We called to see if they had any room for three manicures and they were able to squeeze us in. We were greeted right away very kindly. The atmosphere in shop is so welcoming and warm. Ann did my manicure and I will say this is close to one of the best manicures I've had. She was very kind and fun to talk to and my nails came out great! The owner was also very attentive and on top of things. They also had you pay before the nail polish which I really appreciated because it's always the worst trying not to ruin your manicure getting a card. Overall, 10/10 experience for what you pay. I'm sad I don't live here because this place would definitely be my go to, but I will be back the next time I visit. read more

I had the BEST experience here! The staff welcomed me as soon as I walked in & promptly started on my nails. I chose gel tips, which they educated me on how they don't harm your natural nail & are very beneficial in growing your nails out. The service was very relaxing. Jin was extremely detailed & gentle. Came in for pedicure and sadly was disappointed again. It seems to be hit or miss on how much time they give you. The tech took both my feet out of the warm water after 2 seconds, literally just dipped each one to get them wet- no soaking at all. This is necessary to soften the skin in order to slough off the dead skin. Then she spent less than a minute scrubbing each foot, even less on the sugar scrub. She rushed through everything except the massage for which she used a timer. The entire pedicure including paint was about 25 minutes. No surprise in the poor result of my pedicure. I pay for a pedicure to get the luxury of relaxing and soaking my feet and coming home with baby soft pretty feet. They were not busy at all, so that wasn't the issue. I've never been offered something to drink, as I noticed another reviewer said. I have never seen any kind of sanitizing going on with tools and such. I hope the owners will read this and put some things in place for consistency, health and safety and customer satisfaction. read more

Sara, the owner of the shop, spent more than 20 minutes discussing options for my nails. They have always bee very thin and they split into the nail bed. I've had acrylic and hard gel but nothing seems to help. She took into account my history and how I use my hands. After our discussion I decided to try a silk wrap. Kelly actually did my silk wrap and took great care with my natural nails before putting the silk on and paid a lot of attention to the details. It's really important to me that the cuticles are neat and the line of the silk/polish is even and neat. Kelly did a wonderful job as you can see in the picture. When she was finished applying the silk, she gave me a very comforting hand and forearm massage, and while my nails dried Kelly gave me a lovely neck rub. The ambiance in the salon is so calming; the music is peaceful and the conversation is relaxing. Every time we're in Denver, this will be my nail salon! read more

Came for a quick pedicure the other day. I try to go once a year. The pedicure was fine (I am certainly not a connisour) but the women were nice and I think they did a good job. They also offered extended foot and leg rubs which I paid extra for. At the end, they had me sit in a chair and gave me a short neck and shoulder rub. 30$ for the pedicure and neck rub was worth it for me. read more

My grandma, mom and I called last minute one evening for pedicures because we had a little of time to spend together and they squeezed us in even though there was not much time till close. Everyone working was so kind and took extra time with each of us. My sweet gram did not get color on her toes while my mom and I got gel pedicures. Just moved to Parker and this was my first time here. I called on a Saturday and got a same day appointment for a gel mani and a pedi. My technician was Dee and she did a great job. My nails look fantastic and she was nice and gentle on my cuticles. Hot stone hand massage was a nice touch also. Pedicure was nice and the massage chairs are easy to use. I was done with both in an hour so not the longest I have had but I did not feel rushed at all and it was very relaxing. I was happy to be in and out and ready for the rest of the day. The manicure I received included a hot stone and a shoulder massage at the end, and my nails look really fabulous. This nail place is okay. The people are very friendly, very nice. But the quality is just okay. You get callouses on your feet from walking around a lot, and they didn't even address those during my pedicure. Why would I pay 35$ for a pedicure that doesn't even fully take care of my feet? My toes looked amazing though. It was a very nice painting job. It has lasted a few days so far, so we will see how long the polish lasts. My sister got her eyebrows waxed and they looked pretty great, even for the most part. This salon doesn't do acrylics, and I wanted to get mine done after my toes. I was disappointed they don't do acrylics. That's one service every nail salon should offer, a lot of women in Parker wear fake nails. The workers were very nice and talkative, which is a great quality for someone to have that you have to spend an hour plus with. Overall experience, ok. Would I go back? Went for a standard pedicure and had a spa hour! The pedicure was very good. My nails and cuticles were tended to gently and look great. The leg massage was so nice. My technician didn't rush and I felt like I was being pampered. But to top it all off, when I sat down at the drying table, the technician rubbed my shoulders! So a family member of mine told my sister and I to go get our nails done here because that's her normal spot to get manicures. I never like making bad reviews about certain people so I'll go easy. I had Lora and she was very cuticle happy. My nail beds are raw now. She was very particular about how high and low my hands were and that was kind of annoying considering she would be holding them in place. Otherwise she was very kind an my nails turned out pretty good for white nail color. The atmosphere was calm and the other nail techs there were nice and welcoming. I used to go to the "other" big nail salon place in Parker. I always felt rushed, and honestly having a guy do a pedicure was always a strange feeling. However, since I discovered Milano Nails, I've been in heaven! It's never full, they offer great variety of pedicures and manicures, it is quiet, clean and they take their time to make you feel pampered. Sure you pay a little bit more (maybe $3 extra per service) but it's well worth it when your nail tech spends a whole hour massaging your feet in the "regular" pedicure.
