I love the practice here and how great they are with my toddler. Bringing a toddler to the dentist is always an adventure and they make it as smooth as possible. The waiting room has a great play area for while you wait and even have tablets with games that the older kids seem to love. They have tvs above the dental chairs with all sorts of children show options and then have weighted stuffed animals to help with anxiety. The staff is all very understanding and take their time to explain what they're doing and what they're looking for. They also give great advice on how to incoroparate good dental habits. read more

The dentists and the staff have taken wonderful care of my family for years! They are thoughtful, pragmatic in their approach, and know how to approach kids about dental hygiene in a way that connects with them. I love how they talk through pros and cons of situations to help you make a decision - such as whether or not to address a cavity in a baby tooth that doesn't have long before it will fall out. We have had nothing but great service at West Metro Pediatric Dentistry for my daughter. She has gone for cleanings, fillings, and when she injured her mouth from falling. We've always been seen quickly when we call. The staff was also great to work with since we had primary and supplemental insurance, they waited until both insurances had paid out until they billed us. read more

Dr. Q and the team at West Metro Pediatric Dentistry are Amazing! My son had a horrible experience at a different pediatric dentist when he was 3 years old and has been scared ever since to go to the dentist. I have been taking my 2 sons here for several years. My youngest has autism so dentist visits are not easy for him. The staff is very patient with him and always reassuring him that he will be OK and always tell him what they are doing before they do it. They treat him just like any other kid that would come in. It is very hard to find doctors/dentist that want to work with special needs kids. Everyone that we have dealt with has been amazing with him!! read more

Took my 2 year old in for her first cleaning today and everyone in the office was amazing. She was a typical scared 2 year old. She screamed, cried, kicked, and, yes, she even spit (but just on the floor) I was so embarrassed but no one in the office acted like it was anything out of the ordinary. They were all so sweet. They even had someone come in and hold my 1 year old during the exam so I could help hold my 2 year old's hands. Dr Quintanilla was so sweet and calm with her and he got her cleaning and exam done in less than a minute I think. He took the time to talk with me about my concerns and give me his recommendations. They even gave her a prize for being so "good" My daughter has been talking about her appointment all day. She was even going around pretending to be the "teeth doctor" and checking everyone's teeth this evening. I highly recommend this office! read more

Their dental service is in par with others but be warned...you may receive an unexpected bill in the end. The friendly staff will give you an impression that all "out-of-pocket" expense will be clear prior to treatments and will not be disclosed to patients during treatments (usually require a multiple visits) but after the dust settles, you will receive a huge unexpected bill amount. They will not offer any adjustments or discounts based on patients ignorance of not reading the fine prints in signed contract. read more

We brought our 20-month-old son in for his first checkup and had a great experience. The hygienist was very kind and let him pick out a new toothbrush and a prize for being so good during the "cleaning" (which at this age is basically just brushing the teeth and painting on a fluoride treatment). They conducted the exam while he sat on my lap since he's still so young and they didn't want the big chair to intimidate him. Dr. LaShica Young was also very kind and gave us very useful information about fluoride toothpaste and how to help bad breath. We're looking forward to visiting again in 6 months! read more

We started seeing Dr. Young shortly after my daughter turned 1. The staff is highly attentive, extremely welcoming and helpful. The dentist can be a source of anxiety for new parents but not here. Everyone is incredibly friendly and loving from the moment you walk in the door. My 3 year old had a small cavity that had to be filled. Not only do they have a wonderful set up where he could watch a movie while the work was being done, but both Dr. Savage and the hygienist took the time to make sure he and I felt at ease before and during the procedure. Karen, the office manager at the Centennial office (which has moved to 7180 E. Orchard Rd), may be nice to paying customers, but she is rude to delivery people. If she has an issue with the delivery, she walks away while the delivery person is explaining the reason for issue. She is disrespectful to others. I would not do business here. read more

We're extremely happy with Dr. Savage and the staff here. My 3 yo daughter face planted after slipping on ice and it was a bloody painful mess. we just moved to colorado and haven't set her up with a pediatric dentist yet. we called this clinic a quarter til closing and the receptionist asked us to send a picture of her injuries to her cell phone. couple minutes later, she called back and said Dr. Savage can see us right away. We made it there 5 min til closing and were immediately taken into the exam room. The staff there were so good to my little girl and made her feel at ease. Having frozen on the little tv screen didn't hurt of course. Dr. Savage came in shortly after and examined her. she ended up with 4 root fractures. He did a great job explaining her injuries, what to expect, and things to do to help her teeth and gums heal. My daughter loved the office and staff. They made an otherwise traumatizing experience not so bad. The office itself is very clean, organized, well designed, and fun for kids. We're so glad we found this office and will be coming back for all her dental care. read more

My daughters have been coming here for a few years - my 7 year old actually asks when she can come back! Dr. LaShica Young and Dr. Bryan Savage have a great rapport with kids and are quick and complete. The dental assistants are great with the kids - my 3 year old was afraid at her last appointment and in a matter of minutes, our dental assistant had her smiling and cooperating! The front office is helpful and friendly. The office itself is great for the kids (toys, TVs, stuffed animals with teeth that the kids can brush, etc.). We live in Denver but it's worth the extra travel time to go here. read more
