Personable, efficient, clean, spa like vibe, and gave me the best looking eye brows I've had in 27 years!

I wrote with this concern and asking for a refund but did not get a response…read more I took two of my adult daughters as a treat to Anthony Vincent Nail Salon on 7/29. All three of us asked for regular manicures, and confirmed several times we did not want gel polish. They directed us to the polish center and we each chose a different color. My daughter confirmed three times with the manicurist it was regular polish for her own nails. Our manicures were fine, though I noticed one of my nails was a little ragged the next day (not smoothly filed). When it came to putting polish on, my daughter felt the polish was going on very thickly and asked agin if it was regular polish, and was told that yes, it was regular not gel. After completion, a regular top coat was put on and we went to sit at the drying spot for the time they suggested. When we left, my daughter's nails were still thick and easily dented. We drove to Ulta and bought hardening drops, which did not help. By the end of the day, her nails were still thick and easily dented. She researched the name of the polish and the visual of that and learned that it was GEL polish all along. No wonder it did not dried. I had paid for all of us so I spent $30 for this manicure and a $15 cash tip and my daughter had to chip it away the same day. What an incredible waste of money. I wrote to the company via the web page and heard nothing at all. I've been to this location a number of times and never had a problem but this one makes me think I should not return. So, buyer beware. Update: the business replied so they could say on this reply that they did but no resolution was offered in my opinion. My daughter already had to remove and redo the polish so they cannot fix it and refuse a refund because that is the policy, even when they make a mistake. The polish was clearly wrong, behaved like gel, but the technician repeatedly insisted it was regular polish and would dry. More than five hours later, it still could be easily moved around the nail and dented. This is very unprofessional.

My story: Since July 2025…read more I've been battling liver failure, multiple sclerosis, and seizures, and have been in the hospital with both issues. I just wanted to feel pretty....after losing my career due to my health and more. The history: I've been a loyal client of this salon for two years without any issues. However, my recent interaction with this business has been more than disappointing. While my salonist Elona is a great person and very professional, the manager is the complete opposite--rude, judgmental, and hostile. The Problem: Poor color uptake I was ALREADY scheduled for February 27th for a redo of my full color hair treatment, which first only lasted three weeks, compared to the seven months it lasted before. But then get called day of they had to reschedule me because Elona got sick and the soonest they had was Sunday, her day off normally, but she was seeing other people as well. I was told she would not be able to dry my hair, which was fine. Day of appointment: Sunday March 1st Unfortunately, my car's CV axle broke, and I was stuck on E470 and was unable to make it, and she didn't have any other time that day. Today: I called today to make an appointment since I own two vehicles, but this time the manager picked up the phone and immediately I was told no. Completely unapologetic and didn't understand my situation. I explained that I had been through a lot and being sick, and that my liver and brain problems had made my hair look unhealthy, and paying $ 150 for my hair to look healthy for three weeks was not fair or right. I was willing to pay half the price, but all she said in a mocking tone was, "I'm sorry." It's disheartening to be treated so poorly as a two-year client. What really pisses me off was her saying it's the next month...what difference did 1st and 2nd make? You break policy 1 day and then go back to it 24 hours later? Conclusion: If you're considering getting your hair colored and then experiencing a personal tragedy, such as becoming terminally ill or losing a child or spouse, be warned that this manager won't care, in fact, will be inconsistent on following their own policy.
