Genuinely the WORST quality nails I have ever received. I went here to get my nails done before pictures, and they were accommodating for a walk in but the quality, look, feel, and overall service was terrible. I would have been happier lighting $120 on fire... The nails were not complicated -- a nude pink gel manicure with extensions. The extensions and gel parts are done extremely poorly. There is a layer of thick gel between my nails and the extensions, so much so that the extension part doesn't even touch my nail bed and leaves a literal gap of about 2mm that looks like a cave between the tip of my natural nail and the underside of the extensions. I can run my fingers on them and feel a literal hole from underneath. The nail tech clearly noticed, as she pulled out nail glue and attempted to fill the holes in with the glue, which didn't work on a couple nails and left the underside of the others with glue bulges and glue on my skin. I also asked for a round shape- not almond, not pointed; only ONE of my ten nails is shaped that way. I asked her to make them more round and after asking for just about every nail, by the end of it they were still pointed. They are all also uneven, with some sides being shaved more than the other, every single nail is a different length, some nails are crooked compared to where my finger points, and there is gel cured underneath that gives some nails a jagged look on the sides. My cuticles were on so red and inflamed after a she shaved them so much with the drill, which didn't even remove all of the hangnails anyways. After I got home I had to file them down to get them looking okay, remove the cut away pieces of skin and hangnails with clippers, and I had to take tweezers and remove glue and gel that was cured to my finger tips and cuticles... Service was fine, I don't chit chat much during my service and beyond asking for changes here and again it was good. But even asking for modifications during the nail process, I was extremely unhappy with them. If I didn't have to be somewhere immediately after I would have asked to get them taken off right then and there. So, what really rubbed me the wrong way was after I paid, the lady who did the nails was extremely dismissive and just continued to repeat and ask me how I wanted to tip. I asked if it could be on the card, she said no. I just stood there as I don't carry cash, and she kept repeating asking how I wanted to tip. She then shoved a Venmo code to me and wouldn't stop until I scanned it to tip. I was so uncomfortable especially because the quality of these nails was nothing even close to the non-tipping price. It's hard to see in the pictures, but trust me. I rarely do reviews and I always try to be understanding, but the quality was just abismal. They just wanted me in and out as soon as possible no matter the quality. I will never step foot in here again and I pray for you if you do... read more

I was a customer there for over a year trying different techs when one didn't work out. First, the salon is so much nicer than the following techs that work there: J-Lynn, Halena, Nikki, Titi and Vu. The women are so gossipy and carry on conversations about you with their colleagues instead of communicating to you. They speak English, but prefer not to let you know how well. They are not polite and "Thank you " is not in their vocabulary. My cuticles were cut badly by more than 1 tech and another tech consistently made ripples, like waves, in my nails time after time. He also cut 8 cuticles until they bled. I spoke to the manager about it. He didn't even apologize for my experiences with rudeness, unprofessional habits and poor work. This was an incredibly luxurious experience! Henry was exceptionally kind and accommodating, always checking in to ensure I was comfortable and that the hot rocks weren't too intense. His kindness and compassion truly stood out. Although they offered complimentary wine, I don't drink, so they provided a Red Bull instead--making sure to inform me of the cost beforehand, which I really appreciated. Henry only works on Mondays and Tuesdays, and I'm so glad I booked in advance because, by the time he finished my pedicure, three other people were already waiting for him! I haven't had any problems with their pedicures but I don't recommend getting your nails done here . I paid $127 when I didn't even pick gel color but they changed my color to that. Then my nails lasted less than two weeks! Full brand new set . When I got to my regular salon they last 3 weeks before I need a rebase. This set has broken off . Most snapped at the tips and they aren't long . Atmosphere is beautiful inside but not worth the money for nails to not last more than a week. read more

