The doctor said the tooth was cracked and had an infection but that it was too late in the day to start a root canal procedure and they couldn't get me back in until Saturday. She waved her hand and said, 'Oh I wouldn't give anything for pain for that!' and refused. I was very suspicious of this for various reasons, mainly because there were no X-Rays to support this. The entire office is pleasant, kind and professional. They put me right at ease. Dr. Connie Lan spoke with me like I was a real human, not just "another" patient. I had my teeth cleaned and they took ex-rays and Kendall helped me every way. No need to any fillings so I can't comment on that but had good news when Dr. Lan shared with me her strategy for keeping my gums strontg and teeth cavity free. I would highly recomment this dentist. I had to change dentists, and Open and Affordable picked up right where I needed them to. They did the final two or three cavity fillings and a crown, and then the partial dentures, both upper and lowers. They helped me through the adjustment period and were attentive to helping me when I had some painful spots, treated me, and now I am well on my way to fully using my dentures and am very happy with them. By which I mean, the dentures and also the staff and dentists and assistants at Open and Affordable. I recommend them to my friends.
