Called for two of us Pedi and Mani. You would start with one tech then another comes over. Couldn't get a Mani no one there but one person doing their regulars. I watched one tech cleaned the tub even though plastic is used only hand soap to clean no disinfectant. Have no idea about the cleaning of the items used to do my feet. i got a gel mani. When the gel peeled off I saw that most of the white moons had been buffed down to the pink. I am so bummed because now they will be so thin when that part grows out it will be hard to keep them long. I wish I did not go here, as I will be paying the price for months. Also the way the cuticles were cut they are growing out jagged and with little spurs that will need to be constantly trimmed. What a mess they made of my nails. read more

Sup par nail salon. Not sure if everyone knew what they were doing. Had a gel manicure and it's 7/10. She didn't file my nails evenly. She somewhat cleaned it and it turn out okay. The outside sign posted complimentary free paraffin hand treatment then when I asked for it, the lady just said they don't know or didn't do it. Quite disappointed my friend did a pedicure and the water was hot and the lady wasn't communicating very well. Quite unhappy about it. I hope for a better experience for other people. All techs do great work but if you can get Nancy, especially for a pedicure, your day is made. My only complaint? I wish the tv was off. The $40 pedicure was nice but wasn't nice enough because I got an infection in my cuticle on my right big toe and have had to wait 4 days til it was okay to drain it...gross experience. Also I loved that they were attentive to my needs but the girl doing my nail acted like she was scared to even file my nails. The color selection for dip was scarce and it took me a little longer than normal to find a color I liked. I'm not impressed with the dipping technique at this salon, I don't think they are accustomed to it and they still need a lot of training. My color has broken 3 nails and has little break marks thru out the color and I've only had it one for a week. I'm not normally one to complain but when I work with my hands daily for 9 hours, I expect my $50+ nails to last. Sorry ladies , I will stick to my original nail salon read more

Not the place for me. My pedicurist seemed to be in training. Nails were not filed correctly. Paint was not smooth. 4 different lady's came to assist. Hygiene was not the best. See pics. Hands were not washed between customers. Towels stained or dirty. Nail Files were dirty. Water overflowed and soaked the floor and my shoes. It was a chaotic experience. Against my better judgment I had my manicure done too. That wasn't as bad of an experience but not the best results. Bubbles were left, see pictures. This was my first time back since COVID and I really have missed the excellent service and professionalism of this nail salon. The owner is always so friendly and really wants to provide excellent service. The salon is always clean and they are using a strict protocol to keep everyone safe. Their pedicures are amazing and they really take a great amount of time to pamper you. I am so happy they have survived the shutdowns as I know it has really effected them in so many ways. I received a flyer in the mail for this new nail salon. There were 3 coupons offered on this flyer. One of them was for a Free Manicure. It doesn't state that the manicure is free only with the purchase of another service. However, that was what I was told when I went there today. The woman that spoke with me said that it was a printing mistake that it didn't state that and it wasn't her fault. I told her that it wasn't my fault either and that she wasn't getting a new customer from me. She did offer 20% off but I felt misled and don't wish to do business with anyone like that. I made an appt for this place....I told the lady on the phone I could come at any time that day and asked her what time was best for them. When I showed up, I said I had an appt and was instructed to wash my hands and pick my color. I noticed that there were only a few employees and several customers walking in behind me. I was told to go ahead and have a seat at the pedicure chair and she filled the basin and walked away. The lady I assumed would be helping me sat down at another chair to help one of the other ladies that walked in behind me. After sitting for 20min, feet in the water soaking already wrinkled, I asked if my pedicure would be starting soon. She said no that she had another appt to do first. But she started her after she had me get set up in the chair and the lady had come in after me as well. I see now that she wanted me to be in the water soaking so I wouldn't leave because the wait was so long. I hired a baby sitter for this appt! They were so rude to me. I can't believe they ignored me and disregarded my appointment which I made for when they said was best. I watched them "clean" one of the basins after one of the other pedicures finished and it was not adequate whatsoever. Using a used rag with some spray cleaner to sloppily wipe and not even disinfect the chairs, headrests or massager remote etc is a scary thing to witness during a global pandemic.. there's other options for nail salons. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere. read more

Worst manicure I've ever had. I got a dip mani here a week ago and almost every nail has already peeled up at the base. If I wanted to I could peel them all off already - you can see in the photos if you look close you can see the discoloration of where the air is near my nail beds. I Had an appointment with one lady and then she kept getting up to help her coworker that didn't seem to know what she was doing , I spent 2 hours in there just for the dip. The woman left black product all over my fingers and was very rude when I asked her to remove it. it was very dirty and an unpleasant last experience. Meh. Not impressed. Pros: ladies smiled and seemed pleasant when we checked in, were very efficient at their job, my cuticles have met their match and I finally FINALLY have smooth nail beds! The place was beautifully designed with lots of lighting. Cons: no prices listed. (Side note: they have a small sign that says they prefer cash or check). Nothing fancy or special. Not impressed with the sloppy way my polish was put on. Within 2 hours it was already starting to come off from my nail. Left a hangnail on my thumb that I fixed later. They did do a quick arm/shoulder massage while my nails dried but in actuality it was more of a light shoulder/arm rub with hardly any pressure (not my cup of tea). In short: nothing fancy. Go if you want a simple slaying and moisturizing of your cuticles. Don't go if you need your nails to last for a wedding the next day. read more

2 hour visit and left not paying for my dipped nails. HORRBILE product of dip and do not believe they have master the dipped nail process. I have never had a pedi and manicure that took over 2 hours. The poor lady next to me was there for 3 hours. Do not get me wrong the pedi was wonderful however my nails look like a 2 year old panted them with 20 costs of polish. I am going back to my normal place to have the dipped removed and done correctly. Hopefully they can improve the technic and service time. read more

Been trying to find a salon that does silk nails which Fine Nail Salon advertises that they do. Stopped in there to double-check and make an appt. The manager was really unsure of times or days even though I had five different days I could come in. She did give me a tentative appt day and time but asked me to call back the day before the appt to make sure it was on. (Really!) I called twice the day before my appt to confirm and each time she told me she was too busy to talk and would call me back shortly which never happened. I finally cancelled when she said she wanted to call me back a third time. What kind of business are they running? Looked nice and new but boy the organization is sorely lacking. Maybe they don't really do silk and were scrounging around trying to find someone to do it for them. read more
