I've been coming here for years but recently didn't have a great experience. The lady doing my toes ended up nipping almost every toe on the side and then my polish job isn't great. She was nice but this isn't the quality I expect from this place. She used cuticle clippers to cut my toenails and one nail was missed completely and is much longer than the others. It was very painful and not relaxing. My good luck streak of not being cut run out. After paying $70 after a tip, I would hope that my feet looked a little nicer than this. I asked and showed a picture before we even started and asked her if it was something she could do (Anna) I was hesitant to try this place and walking in at 11am there was ONE other person on a saturday. Weird not the kind of vibe you would think for a nail salon on a saturday. I showed an ombre picture and said it could be done. Her and one other lady told me my nails were super short , I said okay yes i know this and kept commenting how my thumb nails are two different sizes (once again, yes i know its genetics) The ombre looks mediocre at best and wasted $110 dollars on these cheap looking acrylics. I should've trusted my gut and gone to the salon in Aurora. They don't ever talk about how small my nails are (i'm also very petite in size can't help that) and pretty much execute every time. Very nice staff, but I went in for an acrylic nail fill and I guess I got a gel nail fill? Ok fine, let's try something new. The girls didn't really know how to do a coffin cut, said my nails were too short....but I do the same thing at Bella V nails and they can do it every time. They did nice on the design and the toe nail polish change...until I went to pay and they charged me $40 for a toe nail polish change!!! I questioned it again and Anna said, yep, that's the price...it's like a pedicure. It's not but fine. Went to Green Tea nails for a pedicure but wound up also getting my finger nails lightly taken care of too. Didn't ask for that but I guess it came with the package I selected. Although the package I selected was for $45 and I walked out throwing down $95 (including tip). I have NO CLUE how it got so pricy, so before you get anything done, confirm prices with your tech!! Over all, it was a nice time, nice atmosphere... And clean. Very clean. However, I just think it was FAR PRICIER than it should have been... Which is why I'm only giving two stars. I got the green tea pedicure. They did an amazing job. Very relaxing and thorough. They put a lot into it and it lasted a long time.

Came in for a walk in appointment on Sunday afternoon. They were quite busy but still managed to squeeze me in which I found quite lovely. Karen did my pedicure. I got a honey mask hot stone pedicure. It felt amazing and my feet are so soft and wonderful afterwards. Karen did a wonderful job. She did a Beautiful pedicure while also being efficient, sanitary, and courteous. I would highly recommend this place. read more

Definitely don't go to this salon for acrylics. I showed them what I wanted and they said they could do it. They put glue and then sprinkled powder and repeated. I was happy when I left but upon closer inspection, am not happy at all. One nail is already lifting and I just got them done. The polish is streaky and the nails are lumpy and uneven. They're not even straight. I wish I noticed this at the salon so I could've had them fix it. Pic of what I wanted and what I got. $75 later. I want to start off with the positives. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I got a pedicure and I didn't feel rushed, nor did I think it took an unnecessarily long amount of time. It was just right! I received the best foot massage of my life, and the tech was thorough with all massages, exfoliating, etc. I even received a brief shoulder massage at the end, which was unexpected but very appreciated! Now for the few negatives. I thought the pedicure was overpriced. I'm used to paying $25-$30 for a pedicure but this was $45. A little too much for me. The polish on my nails is so thin, it looks uneven and I can see my nail in some spots. She also didn't use a top coat. Also the nail file used on my toes was disgusting. I would guess it's been used on 50 people before me. I'll attach a photo. For this reason alone, I won't be returning. I'm not trying to catch any nail fungus! read more

