I've been going here over 10 years! Great mani-pedi every time! They have new massage chairs and they are AMAZING! I did have a chip once, came in to the salon and they fixed it immediately! read more

These nail techs have really gone downhill and we will definitely NEVER be back. Me, my daughter & her friend got full sets of acrylics. They were all chonky & super thick. They didn't get the nail shapes right on any of us even though we tried correcting them over & over. They were mostly crooked - I mean REALLY crooked & deformed looking... and within just a couple days, almost all of my daughter's & her friends's nails had broken off and mine were coming off in pieces. I couldn't believe I spent so much money for such utter crap. I hid my hands for days until we found someone else to repair their gawdawful mess. I'd give them zero stars if I could. read more

Awful place. I used to come here but stopped over a year ago. It was such a nice salon at one time. I stopped by today thinking I'd give it another try. I thought I'd heard it had a new owner. I walked in to very rude people. They said 5 min but after sitting in a chair 20 minutes the gal came over and brought the same tools she was using for previous customer. I asked her if they sterilized their tools? The gal walked away and said if you want sterilized then bring your own tools. I got up with wet feet and walked out. As I was walking out the door the gal was yelling at me in Vietnamese. With so many good nail-salon choices in town do not go here! This place should be closed down by the health department! read more

Awesome prices and great work. Nail dipping is only $30 everywhere I called around here was $50-$60

Great job on pedicure and nails! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nail salon! Great prices also!

Spare yourself the pain of bad and frustrating service and don't go here. Honestly an inexcusable attempt at getting my dip nails removed and now going home with the remnants of the acetone/dip powder mixture all over my hand... when I asked them to get it off? "It will come off when you wash your hands..." read more

This place SUCKS!!! Spend the extra $10 for 100% better quality. I'll never come here again and my family will never come here! Worst Place Ever read more

Best sanitation and have plastic barriers between you and nail tech. Trained in sanitation and takes temperature of every client. Plus beautiful nails read more

I have some serious problems with ingrown toenails. My first visit to Iconic my tech, Susan did an amazingly thorough (but painful) extraction. I had no pain until normal growout. I went back but Susan was not there so another tech did my pedi. She was not nearly as thorough and within two days I had pain again. This time I had Susan again, and she dug out the sharp point that had been missed last time. Of course it is painful, but necessary. I will be back regularly now that I know that Susan knows how to treat ingrown toenails and make my feet pretty! read more

Very nice workers, they were able to take our large group in for pedicures without any wait!!

I took my daughter and aunt for mani pedi and the owner was totally rude! They are unsanitary ! I wouldn't take my dog there ! The owner doesn't care about what the customer wants, she would rather argue in front of all clients in the shop! ''Tis shop is the worst life experience that I have ever had ! I can't believe they are aloud to operate a business in this city and county ! I observed They didnt wash their tools and used them on one person after another. They get zero stars ! I do not recommend them to anyone ! Do not take a chance on getting infections ! There are many nail shops in Castlerock that are wonderful and clean !! read more

They don't sterilize their tools! Yuck! I walked in for a pedicure and they took me in right away. However, I felt rushed out of there. She did my entire pedicure in about 15 - 20 minutes. As I was sitting waiting for my nails to dry, I noticed she took in the next customer she used the same tools she used to work on me. I hope I do not catch any fungus. I will not be returning. read more

This salon is owned and operated by a husband and wife team who speak Vietnamese as their primary language, but also have very good English skills. They have upgraded their entire salon with brand new massage chairs and are very Covid compliant. Each pedicure has a lined foot station and that is changed out after every customer's use. They also have sterilized utensils for each customer. The tools are removed from a plastic bag that has been sealed and sterilized, and only used on you. Between the worker and the manicure client, there is a hard plastic barrier so protection is given. They have an amazing selection of colors for dipping, gel and other types of finishing products. Because they are short staffed, you must call ahead for an appointment. At times, they can take walk-ins, but it is a better experience if you make an appointment. I have been going here for over 10 years and have never experienced or seen them using the same tools on people over and over again. Those claims, I believe, are just false. read more

Got a walk-in gel pedicure. The women there were very nice and got my cousin and I in right away. The pedicure turned out great, just got the basic because I have allergies to fragrances, so no lotion or scrubs for me! Since I didn't get the massage for my feet the technician was kind enough to move me to a separate chair when I was finished and massaged my shoulders, neck, and arms. As other patrons walked in the women were so friendly and warm welcoming. I will definitely be returning again. read more

Great place! I went in as a walk in and felt so totally pampered! The pedicure and manicure are very well done and relaxing. The ladies here made me feel welcome and I will most definitely be back and I will tell my friends. The back massage was amazing! read more