Quick and efficient service I appreciate scheduling an appointment with no wait time. My nails last forever, and it doesn't chip easily. We had a weird experience. My daughter and I got manicures and we were chastised by one of the technicians about not telling her what we wanted and we shouldn't tell the front desk. We should always just tell them. She was very informative and helped us understand what we were getting and what we wanted so we knew what to ask for next time, which was helpful. The pedicure was fine and I have no complaints however the manicure was another story. By the end of the day one of my fingers was very sore. Believe it or not, I have never had my nails professionally done at a nail salon. I wanted to treat my mom for her birthday and mother's day and go get our nails done. Setting up an appointment was easy and they were in contact with me via email and text multiple times. The inside was very clean and beautiful. It's definitely a vibe and a great place to spend a couple hours if you're doing a mani and pedi. The music will definitely put you to sleep too, it's very calming. They have lots of nail polish, gel powder and acrylic options. It definitely took longer to find one that I really loved because there were so many. Julie, my nail technician took me over to her station and then proceeded to put tips on my nails. She shaped them and everything, but once she was going to start on the powder she noticed that there wasn't enough left to do all my nails. Sadly, I had to go choose another color, but luckily there was another color that was almost the same color. Throughout the process, everything was great. She did nick two of my nails, but it wasn't that bad. Julie was very nice and I love how my nails turned out! Andy did my moms nails and she loves them. She got a glitter french tip with nail tips and he was so quick and precise. The end price was cheaper than what the website says as well so I was pleased with that! My 17 year old went to this shop on Monday. She got a thorough look at her nails she noticed they were crooked. She called and asked could she come back because she wasn't happy with her nails that cost $140.00 ( not happy she paid that much but that's a different story). They agreed for her to come in the next day at 12 so she could get her nails redone. When she arrived they only agreed to do one or two of the nails and they also agreed to add extra acrylic on the nails which would've made them thicker. They did not honor what they said they were going to do. I do not recommend anyone to go to the salon. read more

I am a frequent customer at Anthony Vince and am so thankful for the services they provide. Recently, I had a bad nail job from another salon (not related to Anthony Vince whatsoever). They were able to quickly get me in to remedy the situation. It was so nice leaving with the feeling that the job was done correctly and I got my moneys worth. I was actually able to relax and enjoy myself. The technicians are skilled, respectful, and offer great services no mater what kind/level you choose. I saw a bad review on here in regards to them discriminating against someone with a child. I can tell you from personal experience, I've never felt that way bringing my child. I've had to bring my 18m baby a couple of times and the people there have been so nice and even held my baby a couple of times. I typically bring my stroller and some snacks as well in case my baby is squirmy so they're not on my lap which is helpful. If I need to bring him, I also usually schedule first thing in the morning during the week. I think being thoughtful about how you bring your kid and time of day is important and probably one of the reasons the other person had a bad experience. I was at the salon getting my nails done this afternoon when I overheard a nail technician kicking out a mother due to her whining baby playing with his iPad. The nail technician became extremely aggressive with the customer and forced her to pay a cancellation fee, even though they were the ones making her leave. She tried to reason with them and explained that they were the ones responsible for her departure, so she shouldn't have to pay a $38 cancellation fee. However, the manager and nail tech kept insisting and even threatened to call the police. The customer was clearly frightened and ended up paying. Both the nail technician and the manager were speaking negatively about the baby in front of the mom. This was my second time visiting this establishment, and I am deeply disgusted by their horrendous customer service. They should all be ashamed of themselves. Anthony Vince is a hit or miss. There are many employees who you know care about their work and reputation and they are quick to get booked up. On the occasional time that I've needed a last minute mani/pedi I've settled for taking the next available tech. Sometimes it pays off and I find new tech with skills to add to my rotation. On the days that I get my usual tech, I leave feeling pampered and relaxed. I usually upgrade my service for my pedicures, and feel like a whole new person! Recently, I had to take an available tech, and unfortunately, they left my nail bed damaged from using an electric file to prep my nails for a dip. I was trying to grow my nails out, but unfortunately, they became too thin after my last service. Each nail tech keeps nail clippers and other tools at their desk or in their pedicure station. I have noticed that after they use it on me it just goes right back into their toolbox and put it away. This is not come out of a sanitized bag or any kind of disinfectant... and just goes right back in so I'm concerned about cleanliness. read more

I honestly feel very disappointed. I loved going to Anthony Vince, however my nail experience was honestly nothing short of dreadful. This is from my experience of one time I went to the nail salon in May of 2023. I received chipping on a chrome nail polish when I never received chipping so early previous times I've gotten chrome. they used a new chrome polish rather than my typical chrome powder. It felt as if they were trying to scam me as a way to get my money because this set was $120 ( I added the rhinestones myself to hide some of the chipping because they were my birthday nails) I was shocked but still payed and tipped. I was so saddened and disappointed by the service that I received that I went back and asked for a retouch. The lady who was doing my nails was AWFUL and just painted overtop of the chipping. I even asked her to add rhinestones (I offered to pay more as well) and she rolled her eyes, scoffed, and flat out told me "no because im not sure if it will stay on with all the chipping" ummm then why am I paying this steep of a price for this horrendous outcome. I have gone back a couple times since this situation happened and still horrible service AND prices have gone up. Definitely have lost a customer who was going to you guys for 2 years. Save your money for a place that's not just looks and with a staff that actually knows what they're doing. read more

