They mentioned they accepted Medicaid as well so I went up to the second floor to make an appointment. They were able to schedule me in the next week. My 12 month old son only has two teeth so the appointment was more informative than anything. The dental assistant made my son whose normally so stranger shy so comfortable. He was even smiling! The dentist was very knowledgeable as well. She answered all my questions with information that made sense. They did take a look in his mouth to make sure his teeth was okay and he did fuss a little at that. We were given a little goody bag of dental stuff for him. It had a little baby toothbrush that could be used as a teether, a small toothpaste and mouthwash, some of those floss picks and even a rubber ducky which he still plays with! Our next appointment is in 6 months and I feel comforted that we've found a good place for his dental needs already.

From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and a genuinely friendly attitude. They immediately made our daughter feel comfortable, which is no small task with a toddler at the dentist! The hygienist was incredibly patient and took the time to explain each step in a calm, reassuring way that put both our daughter and us at ease. What stood out most was how the team turned what could have been a stressful visit into a fun and positive experience. They spoke gently, used age-appropriate language, and even made her laugh throughout the appointment. The dentist was professional, kind, and clearly experienced with young children, taking extra time to make sure our daughter's first visit went smoothly. The office itself was clean, colorful, and designed with kids in mind, which made it even more inviting. We never felt rushed, and the staff truly cared about making the visit a success. It's rare to find a medical office where every single person goes above and beyond like this one did. We left feeling grateful and confident that we found the perfect dental home for our child. We'll definitely be returning for all of her future checkups and cleanings. I highly recommend this office to any parent looking for a caring, professional, and child-friendly dentist.

The entire team was warm and professional from check in to check out, creating a positive experience from start to finish. Dr. Hoffman's bedside manner is exceptional. She put my daughter completely at ease, even during a cavity filling appointment. I had prepared her for a numbing shot, but afterward she happily shared that she never felt a thing and did not even realize a shot had been given. That speaks volumes about her gentle and skillful approach with children. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice to any family looking for top notch, kid friendly dental care.

Don't miss the driveway, google maps thinks you can turn in where there is no driveway. Turn before the Starbucks! Walking in the room was large and clean. TV playing with cartoons at 9am and the play area is visible from the door. It's a very well equipped play area with a block table, lots of toys for a range of ages and tablet screens. Normally when you fill out dr questionnaires, no one reads them and asks you all the questions again. Well I can tell you, they read them! Some of the questions I needed to clarify but they read them. Winning!! In the room, it feels warmer than a sterile room but it's still a dentist office. There was no stickers of cars or horses on the walls but they had a tv on the ceiling ready for the kids to enjoy/distract. My 2 year old got through it with his favourite YouTube channel because it's like a drug for him in comparison to other kids shows. The nurse gave his teeth a clean and a look over, we had a visit from the dr and he gave a more thorough exam and then me a run down of how everything is progressing, addressed my concerns and I was on my way, and my kid with a new toy in his hand after being able to pick one from the toy wall. Everyone happy!!

My insurance covers everything and I trusted the office to keep tracking what was needed to be done. This time I got a bill so I called the office to ask why. Instead of listening to my question, the finance lady yelled at me and told me to stop talking. I never got treated like this in my whole life anywhere else. The dentists need to know how bad she was. As a customer, I had the right to ask a simple question. I don't care what her problem was that day, she had no position and right to treat me like that. We left the office right away and will never go back.
