I have been here a few times now to get both dip and hybrid gel full manicures and fills. Each time has been with a different person and they have all done a really great job. The latest guy named Tim was VERY attentive trying to make it absolutely perfect so if you are someone who might get OCD about your nails, ask for him but honestly everyone has been great. they have tons of color books and serve wine as well. I've never made an appointment and just walk in. They have many people working especially on weekends so just walk right in and get your nails done! I have not done a Pedicure but there's always a lot of people getting them so I assume they are good. I don't get my nails done often unless I am travelling but the past year or so I have been visiting bedazzled and have always left content. This place is clean and staff is nice. I usually get dip nails and they do it nicely - I've tried multiple staff here and everyone does a good job. We also came here for our usually family pedicure sessions and that was. Acrylics by Anna Very pretty and clean salon, you get complimentary drinks which is great! Me and my mom booked an appointment and we were very rushed, it was busy so we understood to an extent. I had Anna and my mom had Patricia, they both seemed annoyed, impatient, and in a rush. My mom got dip and her nails were cute but thick, one of her nail beds was completely destroyed and she ended up having to get them off because of the pain. When she got them off she could see that she was in pain due to her nail bed being drilled so thin. Unfortunately I didn't get a picture. So I've been coming here for years even before the ownership changes and I absolutely love Patricia. Unfortunately when I came in on Monday Patricia was on vacation so I had to get someone else to do my nails. They assigned Deedee to me and I have to say it was not a pleasant experience. I gave her a sample of what I wanted and it did not at all come out the way I wanted. She was rude. Trying to change what I wanted and instead of asking me to move how she wanted she would hit my limbs in the direction she wanted. Then she goes to ring me up and when I go to pay she decides I was not paying enough, erased everything and charged me much more. I have never had such poor service here as I did with her. I will be sure to only book with Patricia from now on. I have posted pictures of what I wanted versus what she did. I just went here for the first time. The lady COMPLETELY drilled through the middle my nail and it was bleeding quite a lot. I told her I don't think paint should even go over it but she put it on assuring it'd be okay. I informed her I would not be paying full price. She told me she would take ten dollars off- being $45. then at the end she tried to tack on an extra $10 for cutting my cuticles? Being $55 ( which she also gave me a cut from doing that on another finger). I refused and she scoffed at me but I told her I'd only be paying $45. The finished product of my nails isn't even that good after all of that and my finger is in extreme pain and now I've been soaking it to TRY and avoid infection. I'm VERY upset with this place and do not believe I should have paid a DIME. I will not be surprised in the least if my nail falls completely off. read more

Horrible experience, they add on random pricing at the end of your nail visit without making you aware ahead of time. Spent $180 for a pedicure and full set. Somehow 4 nails with a design equaled $15. When I came back for a rebase and asked for shorter nails they didn't do any shorter and tried to charge me for "length". When I asked to have them redone they wanted to charge me again to fix what I wasn't happy with already. Extremely uncomfortable experience, my nails were crooked both times and they clearly don't value customer feedback or making sure the customer is happy. read more

I always vouch for bedazzled nails, always. I have recommended them to countless people in Parker and that ends today. Two days ago I got my nails done by Patricia, who I've gone to for over two years. They didn't look anything like the sample nail which is why I chose it and I had asked her to lighten it about mid way through. She said she did, I never saw it get lighter....I told her I would sleep on it and see if I liked it any better. I didn't. We also have family photos this weekend and I have a work meeting next week and the nails I wound up with were just not appropriate (to me) for either and truthfully, I hated them and they were nothing like what I had picked or wanted. Every time I looked at them I was thirsty to pound a tequila sunrise. The ombre was poorly executed, but most importantly - the colors from the sample nail vs. the nail I got were completely different. I texted the owner (that I've again, known for two years) and said the sample nail vs what I got just looked nothing alike. She asked for photos of what I asked for vs what I got. I didn't have the sample nail photo, but sent her a photo of my nails and she didn't reply. I came back in this morning to get them redone and to get a pedicure. I had asked Gigi (the owner) for just a discount (I did not even ask for a free service, just a discount!!) and she was actually at the salon and told me that I had picked those nails and all they would do is buff off the purple and keep the pink to correct them. But the pink also wasn't like the sample nail and I hated it! So I said that. Again was met with "you picked this" multiple times. I've never been so shocked. She also said Patricia said she had told me she would redo them 2 days ago when I initially got them done (she never said this, but if she said it 2 days ago, why would it not apply today?). Again, I have been coming here for 2 years. I probably spend over $2k here a year and this is the first time I have ever complained or asked for a discount to have something redone - not even for free, didn't even ask for a refund, etc. The level of what I felt like was disrespect I was met with was so crazy. I told Gigi that I would just get my nails done today (I was desperate to get these off), but then would never be back, and I meant it. Oh, then Patricia said she was uncomfortable and wouldn't do my pedicure - even though I said 100x it was not her fault the sample colors were way off. Some other guy did my pedicure, which was fine, but I couldn't believe the events that unfolded just from me hating my nails for the first time My mother in law stopped seeing Patricia awhile back because of her bad attitude and so did another neighbor and now, I'm joining that list of loyal customers that won't be back. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would.... I just left with what may be the worst set of acrylics I've ever gotten. I'm not even sure who I saw but I believe her name is Katie. Took max 40 minutes on my nails for a full set and shellac. My nails are all different shapes and all uneven. I now have to go somewhere else to get them fixed because my skin is stuck to the nail and I have chunks of the acrylic stuck under my fingernail. Don't waste your time or money here. read more
