I have been here a few times now to get both dip and hybrid gel full manicures and fills. Each time has been with a different person and they have all done a really great job. The latest guy named Tim was VERY attentive trying to make it absolutely perfect so if you are someone who might get OCD about your nails, ask for him but honestly everyone has been great. they have tons of color books and serve wine as well. I've never made an appointment and just walk in. They have many people working especially on weekends so just walk right in and get your nails done! I have not done a Pedicure but there's always a lot of people getting them so I assume they are good. They did just recently change their policy and no more tips on credit cards so bring your Venmo or cash. read more

I don't get my nails done often unless I am travelling but the past year or so I have been visiting bedazzled and have always left content. This place is clean and staff is nice. I usually get dip nails and they do it nicely - I've tried multiple staff here and everyone does a good job. We also came here for our usually family pedicure sessions and that was. I will keep coming back and recommend this place. read more

Thy started my pedicure by telling me that she stays busy, so doesn't need to do my pedicure next time. She said anyone in the spa can do it. Soo, I thought this was a little strange asking me to give someone else my business, but I thought maybe she just doesn't like doing pedicures.... Ok, that's fine. It definitely has the feel of a used car place, with all the upselling. First, the pedicure & then the acrylics.... I need this & I really need that added on, & on & on.... And if I say no, she acts annoyed. Well, she insisted I get a full new set of acrylic nails (of course which costs more money). And then it would be an extra fee to remove the ones I currently have. She said that my older acrylic was lifting, which I was completely unable to see. I told her not today on the full set, maybe next time, to which she told me that she did not want to do my nails next time if I didn't get a full set. I have always looked forward to my mani/pedi days, but the times I've been to Bedazzled have been so stressful, I just can't wait to get out of there. Well, no worries Thy, you got what you asked for.... I'm more than happy not to come back to your salon. I have found a nail spa with great reviews & they were happy to take me, so now I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment again!! read more

Acrylics by Anna Very pretty and clean salon, you get complimentary drinks which is great! Me and my mom booked an appointment and we were very rushed, it was busy so we understood to an extent. I had Anna and my mom had Patricia, they both seemed annoyed, impatient, and in a rush. My mom got dip and her nails were cute but thick, one of her nail beds was completely destroyed and she ended up having to get them off because of the pain. When she got them off she could see that she was in pain due to her nail bed being drilled so thin. Unfortunately I didn't get a picture. My nails were cute and Anna did the design I asked for but the design was smudged. read more

So I've been coming here for years even before the ownership changes and I absolutely love Patricia. Unfortunately when I came in on Monday Patricia was on vacation so I had to get someone else to do my nails. They assigned Deedee to me and I have to say it was not a pleasant experience. I gave her a sample of what I wanted and it did not at all come out the way I wanted. She was rude. Trying to change what I wanted and instead of asking me to move how she wanted she would hit my limbs in the direction she wanted. Then she goes to ring me up and when I go to pay she decides I was not paying enough, erased everything and charged me much more. I have never had such poor service here as I did with her. I will be sure to only book with Patricia from now on. I have posted pictures of what I wanted versus what she did. You can't even see the glitter because she buried it under the pink powder. read more

I just went here for the first time. The lady COMPLETELY drilled through the middle my nail and it was bleeding quite a lot. I told her I don't think paint should even go over it but she put it on assuring it'd be okay. I informed her I would not be paying full price. She told me she would take ten dollars off- being $45. then at the end she tried to tack on an extra $10 for cutting my cuticles? Being $55 ( which she also gave me a cut from doing that on another finger). I refused and she scoffed at me but I told her I'd only be paying $45. The finished product of my nails isn't even that good after all of that and my finger is in extreme pain and now I've been soaking it to TRY and avoid infection. I'm VERY upset with this place and do not believe I should have paid a DIME. I will not be surprised in the least if my nail falls completely off. read more

Tiffany did a fabulous job on my acrylic fills w/gel polish (also, reshaped them to a perfect almond shape) & my pedicure w/gel polish. She's very professional and detailed. I was taken care of by Jade - and she was fabulous Took care of my much need feet with a Pedi and recommended the Paraffin wax - which I agreed to. Next was full set of white tips - extra short as I requested since I didn't really want nails but were to short naturally to make white tip. DO NOT go here! My basic 30 minute manicure ended with my finger skin cut and now I await an infection. Photo attached. I was told by front desk person sharp objects are used at the salon. Wow! Run from this place and tell 10 people to do the same. read more

Horrible experience, they add on random pricing at the end of your nail visit without making you aware ahead of time. Spent $180 for a pedicure and full set. Somehow 4 nails with a design equaled $15. When I came back for a rebase and asked for shorter nails they didn't do any shorter and tried to charge me for "length". When I asked to have them redone they wanted to charge me again to fix what I wasn't happy with already. Extremely uncomfortable experience, my nails were crooked both times and they clearly don't value customer feedback or making sure the customer is happy. read more

