Since being back in Colorado, I was looking for a nail spot since coming back to Colorado! I spotted this nail spot and made an appointment. From the outside it doesn't look large but going in there were plenty of stations and a lot of action going on. They had an iPad for check in whether you had an appointment or walk in. Seeking to find a nail salon closer to home, I decided to give America Nails & Spa a shot at the recommendation of my neighbor. After two visits, I have to say I'm hooked. STAR #1 - The location is great! I was previously driving to Lone Tree to get my nails done and between toll roads and the expense, it just really wasn't working out. Now my drive is much shorter, though the cost is roughly the same of my services. STAR #2 - Walk-ins are welcome! While this may seem like a given, I have had several nail salons tell me I can't have both a mani and pedi because they're too busy. Even though I am typically more than will to wait a bit between services. Not here! They will accommodate you every time. Love it! STAR #3 - I've worked with two different techs at this point and both have been friendly, helpful, and skilled at their craft. I started with coffin shaped acrylics because I wanted something a bit longer. Then I switch to almond shaped because it's just more my style and I can keep them a bit shorter. They both came out great! STAR #4 - Just discovered that they have a reminder service that help keep you on schedule for your subsequent visits. No need to stare at your nails trying to remember how long ago you got them done. Nice! America Nails & Spa has def be a great switch for me. I am really disappointed with my recent visit here. Prior to yesterdays visit I had been to this location 4x and had such a great experience, loved my nails and had no issues or soreness after. This visit idk why my girl was so aggressive, not personable (maybe having a bad day) and she made my visit not enjoyable. This is my treat to myself every other week away from kids. I couldn't wait for her to finish so I could leave and the day after my nails and toes were so sore, red/bleeding. This evening I had dinner with a friend at K+ HotPot and as I was leaving... I saw that America Nails & Spa was open. I knew it was a sign that my toenails needed to be tamed after almost two months of letting them grow free. Luckily, a nail tech was available to do the job plus give my fingernails a little pizzazz again. BEWARE!!!! I always get my nails and Pedi done here with Lee and she is great. I have gotten my eyebrows done before and it was fine. Today I requested to get my eyebrows done and was given to "Phuong" who is the lady that did my eyebrows. I thought all was going good until she told me that my right eyebrow has less hair and she was not going to take anymore off. I knew immediately there was a problem and asked for a mirror. I have hairy eyebrows and when I looked in the mirror my rignt eye brow is pretty much gone. I will never have eyebrows done here again and just putting out there that this lady will ruin your eyebrows. She clearly has no idea what she is doing!!! read more

I've used this business since moving here in May of 2022, and I can definitely recommend this company. I get acrylic nails done as I am allergic to the dip, and this place accommodates me without issue. The place is clean and well maintained. Also, there are many colors of polish and dips to choose from, and the nail techs are very proficient in designs and the latest trends. My nail tech is Oahn (one), and she is fantastic. I give her new projects to do on my nails every 3 weeks when I go. She also does pedicures for me and is very gentle as my feet are very sensitive and have had a lot of trauma in the past. First time here and first time having eyelash extensions done. I made an appointment and good thing. There were customers waiting outside when I got there. Standing room only! This place is sexy as hell. Every chair had a customer engaging in some kind of service Let's go into room #2. Gigi had me lay down on a table and she worked from behind my head for about 2 hours. I got the classic full set and they look amazing.The cost was $120 for the full set and you need to go back for a fill-inn about every 3 weeks and the cost is $60 for a hour of time. Gigi was so friendly and kind. She has such a calming voice and I think I fell asleep acouple times. Wooppssss! They do take walkins but I recommend an appointment as this business is so busy. I have been here in the past and been mostly satisfied. This past trip I got a natural colored dip. She rushed through my nails as quick as possible and did not speak to me one time. She even had a headphone in her ear.. My nails were a mess and there was dip all over my cuticles at the end. I pointed it out and she said "yeah, I'll get it". She never cleaned them up and sent me on my way. I can back to get them fixed the next day as I was not going to pay 40$ to have my nails look like a child did them- two nail techs in the front just kept shooting me dirty looks and looking me up and down as I was waiting for someone available to fix my nails. We come to this place a lot and pay a lot. Today however, they jacked the price by $20 more than we normally pay!! Even the employees were in disagreements over the price. I had to fight the price on the menu because she wanted to charge $85 for a set of French tips!!!!!!!! We normally pay $65, no design not add ons no nothing. Just watch the price they want to charge. Awesome salon. Very clean (disposable liner for the pedi tubs and new set of tools for each customer) and pretty. Quiet atmosphere, not a lot of talking with the employees, which I personally like cause I tend to zone out while getting my nails done. Massage chairs are nice, not a lot of setting options but still feels good. No magazines around, but a couple tv's on. Good selection of nail polish, some OPI colors. Basic pedicure included a good massage and hot stone rub. Classic manicure included a small arm massage. Mani and pedi with a tip for about $50. Pretty good deal. read more

