I have been wearing "pink and white" acrylic nails for approximately the last three years. I was interested in doing something different and trying out the "dip" for the first time. Tom took the time to explain the differences to me and answered all my questions. He also asked a lot of his own questions to ensure he understood exactly what I was going for. I ended up trying out yellow dip with a sparkle design, which is so completely removed from my traditional pink and white French manicure. I'm so pleased with it! Anytime I asked her to do anything different or more the way I liked it, she was pissed off. The final straw was when she left polish on my cuticles and I asked her to remove it before it cured and she was ticked and would not do it. Then after it was now baked into my cuticles, I asked her again to remove it, but instead of using nail polish remover, she cut it off and I started bleeding on several nails~ Then she told me she wouldn't do my nails anymore.
