I have been coming to this salon on and off for the past nine years, and unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing. I scheduled an appointment for a gel manicure and, upon arrival, was informed that they were running about 20 minutes behind schedule. While inconvenient, I understand that delays happen and did not have an issue with that. My concern is with the quality of the service itself. I was charged $60 for a gel manicure with chrome, which was significantly more expensive than I was accustomed to paying here. Unfortunately, the results did not reflect that price point. The chrome effect is barely visible and simply looks like a standard shiny top coat. My cuticles were minimally attended to, leaving the manicure looking unfinished and uneven. Additionally, several nails are lumpy and inconsistent in appearance. Most disappointing of all, the polish on my thumb began peeling less than 24 hours after the appointment. For a gel manicure at this price, I expected much better quality and longevity. As a long-time customer who has had many positive experiences here over the years, it is especially disheartening to leave such a review. I requested a nail polish change from white to black. The nail tech asked me if I wanted my toenails trimmed, and I said, 'Yes.' The nail tech then cut my big toenail all the way down to my skin. She cut two more off before I could stop her. I asked her, 'Why did you cut them so low?' She replied that I had asked for a trim. A trim and a cut are not the same thing. She got an attitude because I questioned her, and she never said she was sorry for not listening to me. That ended up being the worst nail polish change experience I've ever had. Don't take customers near closing time. She may have rushed and did an extremely poor job since the salon was closing soon. read more

"I went to Jafore Nail Salon yesterday. It was by far the worst nail salon visit I've ever had. I asked the tech to trim my toes, and she cut my big toenail all the way down to my skin. I have gone to this location three times. I had gel extension put on for the first time for the holidays and I loved them; they worked well for my work with the length I chose, they lasted long. I had them taken off then had a gel manicure done which I have enjoyed my last two experiences with this, and they last for my work which is always my concern given I open a lot of boxes and don't usually wear gloves. The service is great; they tell you price differences between two different types of gels if you're looking in the cat eye book which is great. I have also gotten a pedicure there and loved that service I do need to go back for that again just haven't yet. read more

I took off a star because I paid $10 more than my friend for a pedicure with a longer message and mine was not any longer than hers. They did not set a timer, which some salons do. I think that is needed here. We were visiting from Texas and needed to get our nails done before attending a memorial service for my mom. I walked in and the lady asked if she could help. I asked if they have time for a manicure. The lady gave me the rudest look and asked if I made an appointment. I replied no, do you have time for a walk in? And the girl again gave us the most attitude and said she doesn't have time, but that we can come back later. Strange because the door says "Walk-ins Welcome", but we certainly were not welcome. My nails were so beautiful for my wedding but they only lasted less than a week before they started falling off. After spending almost $90 (not including tip), I'm very disappointed. I've been looking for a nail place since moving to Parker in 12/2019 and I finally found it. The staff was amazing ( my 7yr old cut herself in the middle of my mani and they were so sweet and kind! They helped and wrapped her little finger and bandaged her right up) . The dip polish manicure looks great, the arm massage was ah-mazing as was the pedi and leg/foot massage! Not gonna lie, not the cheapest place, but I highly recommend you go and give this place a try. read more

They only did one layer of dip and don't use sanders so my nails were bumpy and not smooth. My nail started breaking hours later.

The woman who was doing my pedicure dropped a bottle of nail polish and it shattered and got all over my daughter's shoes. She and another woman spent 20 minutes frantically cleaning the tile and then tried to wipe off my daughter's shoes. I tried not to make a big deal about it (it was an accident) but I did expect them to offer me a discount when I paid. They charged me full price!!! Needless to say I will NEVER return. And I had to throw out a brand new pair of Vans she had only worn a few times. read more

I didn't have to worry about them chipping or getting ruined as I helped prep and set up for a wedding! The nail tech did a fantastic job. We booked mani-pedi appointments on a Sunday afternoon and were treated royally! Even their most simple procedures include hot stone massage, and this is such a treat! Next time, I will try some of the upgrades they are offering, especially for pedicures. John did my nails and he was pretty amazing: quick, neat, and courteous. The chair was comfortable and had your typical massage options. I liked the fact that John put my sandals on before painting my nails - this way I didn't have to worry about ruining my nails. The manicure was nice as well; both procedures took about 1.5 hours, but I hear it can take longer. They got pretty busy by mid afternoon, but accommodates several walk-ins while we were there. I recommend making an appointment. Please note, they prefer cash and checks for payment, but take cards as well. read more
