I'd give these ladies negative 20 stars if I could, they were insanely rude. If you want glue from Walmart and cheap ass tips that break if you even wanna pet a dog go to nails sketch. Me and my best friend just wanted a nice girls day and when we didn't like how they looked we wanted to leave and give them 50$ for their troubles and they argued and the lady grabbed my hand saying my nails were done and that it will still be full price. Umm no you glued nails on that I could get from Walmart across the street. "They so strong last 3 weeks" umm no I literally took them off in the car minutes after I left. Appointments easy to make over the phone. Availability great when made even 24 hours in advance. Have consistent clientele and staff. Staff is friendly, detailed, not rushed. Massages with pedi is amazing. Pricing is typical of nail salons in the area. Quiet- no TV blaring just peaceful music. I've done gel mani/pedi, just manicure, dip mani- everything has been great. Before I begin: MEN!! If you are considering getting your hands and feet done, go no further! Every other time I walk in, there's a guy in the pedi chair. I keep saying I'm gonna take my man in. No one blinks an eye, the techs are so kind and professional.. goodness I think your wife will be grateful. What another great experience! My nail tech didn't have a name tag on, but she was very perceptive to what I wanted and made it happen. I had acrylics that are super thick (the paste kind they paint on) and she used their own technique, which makes them look not so bulky. I'm growing out the coffin nail shape and my gal carefully took her time making sure it will transition well to a shorter rounded square. The opaque pink color I used was #2 on their shellac/gel boards with three coats. Absolutely love. I was charged $50 for the entire thing (including that major nail cut, rebase and gel change). I went to Nails & Co previously, and probably will if I need some major nail art, but if I need a nice sparkle, French or simple design, this is my salon. N&Co was very.. busy and seem to not care a whip about who I was or if they wanted me back. They were the ones who piled on the acrylic paste, never would help me pick out a color to match what i was showing them. Nail Sketch has been going through a makeover renovation this last year, and they very recently painted again and changed the layout to their wait/nail polish area. I love what it's turning into, and I hope they keep the classical music and those heavenly quick massages post mani. I become a different person, and my husband even notices the relief. Self care at its finest! I will have to take a picture of their updated services sign and decor when they are finished updating. read more

I really enjoyed this salon and will definitely be back. My friend and I went for pedicures, which I had made appointments for. We didn't have to wait at all, they had a great selection of colors and the nail techs were very friendly and kept asking if we were happy with the service. I loved that the place was very clean and nicely decorated and was playing some relaxing classical/piano music. Can't wait to go for another pedicure here. read more

Initially, I LOVED my nails. I thought they looked more like a natural shape than I'm used to, which isn't bad, and it helped that they did give a hand/arm massage as well as a mini back massage at the end. However, a few things happened that made me super upset. First, during the appointment, I asked for regular acrylic nails and they did the dip powder. Not a big deal, it was my birthday and I was like well, I can splurge a little. Next, they didn't have e-files.. They only used regular nail files to sand and shape the nails. Finally, the tech that I had nicked my cuticles a bit. I didn't think it was that bad until the next day when my cuticles were INCREDIBLY tender and hurt when anything touch them. I could barely put my hand in my purse without pain! Then, one of the nails popped off after only ONE DAY and another THREE popped off after THREE DAYS!!! I have included pictures of when I first posted my nails (3 days ago) and earlier tonight. And I wasn't even doing anything extensive, one popped off as I was SCRATCHING MY LEG, another as I was putting on my shoes! Pretty common things to be doing! I do not usually write reviews, good or bad, as I usually have a decent experience. But this was just so rough and I am just not happy at all. read more

To start with the place is beautiful & the ladies are so friendly , the classical music and no TV was an upgrade from all the other nail places! My pedicure was fantastic;they rubbed my legs and my feet (which is one of my biggest complaints that people don't rub my feet)and I had a wonderful gel pedicure. It ended with a nice shoulder rub. I got my daughter a gift certificate to go to the salon and have her nails done. When she showed up with her two friends to get it done, they told her that she would need to make an appointment. The place was not that busy, and there's a big sign on the door that says walk ins welcome. So, she left that day. We called today to make an appointment, and they said they could accommodate her and her two friends at 1 PM. We scheduled the appointment showed up on time. It was 145 before they finally sat them! I understand running behind when you weren't expecting to, but when we call at noon and you say you can see them at 1 PM, that only leaves one hour for things to completely fall apart to the tune of 45 minute delay. That's totally unacceptable! Even then, they didn't even do that good of a job. We will not be coming back. There's a place literally walking distance from here called Sweet nails that has always done a much better job. Much more professional, and they actually do take walkins, and they run on time! read more

