First time there and I had to ask how to select my polish as no one even asked what I wanted. I had booked a deluxe pedi and mani with Kim online. Said my service would take 1 hour and 15 mins. My entire service took 49 minutes. It was so rushed, there was no relaxing. The lady was so distracted she only massaged my left leg, and I'm not exaggerating when I say the hot towel touched my leg for 5 seconds. Hovering over the chair for my mani she missed filing the corners smooth (see photo). Then we were told to get up and pay now. I had to go home and file my own nails after.
