I walked in to see if they had availability for a pedicure and they were happy to take me right away. Super friendly, they told me to pick a color and they drew the foot bath. I selected the basic pedicure and there was no pressure to change my mind-- really appreciated this. Kelly was the nail technician who was assigned to me. She was so friendly and very meticulous with every step: cleaning, cutting, shaping, messaging, painting. This was honestly THE BEST PEDICURE I've ever had. I just had the most amazing pedicure service I've found in years! We are extremely picky about pedicures and nail services, but Nail Time Salon just blew it out of the park! Extremely friendly ladies, comfortable atmosphere and it smelled great in there. I was so impressed by the cleanliness (every tool was sanitized and disposed of properly for cleaning), my nail color is perfect and without any ridges which is something that's bothered me in the past on pedis. I originally came here to get a pink and white ombré but they made it so uneven it didn't look good so I asked them if they can just paint over it and they were kinda rude about it. I'm going to be 100% honest. This is not the place to go. I had an awful experience. & I will not return ever again. Or recommend anyone. I went in & asked for a dip manicure. I asked for a square coffin shape. & I did not get that, the lady filed my nails & then had her coworker try to get the shape. I should have picked up the file & done it myself. The shape I was asking for was not complicated what so ever. Not to mention the bumps all over my nails. They are not smooth. I was also cut many many times. In the pictures I listed. I painted my nails white myself so you can see the shaping & all the bumps. & you can see how irritated & swollen my cuticles are from being cut. I also asked for ombré & if this is ombré then something is wrong. This is a straight line. At the end of my service the lady said it would be $60 no way was I going to pay $60 for something I could have done better myself. She finally lowered it to $30. Which I still personally think is ridiculous for what I received. I called the day after to let her know my nails were swollen from her cutting me. & she didn't do anything about it. I'm just so beyond upset w my experience here. I will not return to this salon. read more

I met my daughter here for pedicure . If you have not been here lately you should try it again. They have all new chairs and salon furniture. They do a great job on pedicures and my daughter gets her gel nail polish done here too. The prices are better than anyone in the area. read more

Typical asian nail salon. Techs only spoke to one another in another language. Kept having to ask her to trim my nails. Cheap pedicure. Maybe the polish wouldn't smudge if you used toe seperators. read more

Ok, so I don't typically write reviews, but I was so annoyed today, that I had to voice m opinion. I've gone to this salon about 4 times. The owner is very nice, but the last two times, I've had technicians that were just ok (rough with the sanding, not really careful about accidental nicks on my cuticles, and uneven nail painting jobs), but nonetheless, today's experience sealed the deal for me. I had a rather disgruntled technician. She was quick and rough to sand off my old gel no chip nail polish. At times, during the sanding, she must have gotten too close to my real nails, because, it hurt. Then she proceeds to put acrylic powder on my nails, I stop her because I prefer gel nails. She goes back to another room, and gets another powder. The nail polish I chose seemed to be thinned, and I asked her if she would put on another coat. She gave me a look, but did what I wanted. Meanwhile, another sweet technician did my pedicures. Because my foot was so moistened, I couldn't tell until I go home, that my heels were still rough. I ended up getting my own foot file and doing my own sanding (i'm not sure of the right term for it.) She was very nice, but didn't concentrate on the real purpose of a pedicure, which in my opinion, is to smooth out rough heals and trim cuticles. When I went to pay the bill, the manicurist charged me an extra $5 for the gel powder (I wondered if she was annoyed that she had to put an extra coat of nail polish... 2 more minutes of her time). Her charge was $40. That said, unfortunately, I thought I found a nail salon that I could use when I am in town. I will never go back. read more

Literally the worst salon I've ever been to. Did my nails gel next day they chipped off and one broke. I went to fix it and not even four days later two more broke. Went in to fix them paid $10 this time because they wouldn't do it for free after barely a week. Today the diamonds fell off that I did yesterday and then same two nails broke read more

BAD BAD PLACE. Terrible experience. Went there for my daughter's wedding mani/pedi and they did a horrible job on everyone. One person put the polish on so thick , it never dried and 4 hours later smudged when it touched something. And bride had chipped polish after one day. And the other person had her male cut the cuticles so close, they hurt. And of course they refused to make any compensation. They don't know how to do nails correctly and cut corners. Don't go here.