Beautiful ambiance, clean, water features, large selection of gel and dip color options, even offers a bar and seating area if your other half has to wait on you for your mail appointment. I have only been to this AVNS location 2 to 3 times, but every time I always enjoy my Mani Pedi. I've been to other AVNS locations in CO and love them all! I have also been to the ones in Wisconsin for weddings. Great company with a wonderful nail spa concept. It's a great new addition to the shopping center and I really enjoy working with a different nail designers that can do fun designs for me. Typically I get a dip base on my natural nails and then do some sort of fun design with French tips. I love playing with colors and neutrals too. MVNS has lots of color palettes for creative designs. For Halloween I'm dressing up as the Queen of Hearts so I asked Doan to do a Queen of Hearts inspired nail design (skinny modern red tip French, heart shaped French and tiny hearts on my pointer nail). She removed my previous dip powder, shaped my natural nails and also did the designs all within 90 min for $65 plus tip via Venmo. This place also only Accepts tips in cash or Venmo. Also this location has an amazing pedicure! Definitely do the upgraded spa pedicure for $80 with hot stones. It's lovely and also comes with a drink! The margarita or wines are great to sip on while enjoying the pedi spa experience. Plus the massage is fantastic and never disappoints. read more

Made an appointment the day before , they sent me a reminder text to my phone a few hours later, nice touch. On the day of my appointment, Steven checked me in , took my temperature and had patrons immediately wash hands at their beautiful wash basins. I picked my OPI nail color "An affair in Red Square" Henry was my technician. Chose the Royal Stone Massage pedicure $70. The scent for my pedicure was the "Romance " scent. As I sat in their larger, oh so RELAXING massage chairs, I sunk my toes into the soothing warm pedicure bath basin. Henry worked his magic and started away from clipping to pushing cuticles back. He had such a caring touch on my little feet. Pedicures are such a luxury for me, like going once a year to a shop luxury, I usually take care of them myself. I work hard and this was a very nice treat. For my chosen tier of service I was offered one complimentary beverage, a MIMOSA was my choice. It's 12 O'clock somewhere ! This spa is in high Covid compliance. Face masks , temperature taking at entry, gloves, high sterilization standard and not sharing of any kind of implements. No spa should be doing that anyway. Clorox wipes are at EVERY single station in use and there is 3 people wiping and cleaning constantly. Parties are spaced out, stations are spaced out of use. I've gone to this location twice now and I've been disappointed each time. This last time I went with my sister. ( I got a refill and my sister got a new set ). The lady I had this time asked if I'd want my acrylic shorter and I said yes but not too short. She showed me the first length and it was perfect but after she laid the new acrylic she filed my nails down pretty short. She also got her brush hairs under my polish and wouldn't redo it. My sister who was also getting acrylic the lady cut her cuticle so bad it was bleeding all day. The lady never apologized or anything. I followed Mimi from a different nail salon in Down Town Denver. I just moved here from LA last July and Im super picky about my Nail Techs. She tales her time and makes sure your nails are going to last. She doesn't over filed your cuticle when cleaning up edges, makes sure your tips are glued down so no fungus grows under, and shapes the nail beautifully. On top on that I was so impressed by Anthony Vince' Nail Spa from the second I walked in. I had been looking for another nail spa/ bar and was so happy to see they have one. The whole lay out of the place is gorgeous and makes you feel like you're a bad Bougie bitch. The nail techs are very respectful and friendly to you and give compliments as they walk by. My mom and I have been going here for almost a year now. I make my appointment, show up on time, tip 20%+. They have a nice salon and it's close to nice lunch and dinner places. We always got upgraded services. We spend $200ish here every other week. We will not be going back. It was snowing today, so we didn't want to wear sandals, so we both got no polish. Mom wanted buffed, and I just said no polish. The lady that worked on me buffed my nails anyway. Okay, maybe she misunderstood. They charged us $4 each to get our toes buffed. They did not inform us that this service would be an extra charge. When I said no, I was only paying the menu price, and they argued with me that buffed toes were always extea. Since when? Last winter and as recent as January, it wasn't. Also, I DID NOT ASK FOR THAT SERVICE. They did it anyway and never even checked if the extra charge was okay. I hope the $4 you scammed out of each of us tonight was worth it. You've lost two customers going forward. read more