The people are nice and the stones and lotions are relaxing but nothing is worth the "price" ( I use the term price loosely because i was extremely over charged and there was no proof of shellac nail cost). I got a mani and pedi, both shellac. My feet were $35 and my hands were $55? I've never heard of such a high price for shellac. Paid $90 for a mediocre job, and a cut on my foot. Love this nail salon. All five stars, if I could check more I would for sure, because personal kept salon clean and sanitized their tools, not like other nail salons. I have came with acrylic nails, so she was ok to take it off because they do not work with acrylic nails. Ofcourse nail tech lady ( I have forgotten her name) has done a great job for every detail of doing the the powder set. She was proffesional and friednly as well. Unfortunately at the salon, I had messed it up by touching the side of my nail that has not dryed yet and the lady has told me she will fix it. This place has really disappointed me the last several times I've been. They no longer do the quality job that I used to experience. They gave my daughter a terrible, crooked & lumpy manicure. Her tips popped off within 3 days. They gave me a thick, bubbled shellac manicure and it felt rushed. That has been my experience the last 4 times I've given them a chance. I have been coming here over a year now. The ladies are super friendly and take time and care in their work. $30 gets you a simple pedi with a sugar scrub, hot stone massage on your legs and a nice relaxing massage. It's not rushed through like other places I've been. I also have gotten gel manicures that last well over a month without chips. They have a frequent visitor card that gets you $15 off once you complete the card. This really is a great place, I'm surprised at some of the negative reviews because I've never experienced anything negative during my visits. read more

I got my gel mani and spa pedi done here for the first time last Friday. Although it took a very long time to complete, I was very satisfied with the experience, ambiance, and customer service. However, the salon doesn't do well at standing behind their work! After only four days, the nails had already begun to chip. Knowing that this is not usually the case for gel nails, I called in to give them another chance, and they offered to redo my nails for free! Great, I thought. Upon arrival, they changed their tune and said they'd only repair the broken nails, but if I wanted a full polish redo, they'd charge me the full price of a gel set. So I agreed to have the lady do the repair just the broken ones. She told me that my nails are breaking because they're too long, which I know is hogwash, because I've successfully gotten them done elsewhere! The lady rushed the job, using a nail file to remove the gel, which is a BIG no-no for nail health. She filed so hard it heated my nail to a burning sensation. Then, she applied the polish so sloppily that in some places it was lumpy, and a blobs of it were set beyond and under the outer corner of my nails. Also, she didn't fully repair one of the two nails -- it is already beginning to break on the side and I just walked out of the salon an hour ago. Then, when she was done, she turned her nose up, fanned me off, and sent me out of the salon. Not professional. read more

Wow. Best leg massage I've ever received. I'm so relaxed I'm not sure I'll be able to walk out of here! The girls are friendly, the place is clean. They have a fun little menu of upgradable pedicures but they aren't pushy. She worked her magic on my dry feet and they are shining bright like a diamond. This will definitely be my go to place. I an not impressed. Not only is this place extremely over priced, my pedicure looks horrible. I asked for a flower, which they charge extra for, and it looks like something my 10yr old could have done better. The rhinestone they add didn't even last 24 hours. Been going her a few months for silks and pedis. I actually really like this place. They are great with time management. If they tell you to come back in a half hour, they will be ready for you when you walk in the door. They almost always take their time in the service they are providing. One time I did have a pedicure and the lady ran through it so quickly I didn't have much time to relax. I joked about it and they gave me a discount. They have a basic pedicure which is nice but I also like to splurge on their specialty ones. I think they have very fair prices. They do prefer you pay cash but I've never been hassled paying with my card. I try to tip in cash if possible. read more

Terrible experience. I went here with an appointment as a bridal party for a group of 6. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure, and neither turned out as well as they should have. My feet were barely scrubbed, and I still have a ton of dry skin that should have easily been removed in the pedicure. The polish was sloppy, and has already started chipping. The gel manicure was one of the worst I've had, and the nail technician got gel all over my skin without cleaning it up; it was so bad, I had to ask another employee to fix it before I left. My nails hold gel fairly well, and I can usually get 2 weeks from them - this didn't even last one day! The gel first started chipping that evening and was completely gone by the time the reception started the next evening. To top it all off, they overcharged one of women in our group by $40 and couldn't explain why when asked. Not a single employee could give a clear answer on their prices, either. One employee tried to talk one of the women out of her choice of gel polish, then stormed off while rolling her eyes when she said she still wanted gel. Of the 6 in our group, all of our nails were chipped within mere hours of our appointments; most polishes were gone within a day. Skip this place - your wallet will thank you. read more

I've been to a lot of nail salons and this one is definitely my favorite. I got their silk nails as an alternative to acrylic nails and I can't be more in love. They are less damaging than acrylic nails, feel more natural, and are prettier. Mimi did a marvelous job at them and all the employees were super friendly.
