I've been going here on and off for about 10-12 years, and every time I think it will be different and every time I leave feeling like I wasted my money and time. I always leave with a sore toe and a grown in toenail (due to cutting too short) on my big toe every single time. I get very bad callous on my feet, & I always pay extra for removal... and yet, I never leave much better than I went in. Basically I paid $65 for a new grown-in, painful toe and polish. After 10 years, I've finally learned my lesson... drive a little farther and get a lot better! I recommend Jadore in Parker or the nail salon near Kohls in Castle Rock. Both places will treat you better, not leave you with extra issues, and always fully remove my callous. read more

The pedicure was good and they did great with my mom, who is in 70's and got a pedicure and a manicure with gel nail polish. But I asked if they had Gel X, they said they didn't but they have a special tip with dip and gel polish they do. Sadly I didn't notice until days later that the shape of my nails were rather lumpy, not fit to my nail bed all that well, and now are breaking off - it has been about a week and a half maybe. read more

This is the closest salon to my house and I go here often. Everyone is very polite when you arrive and they have a good selection to colors. I only do pedicures and waxing and I am very picky about where I go (I'll drive further if I need to) because I have sensitive feet. If it's too rough or painful I'm not coming back. Had a fantastic experience here today! They have a huge selection of polish colors and they are labeled with the coordinating number for the gel polish. The regular pedicure is only $30 and so worth it, they even use hot stones! I also got a gel manicure my tech was so precise, it took some time but my nails came out perfectly. This salon is horrible. If you're thinking about going here, do not I walked in to have my nails done and now they are completely ruined. I spent three months growing my nails out for a appointment when I got there. The lady doing my nails asked me if I liked the length. My nails had been super long and I had a previous set of nails on before. I then proceeded to tell the nail tech. Yes, I want the same length. She then proceeded to tell me my nails were too long and that she didn't like them so because of that she decided to chop them off she had cut off more than half of my nails length and now they are short and very crooked. Very low selection of dip colors, so I went with a sparkly white neutral when I hadn't looked at the color it was a white base with glitter. I had told the nail tech that two of my previous nails have broke so I had tips on them, and she still continued to cut them the same length as my two nails that were broke when I had asked her if she could just put on extensions instead, like I had before done at a different salon. Then when we called to complain, she then laughed giving horrible customer service when we confronted her about her work. If you were looking to go here, don't terrible salon terrible service, cheap products I didn't even bring my dip down to the beast so they look grown out. read more

I love this place. They always greet me by name and they are very nice and Professional. They have a clean facility and very relaxing atmosphere. One thing I love is their hot stone pedicure as well as the fact that they do not use drills. Everything is by hand including shaping and filing nails and buffing nails. I will never return here. It is stated in multiple locations throughout the salon that they prefer tips in cash and not on a credit card transaction. I did not have any cash and knew not to add tip to my receipt. The owner/manager questioned me 10 minutes after I paid as to why I wasn't tipping. I explained that I didn't have cash as required by their sign. She said I needed to tip them. I asked if tipping was optional or a requirement? I was extremely offended by her requiring me to tip. I have never felt so bad. I honestly still can't believe she required a tip prior to me leaving. Getting a pedicure is supposed to be a pleasant experience and if that's what you are looking for I would recommend you go elsewhere. read more

Out of everywhere I have EVER been to do my nails or get a pedicure this place is the absolute worst. I went there and got horrible service and swore to never go back. Well I should have mentioned this to my 16 year old daughter Bc she went there and got the worst nails I have ever seen. They were really long and very thin, she realized this and told the lady before she left. They told her that they would be fine. So she paid and left. Paid 50$$$$$ for white tips dipped in "acrylic" wow! Well 5 days later shocker her nail broke (getting her card out of her wallet!) I went back into the salon with her to get her money back and they made a huge deal out of it saying they didn't even remember my daughter, asking if she had really gotten her nails done there?! REALLY?! They said the owner wasn't there and we needed to talk to her so my daughter went back the next day. They refunded her money but get this!!!! They cut her nails off first?! This place is a freakin joke. They suck at nails, unprofessional, rude, unsanitary and talk about people the entire time your in there. I enjoy this nail salon a lot. It's very nice, calm, and relaxing. The best thing? No chemical smell! I never feel pressured or victimized by the upscale that happens at some of these kind of establishments. I came in and they got me in right away. I asked for pink and white acrylic nails. She glued on white tips, painted my nails with nail glue and dipped it in acrylic powder. They were thin and uneven, and she couldn't file my nails correctly. I will never come back to this nail salon, they're a joke and can't do nails. read more

I have been coming to ten nails since I moved to Parker last July. I had two bad experiences in a row where the tech cut my nails and toe nails way too short. I feel like I was a cat that got declawed. I have been in pain for the last three days and have had to take Motrin to fall asleep at night. It hurts to wear shoes and socks, and my finger nails are cut way too short too. I will not be back ever again. I'm sure their is a place that is a lot cheaper that will actually listen to the customer when they tell them that they are cutting their nails too short, rather than just ignoring them and doing what they want to do anyway. I love coming here! When we moved across the city, I was sad that I would have to find a new place, but man am I happy! It is always clean, relaxing, and they do a great job! At the end they also give you a little shoulder/neck massage. They have baskets they set your purse in so they are not in the floor, which I appreciate! They also give great leg massages. THEY DON'T DO ACRYLIC!!! I called and asked for a full acrylic set, they never mentioned that they couldn't do that. I showed up with acrylics and it took them 45 minutes to take them off ( I also mentioned that when I called) when most places it takes 5- 10 minutes. After that I just went with a regular manicure. My daughter and I went in for pedis and we got right in the chairs. They started on my daughter first and 20 mins later my feet were now in cold water and no one was coming to do my feet or say anything to me. I dried my feet off and put my shoes on and 4 employees ran to me and said oh 1 more min we will be with you. I said the point of getting pedicures with my daughter was to get them at the same time not one at a time. Oh we are sorry please stay. Love this nail salon! About a week before I got married I was down to the wire, stressed, and needed to get my toes done. I was shopping at the King Soopers and saw this place in the same strip mall and thought well why not check it out. I walked in and within minutes I was in a really nice massage chair while a really nice man was massaging my worries away. I'm not kidding, this is the most relaxing nail place I have ever been in. I know a lot of people like the chatter and appreciate the relationships you make with your technicians but I am not that person. When I go for beauty I am looking for a little R&R and to walk out of there feeling relaxed and a bit better about myself and this is the place for that. It is quiet, they keep the talking down and place really enjoyable classical music. It is very, very clean. Decorated very nicely and modern. The pedicure chairs are really comfortable and they do there manicures on these nice looking chairs that slightly recline. They massage your shoulders while your nails dry and the pedicures are through and they last forever. They offer shellac, have tons of color options and have tea and coffee out to drink. $ 25-30 dollars for a basic pedicure, and worth it if just for the 45 minutes of relaxation it gives me.