If I had the option to leave a ZERO star I would. Im a frequent customer here and went on Saturday for a mani pedi and a wax. The woman doing my nails was nice however she clearly did not know the proper techniques for waxing as I now have a 1 in × 1 in wound on my eyelid after she waxed me. The mark did not appear until Sunday and became very red and painful. On top of that, the white regular nail polish I chose turned light brown after a day? And I don't use make up so it's definitely not something I did... I'm severely disappointed with this place especially since I really did like it so much... guess I have to find a new salon! read more

Waited too long to put a review for this salon. If I could give it 0 star I would in a heart beat. Started off good then the tech question about my occupation. I guess my occupation at Walmart must bother her a lot, especially if it'll affect her tip. Once I told her I work at Walmart her attitude change from taking her time to speeding through everything. She didn't bother to match the length on both of my hands and nail shape was uneven. Finally, at the register she saw me pulled out a 20 dollar bill but guess what? It was going to be her tip if my service wasn't LESS than 25 minutes for a 50 dollar dip and gel service. Even my boyfriend was shocked and said that I was gone in less than 30 minutes?! This was my second time into American Nails and Spa. Kayla, my nail tech (for my mani/full set) was AMAZING! She made sure I was happy with wbu thing from the shadow of my nails, to the final color. She was very meticulous with her work and friendly with our conversations. This salon is very fairly priced, extremely clean, well-ran, professional, and inviting. The only "negative" thing you could say about this salon is that it's very busy so you will most likely wait anywhere from 6-20 minutes but their work is so worth the wait--and typically the wait usually conveys that the work is exceptional! I will most definitely be going back to America Nails and will have Kayla be my nail tech again! read more

If I could give negative stars I would! This nail salon doesn't deserve a star or your money! If you don't feel like reading about my entire experience just know that this is not the place you should go if you want to relax and come out feeling and looking fabulous! Their technicians lack technique and skill. Their equipment doesn't work completely. And I will update once I find out how they handle a very disappoint unsatisfied customer. Here's my story I went with a party of seven that called ahead at least a week before to reserve time so that we could all get mani's and pedi's done. We all arrived pretty much at the same time but not able to sit together as we got our toes done. When asked how I wanted my toes done I showed the technician a picture of a marble design and asked if anyone knew how to do it. I was assured that it could be done and to pick out my base color. As I set there The water was so cold that I had to ask how do I turn on the hot water, but there was no room for it because it was full of cold water. To top it off the massage chair barely worked. There are options to have a more firm massage different types of massages but the buttons did not work. When it was time for me to get my nails done they did not give me even enough time to put on my socks and shoes even though my feet and my toes were dry before she rushed me to start on my nails. I had to tell the technician to takeoff one of the nails because it was crooked. As I kept looking at my other nails I noticed that they were starting to tilt a little to the left or right but before I said anything she quickly fixed her error and straightened out the nails with continuous filling. When it was time for the marble design to be placed on my ring fingers at least three or four other technicians came over to watch the lady attempt to do the design. As she started to do the design I could tell that she really did not know how to do it but she kept going anyway. When it was completed it looked like a died Easter egg that my three-year-old did for The Easter egg competition but LOST!!!I kept looking at the nail trying to decide what I could do differently but the technician doing my nail kept saying give me your hand I'll take it off I'll take it off. I told her to hold on let me look at it but she insisted that she take it off so I allowed her to take it off before I could think of a different design. Once the polish was off I wasn't allowed even asked to choose another design. Because of her lack of skill I was then rushed out without being satisfied with my nails and my feet. PLEASE NOTE that during this whole time I was never rude or showed that I was disgruntled. Like I said I was with a party of 7 and we all where laughing and having a good time planning what we where going to do next... So I originally wasn't going to write a review, I was going to chalk it up as a loss, BUT it had been three days and TWO of my nails have broken,and I can see a crack in another one!!! I wasn't doing anything strenuous I went to pick something up and it just broke, then the next day I went to open my screen door and pop there goes the other one! This was one of the most horrible experiences I have ever encountered. I would have had more respect for the technician if she would have just said she was unable to do the design. My suggestion is do not allow them to touch your hands or your feet! I'm going to go and talk to the owner and will update my post to let everyone know how they handle situation. ***Review Update*** I went back that Wednesday and asked to speak with the owner. I told them how my nails broke off she said, " We can fix for you!" Umm NO I said I wanted my money back! She called the owner and the owner said they would give me back my money, but they wanted the nails back..........Wow okay...so I happily sat down and allowed them to take the nails off. They refunded me my $55. I still wouldn't go back or recommend anyone to get their nails done here. read more

