Can't use the hot tub and the floors felt dirty. There was gravel underneath my feet from the hot tub. All in all can't complain but that's the down and dirty of it !

It was not full-body--only about two-thirds of my legs were treated, and my stomach was skipped entirely. The dry brushing was so light that it barely touched my skin, so there was little to no exfoliation. The draping also made the experience awkward. When I turned over, the therapist held the blankets so tightly over me that it was difficult and uncomfortable to move beneath them. Finally, the towels smelled unclean, as though they hadn't been properly sanitized, which detracted from the spa experience. While I appreciated the kindness of both Celis and the manager, I still spent nearly two hours there and left disappointed because the service did not match what I had booked.