I've gone to this place many times and I always had an okay experience but when I went in last year I asked for a full set of ACRYLIC nails. I told her that over and over again but as my nail artist puts on my nails she does dip. I ask for a simple design for my nails and the lines were smudged and messy. Well I've been going here for quite a while now, so I feel it's time to write an update. Usually, I go in for waxing, not nails... but about every couple of months I'll do a manicure and pedicure here. Mostly because the manicure doesn't last very long on me with the work that I do, so I generally don't bother. Anyways, the waxing has been pretty decent, sometimes I get someone really great, and other times I feel like I should have gotten a discount for the job they did. I'm not one of those people that are always trying to go back to the same techs every time I'm in. I don't make appointments and I'm generally there on a weekend. Recently, I did the manicure and pedicure, and because I don't do the fake nail thing I can't complain about the price or the quality. I do feel that is better then several other places I've been to. Really, the only reason I am downgrading my review is because like I said, sometimes the waxing is excellent and sometimes not so good. Also, for the fact that I go in as often as I do, and tip as well as I do you think that the employees here would recognize me and be a bit friendlier, but they are not. I haven't been to this salon in a very long time, but I plan on coming here again and again. I was very excited to come into a clean and relaxing salon environment. The staff are very professional and friendly. After having a long week of work, I decided to come here to get an acrylic manicure with my choice of nail color. I loved the wide selection of colors and I chose a creamy white color. Hannah was my nail tech and I was very pleased! She was very friendly, but also very efficient and did a beyond fabulous job. The salon and very clean, and feels more like a spa than a lot of others that have an outdated, kinda dirty, located in a shopping center type feel. They don't offer acrylics here, which is a little disappointing, but they do silk last time I checked which is a good alternative. They do have SNS and gel. Just curious when businesses could force you to pay 17% gratuity. Very rude when we walked in, didn't talk to either one of us the entire 30 min it took to paint our nails, did such a horrible job I wasn't going to tip much anyway and then charged $130 adding the 17% gratuity. Covid has affected us all, doesn't mean you can automatically add more gratuity than you would receive anyway. I won't be back! read more

Yes I am a connoisseur of great pedicures! Went to Green Tea nails in Parker today and paid more than I ever have for a plain pedi and walked away with a lot of dry skin left on my feet and an uneven round shape instead of the square shape I asked for at the start. I think this may have been the guy who worked on me's first go around. He was unsure of which tool to use and missed several steps in the normal manicure. read more

I have been using Green Tea Nails since they opened in 2008. I am extremely pleased with their professionalism. This nail salon is very new and clean. The massage chairs are wonderful, the decor is very upscale and the nail technician's attention to detail is great. All the tools used for services are sterilized in an autoclave and I have never seen a Dremel used on anyone! Every service includes a wonderful shoulder rub at the dryer. I have had both manicures and pedicures and have brought my 9 year old daughter with me on multiple occasions. They are always very sweet to her and have gone the extra mile in giving her little designs on her polish (last time it was tiny polka dots on her purple toe polish) that she grinned about for weeks. I would also like to comment on a previous negative review. I have never had a problem with language at Green Tea nails, there are a few of the nail technicians may be slightly limited in language but far more who are not. I feel the characterization that no one speaks or understands English in the shop is inaccurate and unfair. I have waited for a pedicure only once when I came in with a group of 3 women, without calling ahead on a normally slow weekday. When we arrived the owner of the store called in an employee who was not scheduled to work and she was there within 20 minutes - I was impressed. I also have some concern regarding someone reporting second hand. The reviewer was not present during the alleged mistreatment and is reporting based on her 14yr old daughter's interpretation of the situation. I cannot say enough positive things about the Green Tea Nail salon - I think it is a peaceful place where the staff is top-notch and the integrity of the owner is high. I have recommended this salon to all of my friends, some of whom drive from Castle Rock because they have been so pleased with their experiences. Update 10.28.2013 While I still really like Green Tea nails I am changing my review to four stars because I feel it is not quite as great as they were in the first two years of business. This is a great nail space. Super clean (I'm a licensed cosmetologist) followed all state board requirements. I had Hannah for a honey and hot stone massage pedicure and Gel manicure. It was quiet and peaceful. Nails look awesome. I often don't upgrade my pedicure because it's typically not worth it, this was, hands down the best pedicure I've ever had! I went here for a manicure using dipping powder. My nails had bumps all over them and had streaks of white. Also I had dried base coat and top coat around my cuticles. I also got my eye brows waxed they missed so much hair, I had to go back and do my eyebrows again. read more
