The brush marks were uneven and sloppy. My nails were chipping within a week. No no no. Will not be back. To the salon: Don't over book when you know it's going to be a busy day anyway. This place is the absolute cleanest nail salon I have ever been to! The staff are very friendly and do a fantastic job. I came here because I had a bad experience with another salon and a dip manicure. My technician here did an amazing job at a new dip manicure. I also had a pedicure here and the girl did a great job. They use a tub liner for every new client and everyone gets their own new scrubbies. Also, they sterilized their instruments and opened the sterile packaging in front of me.