This is the worst place . My daughter had her nails done yesterday had to go back in the next day because the tech didn't listen to what my daughter wanted gave her squared she wanted round. The cut off her natural nail to the nubs the acrylic is uneven and thick. Even when we returned to have them fixed the tech was not listening to what my daughter wanted very rude and rushed us out as fast as they could. On the third trip in for the same thing I had to show them what she wanted the tech then shortened the nails to much did not fix the top coat but did finely get the shape right but I will have to take her somewhere else to have them done correctly so they don't come off which when we got home they we're already lifting. I will never recommend this place to anyone. read more

Yesterday, my daughter and I were in Castle Rock to have a bite to eat and walk around. At the last minute we decided we wanted a mani pedi, so I recommended we go to Iconic Nail {as I enjoyed both experiences prior). We walked in and asked if there was time for both of us to have our treatments. They said yes. I then left my daughter to get started and I went to the car to grab my flipflops and make a phone call. When I returned, my daughters pedicure was already finished and they were almost done with her manicure. Mind you, I was gone approximately 5 minutes {a manicure pedicure treatment should take a lot longer to complete}. This was the first red flag. Then I sat down for my treatment and the woman doing my pedicure was extremely aggressive and rude. Mani/pedis are one of my favorite things to treat myself with and have never been so disappointed and treated so poorly in my entire life. I have never left a zero tip but did so yesterday. Having owned my own business, I realize how important it is that the owner or manager understand what is going on so they can address the situation. So.... I drove back and my daughter went in to speak with the owner or manager privately only to be told that she could not speak with her privately and that if we didn't like their services, we can take our business elsewhere. So i will take my business elsewhere and hopefully, others will as well. Laura from Larkspur read more

My daughter and I stopped in today for a quick polish redo for her. We had never visited this store before but were very impressed by Teta (sp?)! She went above and beyond and make us feel welcome. The shop itself is a basic 'nail place' but Teta's service was excellent! read more

Went in for a natural nail manicure. Did not get either a hand scrub or hand massage (I guess I did not ask for the right service). Service was really short with not a lot of effort put into it. They did, however, give a nice neck and forearm massage during drying. For the price, this seemed pretty average to me. read more

Love how much they pamper their costumers and how beatiful the polish is. However the pedicures always seem to lack proper foot care with regards to callus removal. The buffering tool used is never enough and I've continously left dissapointed with the look and feel of my heals. read more

Same complaint...they do not sterilize, or even clean their tools between customers...

I absolutely recommend this shop!!! I have been going there for the last three years and have loved every trip there. I definitely think the customer service is fantastic. I am very picky. The first time I went there I kindly explained what I wanted and asked them to correct anything I didn't like along the way. If you are kind and respectful they will show the same amount of kindness and respect. I did have an uncomfortable moment during one of my last visits but it had nothing to do with the business or workers. A customer came in to talk with the manager and instead started complaining about her visit with her group. So I waited until she finally left and asked what had happened. Apparently she had come in with her other guests to get pedicures but walked in 20 minutes before my appointment. I had scheduled four people for mani's and pedi's. Unfortunately the customer next to me had been dealing with these unruly customers her entire visit. They had left and come back to call the workers liars about having an appointment schedule and proceeded to sit in the seats so unfortunately there visit was rushed in order to prepare for me and my family. As long as you're a respectful person you will have a great experience. Don't be afraid to tell them your opinion on what they are doing, just remember they are humans too so treat them how you would like to be treated. read more

Horrible and unprofessional. I went in to have my eyebrows waxed, when the technician finished they looked like they did when I walked in. She also wanted to turn me away because I wasn't paying in cash. I just stopped in because I was in the area, the salon was dirty and disgusting also. Would never go back! read more

This was the first time having my nails done here. I had a fill done. I felt she rushed me through and she was not careful with the skin around my nails even though I told her I was very sensative. I can see the lines of my last application. I should not see those lines in my nails. Also she only put on one application of clear coat. I don't think that is enough to last until the next time. The one thing I did like was the lotion that she massaged into my hands and arms. It even felt wonderful the same night, my skin was really soft and not dry and the next morning it still felt great. read more

Went for polish and had great experience ...went back to have polish change to shellac and ten thousand times better!!! Great staff, great back massages during and while nails dry and great work!!! Titi I believe is the nail artist I saw and she is super professional and very very sweet!! They all made me feel pampered and spoiled when I left!!! read more

I so use to love coming here ,during your fill/manicure we got the best neck and shoulder massage well they quit that . Then they decided they don't want to take credit cards it is check or cash only .And no more massages .The pedicures were the best but now it is hurry you get you out no matter which pedi you choose Now all of a sudden to match your gel color on your fingers to match you have gel on your toes to match and of course it costs more so the last and final time I went the cost was more than I expected to get fingers and toes to match I am sorry up in price ,lack of service get me in and get me out and quit the massages I am so done I have to say had the wonderful massages continued and increase in price had the massages and great pedis continued I would have stayed So if you want to be ripped off with no benefits go here the folks are wonderful just quit all the wonderful benefits read more
