I think the owner could spend some money to make the interiors a lot nicer with the amount of money you pay. The shower was very dark and no shampoo or conditioner. Can't use the hot tub and the floors felt dirty. There was gravel underneath my feet from the hot tub. All in all can't complain but that's the down and dirty of it !

So I had to get up and get dressed while he's still pulling on the door handle, yelling. I was no longer relaxed and was totally annoyed by the whole situation. The same woman who didn't give me my choice, followed me to the door as I told her I wasn't getting the massage. She said "I'll give you a female I'll give you a female" She then only spoke Korean to all of the other employees standing around, I anssume explaining what had happened. She said she'd give me a free 30 min massage and handed me 2 packs of hand moisturizer, which I didn't take. It was so unprofessional and creepy, I will definitely never go back.

It was not full-body--only about two-thirds of my legs were treated, and my stomach was skipped entirely. The dry brushing was so light that it barely touched my skin, so there was little to no exfoliation. The draping also made the experience awkward. When I turned over, the therapist held the blankets so tightly over me that it was difficult and uncomfortable to move beneath them. Finally, the towels smelled unclean, as though they hadn't been properly sanitized, which detracted from the spa experience. While I appreciated the kindness of both Celis and the manager, I still spent nearly two hours there and left disappointed because the service did not match what I had booked.
