My pedicure looks fine, but I paid for a bit of an upgrade and the massage felt like someone was just putting lotion on, so that was the first bummer.The manicure was worse. First off, she chose a really wide tip for my pointer fingers so they look disproportionate to the rest of my nails. Secondly at the very end I noticed my nails looked really grainy/speckly... almost like you can see powder under the layers. When the tech asked me if I liked it I told her that it looked really grainy and I was expecting it to look like the sample, which was a flat color. She said it's the dip powder and there is nothing she can do and that sometimes the manufacture changes the powder or something like that? I get that it's not necessarily your fault if that's the case, but I'm ultimately not happy with my nails and wish there had been some sort of offer to change my color or provide a credit for a future visit. I think this was the last straw for me, time to find another spot. But if you don't mind over paying for mediocre quality, then it's a great spot!

I garden, go bowling, do special events, bathe my golden doodle, cook, clean, without gloves and my nails hold up after a manicure from Kira Kira. I love Japanese hard gel because my nails grow fast, healthy, and remain strong, even after removal over and over again. I also love the quality of the products Kira Kira uses. I recommend messaging Doris via Instagram or booking on her website with details regarding your nail service. Definitely come prepared with a nail design in mind so that you also get an idea or quote on the pricing of your nails. Most of my Nail services will range from $150 to over $205 with tip and include the shaping, jewels/designs and removal of the previous Japanese gel. However, pricing really just depends on the type of designs, and time it takes to do your nail service. I'm sure more simple designs are under $100. If you are curious, then I recommend sending a photo of the desired design and then getting a quote from Doris prior to making your appointment. She is extremely transparent and really flexible during your nail service. My schedule is pretty chaotic and Doris is really flexible and also does late evenings. I am guilty. I prefer to come in every four weeks, but my schedule typically allows me to come in between 4 to 6 weeks if I'm not traveling. The quality of her nail services last up to six weeks even with intricate chrome designs with large jewels or designs. She is very accommodating, but due to safety and limited space, she does not allow additional guests during your appointment without permission, or allow young kiddos at certain ages during the appointment, drinks, or smoking in her one room private nail studio. Anyway, she noticed the disbelief look on my face and told me, if I have any issues with my nails to come back and they will fix it. On Wednesday morning, the polish started peeling off my nails. I went in on Thursday morning to get it fixed and was told by that same employee, who told me to come back if there was a problem, they will fix it. She told me that they can only guarantee the polish to last for two days. Imagine I spent $40.00, including a generous tip, for polish to last only two days. I use gloves when my hands have to be in water and the polish was still peeling off. This is terrible customer service. When I polish my nails at home, the polish last at least 7-9 days. I am assuming their products are expired because I can't understand that the polish was peeling off Ater two days. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE, THEY ARE LIARS AND PROVIDE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WISH I CAN GIVE THEM A 1/4 OF A STAR !!!!!