Pretty much everything was good, except for the paint job. Came in for a pedicure, I got the deluxe 1 with the Paraffin. The guy who did my nails was good. It was an extra $5 to remove the gel paint from my last pedi. After he put the paint on, he was immediately cleaning up so I couldn't sit for a minute to let it dry. My feet were slippery from the paraffin and walking in my flip flops to the front was a little difficult and my toes rubbed taking some of the paint off. I let him know and he fixed those two nails straight away. He tried to do it as I was standing at the register so I asked to sit down and he said ok. I could see that the rest of them didn't look fabulous either. And instead of putting me straight under the heat to dry, he wanted to take payment. The pay thing wasn't working so I just sat and waiting and the other more senior man came over to turn the heat dryer on for me. On closer inspection, after they dried and I felt them and I can feel lumps like there was something in the paint, or like I have nail dust under the paint. The callus removal is fairly good and he was nice enough. Not sure if I had John or someone else but the other guy who looked more senior was very nice and more thoughtful. read more

I had a professionally done pedicure unfortunately the location doesn't have clean protocols . Mask wearing is optional although the sign says it - it is not enforced , no hand washing is required . the smells are strong A client opened the door that made a big difference but prior door closed during this Covid season and it was beautiful outside .. fresh air is needed .. the floor is not kept up and the seats are not sanitized before sitting down . I saw the nail tables go from one person to the next with no sanitizing seat or table .. it wouldn't take much to start practicing cleaner standards I would come back . Unfortunately I won't come back .. the lady did a super job but my health is too important to go somewhere where it's not safe or clean for me and others . It is a shame but it's so so important for workers and clients to maintain a high standard of health and sanitation read more

Gigi is amazing! Great customer service skills and Best technique for eyebrows. Nancy is my favorite tech for nails. Everyone is always kind and courteous. Warm and welcoming ambiance, always accommodating for nail appointments and all services. This has to be hands down one of the best salons in all of Denver in terms of work quality. I really enjoy the outcome every time. I tried dip powder but didn't really like color, they were able to paint for me to my liking and even looked out for the safety of my nails every time. I have come here a few times and it was ok. I come because it's close. I just now went again and I was in tears. My pedicure gal was off To the races!!! Holy Moly!! She went So fast it was not enjoyable at all!! I watched the clock and my massage per Leg was 1 minute and the whole experience didn't even last 20 minutes. I told my gal and the lead person how disappointed I was and all he said was 'sorry.' I never post anything on reviews but this was worth letting the public know. My daughters do not come here anymore and now I know why. I will never come here again!! The prices continue to rise and the customer service continues to fall the low average!! read more

Tina was my gal she took care of my hands and feet. She was able to shape my nails perfectly (better than my regular salon in LA ). When I first came to the salon they had a long wait so I left and came back the next day, very glad I did. Beautiful nail salon! Very clean. I got a deluxe 1 pedicure, and it was amazing. Lily did my pedicure she was very friendly and attentive. She made sure she got all the dead skin off and she shaped my toe nails perfectly. The massage was excellent they use paraffin wax, hot stones and exfoliate your legs and feet! I would definitely recommend her for a pedicure I haven't been to any of the other techs. read more
