When she did the extractions, she was so thorough and gentle! I wasn't in pain like I have been in other places! She's so good with extractions!!! I had a consultation before my appointment where they went over my skincare regimen, tried to sell me skincare products, then went to the laser. Since I already take great care of my skin and have a comprehensive skincare regimen, they said I may not see much results with my first laser treatment, then spent the rest of my consultation trying to upsell me on a different laser package where I'm told I would see results with those pricier lasers. Overall, everyone was nice and welcoming, but it felt like I was constantly being pressured to purchase something. If I left with any improvements in my skin like my skin tone, or hyperpigmentation I would have still been satisfied with my visit, but the fact that I didn't see any improvements in my skin whatsoever, I felt like everyone wasted their time, including myself, and I was out $100.
