My nail tech first of all was way too aggressive with my nails--they hurt SO bad after getting extensions. Also, the nail's themselves look awful. There's paint on my cuticles, the nails are completely lopsided and different lengths, and it's overall just a poorly done manicure. My wife and I had an appt at 6 and the techs didnt get started on us until 6:40. My wife only wanted classic nail polish and her tech threw her attitude. She would stop working on her for minutes at a time just to talk to the lady working on me who was doing a better job. During her upgraded pedicure her tech forgot to massage one of her feet since it was the end of the night and she couldn't wait for us to leave. We came here regularly but will be checking out another nail salon for our next one. read more

First picture is my nails done from another salon. The other pics are from classy nails. I asked Nancy (nail tech) to reshape my nails how they were in the picture and to make them the same length as they once were. She started with my pinky and could not get the shape right. Nancy also made them too short. I was started to get frustrated and I could sense she was getting frustrated. She started talking to her coworker next to her in Vietnamese. Little does Nancy know is that I am half Vietnamese and I can understand a good majority of it. Maybe next time you talk crap about a client in front of their face maybe double check to see if they understand the Language too. Come to classy nails If you like each of your fingers to look unsymmetrical, different shapes, different lengths, and have the employee talk crap about you for 30$. First time coming here today based off of closeness to home and great reviews. They did a great job on my pedicure and was very thorough with my cut and paint job. They had a new technician do my nails but they turned out great! I also got a eyebrow and lip waxing done which was painless and at a great price. I went with my friend and sister for a pedicure. We had an appointment, and they saw us right away. They were very busy for a Saturday, but seemed to be understaffed for how many people came in. I don't think that's anyone's fault, as you can never really tell when you will be busy. The staff was incredibly friendly. And we all really enjoyed our pedicure. They also have so many polishes to choose from, most places I have been to it is half the amount. It was very clean. Did I mention how friendly the staff was? Went here to get my nails done with the dipping powder. I asked for the technician not to do my nails thick. My nails we so thick and uneven. She was filing my nail on the sides and got my skin. Not gentle at all. It hurt to be honest. She didn't attention to what she was doing. She kept look back over her shoulder I do not know why. I ended up taking my nails off. I didn't even have them on a full day. It took me an hour and a half to soak the crap off my nails and I still have chunks on my nails. I honestly would really like my 60 bucks back but I'm sure that won't happen. So please do not go here unless you want thick chunky uneven nails. Went here to try getting a refund on my nails and the manager Kevin would not give me a refund. There is a sign in the door stating no refunds. Maybe I wouldn't need a refund if my nails were done properly and with care. Not filing the sides of my nails down to the skin to where they hurt. They said they would redo my nails but I dont want them redone. They hurt and are now very thin from helina taking a drill to them. Do not go here. read more

My daughter has been here once before with no issues. Today, however, we were both left unsatisfied & disappointed. My cuticles were chunky and not removed all the way. I had to get them redone twice in the shop & eventually just did them myself when I got home. As you can see in the photos, there was still a lot of cuticle left on the nail. My daughter got an acrylic set with star details. Not even 1 hour later, a lot of the stars have simply fallen off because they were not sealed in properly (also in photos). Many of the other stars are lifting up and scratching her and her clothes. Will not be coming back here again! read more

I went here after my husband had a great experience with a pedicure. I made an appointment for a Saturday. I did have to wait but not too long. Everyone was professional, wearing masks and social distancing. I got a dip manicure and definitely was one of the better ones I have had. I will definitely be going back! read more

Classy Nails is a great shop for any services you need. I went in for a new set of lacquer nails and Helena is great! Doing whatever color or design or shape that you want - that is her priority. Last time she did ombre' for me and they were beautiful. The shop is clean, the staff is very very friendly and I really don't think the word "no" is in their vocabulary - meeting their customers' needs is all they want to do. read more

My cousin took me here for the first time today. I'm from Los Angeles, CA .... and boy, was I so at peace with the atmosphere and the kind ladies who catered to us. Unprofessional location. This salon had an employee's kid running around which was a distraction to both the employees and the customers. One time, the kid went and pushed a cart filled with supplies which was dangerous for her and the surrounding customers. Because no one was watching the kid, she proceeded to run around and bother other employees who were actively working on customers which wasted both their time and the customer's time. I even saw at one point the kid had gotten close to a customer's feet after nail polish was just applied which could have ruined the application. I completely understand that sometimes kids need to tag along with their parents when there is no one to babysit, but at the end of the appointment, I saw that there was a room in the back that they could've easily sat the kid in, so that she would not be a distraction to the work environment. The end product of the manicure ended up looking like shit, and I definitely attribute part of the bad quality on the fact that the employee was distracted and kept looking at the kid who was running amok. read more

As soon as I walked in the service was not the best. Then it just got worse. This woman tried to persuade me to get a different type of nail done then I had asked for. Then when I showed them a reference photo for the design I desired, they argued with me for about 30 minutes if they could do it or not. On top of that once they started the nails they made the base uneven and they kept cutting me with their tools. In the end they messed up the shape and design but the nails look ok. I have lived in the Aurora area for about 1 year now and have tried what I feel like is every nail place around the Aurora area. I stumbled upon classy nails by accident and I am loving them. Their shop is cute and clean. I went in, and always have gotten pink and white, but wanted to try the ombre and I absolutely love them. Helena is fabulous and has done a wonderful job on my nails every time I have gone in. I can call and get in the same day and everyone there is so nice. I really wanted to like this place, and I tried to. The people were friendly and accommodating but after spending almost $100 all my nails came off. Not just pieces but full nails fell off easily, a couple times at work which was super embarrassing. Don't go here for eyelash extensions they glue the lashes to your eyelid instead of isolating and applying them to your individual eyelash

I'm not from around here but I stopped in for a fill and a pedicure -- amazing work and customer service on all ends! My only complaint would be that they did my manicure and pedicure at the same (which is a personal preference that I don't love) time, but I just didn't think to ask for it to be done otherwise!
