Instead, I was rushed into the chair and rushed right back out with my hair still wet. It was a "blink and you'll miss it" service that left me with a result that looks haphazard and unfinished. There was zero effort put into the styling. I didn't feel like a valued client; I felt like a checkbox on a list that they wanted to clear as quickly as humanly possible.
