My regular nail place is still closed for vacation, so I called OP nails to see if they could squeeze me in for a pedicure. The man who answered the phone, and my questions, was very polite. It's a spotlessly clean place, with new-looking pedicure chairs and sparkling clean iridescent bowls, which they line with disposable plastic for pedicures. They have a variety of luxury pedicures, starting at $30 for the basic (and I paid $3 extra for "callus care," which is normally included at my other pedi place) and going up in price and services. They offer luffa scrubs and scented soaks. I brought my own polish, but their selection is huge. The man who did my pedicure was polite and competent. They let me stay in the massage chair until my toes were dry, which I greatly appreciated. He also put a little oil on my toes before I put my socks back on, so the polish wouldn't smear. I will probably stick with my usual place for basic pedicures, because Le knows my feet, but I might return here for a luxury pedi if I want to pamper myself. read more

First time to have a pedi and dip there. One did my dip while the other did my pedi. One of the best mani and pedi I have ever had! They did a fantastic job and I was finished in 45 minutes. I loved it! Very friendly and made sure I was happy with the services. They use bowl liners for the pedis which is a plus. I will be going here for future services. read more

I have been going to this salon for almost a year now, I have never experienced anything negative while or after getting my nails done. The employees here are extremely nice, and I have never had anything but friendly interactions with them, today I went in for a Full set acrylics and pedicure, Nina did an absolutely amazing job with the set I got and although I did not catch her name the woman that did my toes did wonderful as well. If you are new to the area or just looking for a new salon I would highly recommend this one! Being in lone tree there's a lot of places that will charge you a lot more for Bad customer service and bad quality nails. read more

The people that worked there were very nice, but the price was a lot for short nails with a little design. Also as they were starting to come off my nails were so damaged. Nothing like any acrylics I've had before. Outcome was nice of my nails but when it came time for them to come off it was terrible. So much breakage. Came here on a cold windy day for a pedicure with my mom. We asked multiple multiple times if they could make the water hotter and they never turned up the temperature just turned the nozzle up. The water was cold the entire time and we were freezing. The ladies didn't make any effort for conversation just mumbled between each other. I understand some people don't want to talk the whole time and just relax but at least make an effort? It was very awkward. We also picked the 2nd pedicure option for a longer massage with the scrubs and warm towels and the massages were extremely short and the towels were lukewarm barely warmer than the water. They had 6 people working, 4 of which were doing mani/pedi and the other two were just hanging out. I was very disappointed and will not be returning unfortunately. read more

We recently moved from CA and I thought it would take about 10 nail salons before I found one that I liked but OP Nails 2 was the one! Friendly, clean, timely and best of all my nails look great every time! Doug is amazing and a fun conversationalist who does my gel nails perfect every time. I will definitely not return to this shop. The massage chair did not work. They didn't get all of my previous gel off of my nails before they started painting the next coat. They had to start over from scratch taking off the polish because the old polish was showing through. They did not use a base coat on my toenails. My nails and cuticles were all messy. My gel is not shiny. The place was not clean. It was a bummer to have to spend over $80 for an experience that was pretty bad. read more

This is the first 'asian' nail place I have tried that I had to wait for a manicure. I thought I would give it a try despite the one not so good review they got since it sounded like it was specific to her experience . Four manicure stations and seven sitting at pedicure stations but of those three being worked on ( the others were waiting for their toes to dry I suppose). I was then moved to an empty manicure station...hmmm...perhaps to make me feel like I was making progress? Long story short, they did a nice job but not sure it was enough for me to go back...but I guess we will have to see. :) read more

One of the best nail salons I've ever been too! The middle aged gentleman took his time and paid lots of attention to detail that is greatly appreciated. He wasn't the most talkative but still made sure to ask questions regarding how I wanted my nails. All my nails are perfectly shaped, the same length, and aren't too thick. My only complaint is a few small air bubbles in the gel polish, but if it really bothers you it's easy to fix at home. Will definitely be returning for my fill!!! read more

I've been to several nail salons over the years, but I've never found a place as good as this one. They have a diverse range of pedicures in all price brackets. I love the Nuskin pedicure, which is great if you're hard on your feet. Anne is the best! I can show her any picture of a design and she'll do it. I have been here before and did enjoy it but recently there has been horrible customer service. All the employees were talking loudly across the room to each other, I was never asked which pedicure I wanted, one employee was eating sunflower seeds at the manicure station with all the wheels just laying out on the table and when I left I noticed there was polish on my skin around my toes. I really like this place. All the techs are nice and do what you ask, instead of just half way. They also arent aggressive with upselling. Of course they will ask if you'd like a pedicure or a wax, it's a business. My old place used to be so aggressive and almost offensive with upselling, so this is a nice change. Pricing is on par with other...strip mall nail places. Very clean, I like being able to see their sanitizer machine, some places are very sketchy. The language barrier isn't an issue here, I can always get in an out in a good amount of time with the nails I wanted. I'm old school, I still love acrylic nails. The techs here don't torture my nail beds, and the nails don't lift in 4 days or crack at the slightest ding. This place definitely uses quality acrylic. I also love pintrest, so whatever picture I show them, they make the design happen. Best of all, they have their own version of a rewards program, if you become a client, you get a discount on service after so many visits. read more

I received a coupon in the mail for this location because it just changed ownerships and I was very impressed. It was clean, they were very friendly, it felt spacious (lots of nail tables and pedicure chairs). They got to me quickly and did a very good job. Absolutely no complaints and it was a very pleasant experience! I will definitely be going back. I got a shellac manicure and I have very short nails which are hard to paint on and Lily took alot of care with me and took her time to make sure the job was done right! read more

Worst nail place I've been to in awhile. Very dirty inside, I don't think they've ever cleaned the UV dryers for shellac.

The nail technician I had was very friendly although my shellac manicure was dull on all but 3 fingers. She told me that if I did not leave my hands completely flat in the light they would not come out shiny. I made sure they were flat and they were still dull. My 2 friends were shuffled from table to table and not given equal treatment regarding service. I did not return to have them fix my nails because I did not have time. So I can not speak as to if they would have made good on their service. I feel as though they were too busy to accommodate as many people as were in the shop at the time although acted as though they could. Therefore charging people full price for mediocre service. I will not return or recommend to anyone as I did on this day. read more

Although the owners are nice, their staff is not. Do not honor appointment times; walk-ins that come in before you will still get priority regardless if you schedule. Nail Art is limited to flowers...can't do any other designs and Jen refuses to look at a tutorial when you try to explain it. read more

First and second time I went was really good, they charged me decently, (better than a lot of other nail places around) however, my third time going there for a rebase they upcharged me for the shape I got (which they didn't before) and the color I got and it ended up being $50. I believe the price depends on who's doing your nails and honestly what they want to charge you and it's not fair. read more

Worst pedicure manicure experience I've had. I hate to be "this yelper" but this was APPALLING. My gel manicure took over 90 minutes, mid manicure I decided that I didn't want a pedicure.... the tech talked me into moving over to the pedicure chair to finish everything. The water was initially so hot it burned the bottoms of my feet which then lead to the experience with the man who provided service. My toe nail polished was smudged, all over my toes. I decided to write this post after I felt my heels this evening. I paid 30.00 for absolutely nothing. Never EVER go back here. read more
