Rhonda was so nice and accommodating and I was able to get in super quickly. The actual salon is very new, clean, and updated, and they have a really good selection of colors. I am visiting from out of town and hesitant to cheat on my nail lady back home, but I feel so much better knowing that I am getting a solid pedicure. I am still in the chair so I haven't taken a photo of them completely done w the gel polish, but you can see how much attention she gave to my cuticle and my desired nail shape. Executed very well. Originally loved that they had an online booking system but the past four times I've booked online and gotten no confirmation. So I have to call in which completely takes away from the convenience and honestly, not wanting to make a phone call factor. Prices are reasonable but the last time I got a dip manicure it was by a newbie and it started chipping and peeling away after three days. And I'm talking short nails, one color dip. I'm basic. It's supposed to last three to four weeks when I've gotten them done here and other places. I would come here for a basic pedicure but nothing else. Even then, it's now a last resort for me since I want consistency and reliability and QL just doesn't provide that.

They won't trim your cuticles or clean your nails prior to paying for acrylic or gel. They legit charge you very unethically. Today I got charged $8 for cuticle clean up and charged for nail shape!! I already had this same nail shape, it was a fill. The total came to $55 for fill, plain gel, nail shape. This was with a 5 % discount. They do try to tell you the cost up front, but that cost always changes each time even for the same thing. April has the nastiest attitude!! Also, they talk crap about you and other customers(turn on your translation app and you can see for yourself). I hate tipping her and I always do, but today was the last day I will give them my business. I go regularly every 2 weeks, not anymore!! They not only lost me, but they also lost my daughter. But when I got there the nail tech seemed to be very bothered, so much so that it made the conversation a bit awkward. I did notice they cleaned up my cuticles so they get a star for that. But I got my dip done in silence and when the nail tech finished I noticed she didn't clean up the dip that was on my cuticles, as in not on the nail.
