Love love this new nail salon!! Came to me as a recommendation from my co worker and I absolutely love Holly! She is super good, attentive to what you want and also uses the most natural and gentle effective techniques ever!! Worst mani/shallac ever. After the first day I had chips, my thumb nail was peeling off, and there were weird spots on most my nails. I only got two coats- the person who did my nails couldn't care less and messed up one nail and another person had to redo it. No massage, no lotion, nothing. It was not worth your money. I would've went back to correct but I don't live close. If the business owner would like to offer a free shallac to make up for this one, I would give it another chance but I would only work with Cindy. read more

This place single handedly made me hate getting my nails done. Between being completely ignored for the first twenty minutes to the fact that I paid nearly $300 for the worst mani/pedi experience of my life. The acrylic was so damn thick on my nails I struggled getting my wedding ring back on. Burned!Had a horrific experience while getting a pedicure here! Holly started working on my feet while the tub was filling and allowed scalding hot water to burn my foot. I screamed in shock, ordered her to stop and left. The top of my foot was bright red and I was in pain through the next day. Don't believe them when they tell you they have availability. They lie. Drove over, waited 20 minutes after my appointment time only to have them tell me they needed another 20 minutes. The place was dirty, too. I had to move used rags in order to sit in the chair. Plenty of other nail salons nearby...I suggest going elsewhere. read more

Services: Manicure, Pedicure THIS PLACE IS THE WORST! We called yesterday for a mani/pedi for 2 people. They said they could take us. Morning of the appointment 2 other people we knew called separately to see if they had availability around the same time for 1 pedi and 1 full set. They said yes. So the 4 of us show up at our appointment time and the lady starts to do my "mani." I had nothing on my nails because i had just removed my full set myself. So I Just wanted them to be cleaned up a bit. She spent a total of 2 minutes to do my mani. "Buffed" my nails which still have old acrylics AFTER she did that and then cut my cuticles where she made them BLEED! She didn't even apologize and allowed me to sit there with bloody fingers. And that was my mani. I sat in the chair for a total of 2 minutes. After that horrific mani. I sat down for my pedi. MIND YOU the 2 other girls who were with me getting pedis were sitting there with NOTHING being done. Not even soaking their feet because no water was turned on for them. The same lady who did a shitty mani came over and finally turned 2/3 water bowls on for us. Both of our water was freezing. Not even luke warm. She didn't cut my cuticles on my toes. Used instruments that were sitting in a basket that didn't look like they were cleaned after each use. Painted my toes. And moved onto the next person. NO MASSAGE. She didn't even use any lotion. So my feet sat there dry. The basic pedi says massage under the description and i got nothing. Then another girl randomly came out of the back and did one of my other friends toes. Then disappeared before getting to the 3rd friend who has been waiting with us. Let's just continue the horrific experience. The 4th friend was getting a full set. The same lady who did my toes had her soaking her fingers for 30 minutes. She didn't even have anything on except regular polish. Then she starts her full set. And during her set this lady who I'm assuming now is the owner leans over to the friend who's been sitting waiting and says hi i know you had an appointment but since there was 4 of you and not 2 of you we won't be able to do anything on you. WHAT?!? She made an appointment and the other 2 people CALLED SEPARATELY TO MAKE THEIR APPOINTMENT. So that friend said okay great. This lady literally turned away business. I told that friend that she was lucky because these services were so shitty. Anyway this lady rushes through the full set and it looks like actually trash. They are thick and not properly coated. No top coat was used. And they were not cleaned underneath. There is bubbles and uneven file job. Ridiculous. As we were there 4 people showed up saying they also had appointments and this lady turned 2 of them away to come back THE NEXT DAY and One said she would wait. Probably should've warned her to leave while she could. Do not say you can accommodate appointments when there's only 2 people working. This establishment should not be open. Find some more staff. And maybe sweep up the toe nails off of the floor next to the pedicure bowls before you sit people down to see it. This place is horrific. I've never been to a place this comfortable with having horrible costumer service and okay with costumers leaving with a terrible experience. Will never be back to this salon and will never recommend them to anyone. DONT WASTE THE MONEY HERE Our other friend who they told they couldn't do any services because they were too busy ended up going across the street to a much cleaner and nicer salon and got treated like a paying costumer should. read more

Very clean and excellent service!! I have problem feet and the extra care they take is amazing. I have had many associates and each one has done a great job. Cindi the owner is always the first to greet you with a great smile. If you get lucky to get her you will be so pleased with her massage! I would give 10 stars if possible!! read more