Nails look great but ring fingers are two different sizes and shapes and they charged 10$ for" special filing" like what is that? And. I always vouch for bedazzled nails, always. I have recommended them to countless people in Parker and that ends today. Two days ago I got my nails done by Patricia, who I've gone to for over two years. They didn't look anything like the sample nail which is why I chose it and I had asked her to lighten it about mid way through. She said she did, I never saw it get lighter....I told her I would sleep on it and see if I liked it any better. I didn't. We also have family photos this weekend and I have a work meeting next week and the nails I wound up with were just not appropriate (to me) for either and truthfully, I hated them and they were nothing like what I had picked or wanted. Every time I looked at them I was thirsty to pound a tequila sunrise. The ombre was poorly executed, but most importantly - the colors from the sample nail vs. the nail I got were completely different. I texted the owner (that I've again, known for two years) and said the sample nail vs what I got just looked nothing alike. She asked for photos of what I asked for vs what I got. I didn't have the sample nail photo, but sent her a photo of my nails and she didn't reply. I came back in this morning to get them redone and to get a pedicure. I had asked Gigi (the owner) for just a discount (I did not even ask for a free service, just a discount!!) and she was actually at the salon and told me that I had picked those nails and all they would do is buff off the purple and keep the pink to correct them. But the pink also wasn't like the sample nail and I hated it! So I said that. Again was met with "you picked this" multiple times. I've never been so shocked. She also said Patricia said she had told me she would redo them 2 days ago when I initially got them done (she never said this, but if she said it 2 days ago, why would it not apply today?). Again, I have been coming here for 2 years. I probably spend over $2k here a year and this is the first time I have ever complained or asked for a discount to have something redone - not even for free, didn't even ask for a refund, etc. The level of what I felt like was disrespect I was met with was so crazy. I told Gigi that I would just get my nails done today (I was desperate to get these off), but then would never be back, and I meant it. Oh, then Patricia said she was uncomfortable and wouldn't do my pedicure - even though I said 100x it was not her fault the sample colors were way off. Some other guy did my pedicure, which was fine, but I couldn't believe the events that unfolded just from me hating my nails for the first time My mother in law stopped seeing Patricia awhile back because of her bad attitude and so did another neighbor and now, I'm joining that list of loyal customers that won't be back. read more

Honestly this place is just too hectic. NOT RELAXING AT ALL. Way too many people in a small salon packed in side by side like sardines, too loud with the music and everyone talking I can't hear my nail tech, too crowded my nail tech got bumped 6 times and had to restart my nails. I thought I'd give this place another try after my last experience but I don't think I'll ever be back. Service was great nails turned out great but when I get my nails done I want to be relaxed, not feel stressed and claustrophobic. I'm sorry. read more

Myle is awesome when getting your appointment I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED you ask for her. The first thing you do upon entering is wash your hands which in itself is an awesome experience. The ambience is soothing and the staff is wonderful. The menu of services offered is extensive so you'll have lots to choose from. If you're getting a pedicure you'll love the chair you get to sit in, the comfort itself is fantastic then there is the 12 different settings for a killer massage. Cleanliness and sanitation is phenomenal they even line tub you place your feet in. The package (mani/pedi) I selected included things I have never experienced before, but let me tell you it was outta this world. The attention to detail and your comfort is forefront and unlike anything I have experienced in all the mani/pedis I have ever received. If I could give this place zero stars I would.... I just left with what may be the worst set of acrylics I've ever gotten. I'm not even sure who I saw but I believe her name is Katie. Took max 40 minutes on my nails for a full set and shellac. My nails are all different shapes and all uneven. I now have to go somewhere else to get them fixed because my skin is stuck to the nail and I have chunks of the acrylic stuck under my fingernail. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

I have been coming here for few times now since the new ownership, and my experience has always been nothing but great and luxurious. Daisy and GiGi (the owner) are amazing. Do not go here to get acrylics.. I just went last week and spent a good amount of money on SHELLAC nails that have already broken off. The color looks horrible because it came off so easily. I don't even know if she put a top coat on. As far as the customer service.. the girls at the front are always very nice but the ladies that do the nails are rude and not careful. The lady doing my nails sliced my skin open and didn't even do my cuticles. The nail shapes were not good as well and you get charged for the length. It really only started changing for the better when I started seeing Stacy and using some of the products she recommended (specifically an acne peptide blend and revitalizer by Viktoria Dean). I grew up with acne, and so have always been obsessed with the proper care of my skin to avoid future scarring. I am so grateful to Stacy for her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care she has for her clients. She is so knowledgable - you can ask her anything about the particular lotions or methods she is using during a facial and learn quite a bit as well. Definitely recommend her and her services!

The facials are a holistic approach to skin tightening and keeps me from needing botox and filler, which I love! Before and after pictures were taken before I started the microcurrent series so I could see that it was doing the trick. A few years ago, I started using an at home microcurrent device thinking it could take the place of going to a professional. I was mistaken though, it doesn't give NEAR the results as the TAMA technology that Stacy uses. Night and day difference! I have a fair complexion with thin sparse eyelashes. I decided to try the Hawrych lash enhancer and it made an incredible difference on my lashes, they are substantially longer & darker now and the last time I went in, Stacy for real thought I had mascara on! Stacy is knowledgeable about all things skincare. Not only do I see an expert esthetician, I've also made a friend...can't recommend Stacy enough!

I made sure to tell her I wanted a detox facial and clarified again that the introductory facial price was $60. I went to my appointment and everyone was very pleasant and it was very relaxing. Bryce did my facial and she was amazing. She made sure to help guide me in the right direction about which products to use and did a spectacular job. I reached out to them again today and spoke with a "lead" named Tara. She was extremely rude, lacked empathy and had to attitude when I was simply trying to share my previous experiences and frustration. I do see that she's also been called out several other times on reviews due to similar incidents with her attitude. I feel like this is all intentional and that they do this so that they can keep the money that customers have already spent and not try to resolve it so that they can get their credits back . She also shared this is only something a manager or owner could handle however there is not a manager at this location for the entire summer. This has been ongoing for months . I am beyond frustrated as I have over $1500 in credits and no one can ever help. As far as their services, I'd never go to this location even though it's my "home" location. I use the Castlerock location, which is a different franchise owner.
