When you have a beautiful soul it's meant to know a beautiful love even to your toes. OPI funny bunny white is always a good choice.

Every person who goes to a nail salon hopes a new person is discovered when they walk out with their manicure and pedicure. I think Luxury does a wonderful job spotlighting all your pretty glow. Van is my go to person here but every nail tech is really an expert too. Van is quick and I never have to spend two hours for a dip, mani and pedi. Even if I had to, she's so sweet and a great conversationalist. Plenty of stations and staff, always clean, this place is never short of customers. They have so many regulars and walk ins. I do love seeing how they take care of customers who return with issues of broken nails, chipped nails and go above and beyond to address those issues. I think most are done as a courtesy. It speaks volumes to me in an industry where salons are dime a dozen. Reasonably priced for their services. They also offer a stamp card for regulars. Parking can be nuts in this strip mall which is nice they offer late hours for their services. Come here, make self care your poetry and your manicure and pedicure art.

We LOVE Luxury Nails and we won't go anywhere else. Abbey is amazing... takes her time and cares about her customers. Everyone in the salon is super friendly too. Thanks for be awesome Abbey!

The nails they did

My nails popped off a day after getting them done. I called and asked to get a refund. Tina told me to come in and they'll look at them and I can get a refund. Once I got there, there was an issue with them giving me a full refund and they would only give half or they can take off all of my nails and re do them. I said no cause i'm not getting them done for them to just pop off again. They also were not what I asked for in the first place. This place is horrible and so is their service! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Update 3 days later and they all popped off would not recommend save your money!

Best salon in Aurora. My nails look amazing every time. When I show them a picture of what I want, they make it look just like the picture. I get the organic pedicure. This is the best pedicure service I've ever had.

Rushed spa pedi

Rushed. We had appointments for 2 pedis and waited almost 20 minutes to be seated. Once in the chair my friend waiting another 10 for her technician to begin. My pedi was rushed and the woman was paying attention to the front door the entire time not what she was doing to my feet. Won't be returning.

Horrible acrylic rebase job at luxury nail salon
Melissa R.

So I have been going to this nail salon for about five years now. I continue to return because the employees are friendly and greet me by my name. I genuinely love that about this place. However, unfortunately, their care and service continues to get worse and worse. They often file my skin instead of my nails or shave away my cuticles with those spin tools, which may seem like no big deal, but hurts like crazy and leaves me bleeding every time. It happens now every time I go in. My nail beds also grow up underneath my nails, higher than the average. They all know this about me and I remind them each time I am in. Yet, one of them is shaved off with a quick, hot, burning swipe of a tool. During my last trip to the nail salon, I left with several shaved cuticles and nail beds. Additionally, my regular French manicure looked atrocious. You could see where the last acrylic nail was and my nails were terribly bumpy, not smooth at all. I ask for the same French acrylic manicure rebase every two weeks. The service seems to be taking less time each time I go, with unappealing results. See attached pics.

Before I complain about anything... let me just say that you get what you're paying for at Luxury Nails and Spa. For a full set of regular acrylics it cost $48. Me and my friend had gone because we had a recommendation from a friend who spoke highly of it. Right off the bat they made me feel absolutely stupid by laughing at me, but that's a personal feeling and may not reflect the same to others as it did to me. When the lady was putting on the acrylic ends, there was one that looked incredibly wonky and wasn't glued on all the way so I told her I was concerned about it and she did not acknowledge what I had said proceeding to do nothing about it. Then, she cut them way too short, which, yes, I could have mentioned, but I was in a "trust the process" mindset and was already not impressed. I always get almond shaped nails and I have never had worse shaping of nails than today. Each nail was a different length, shape, and pointed in a different direction. It seemed like they put on the polish way too fast and didn't let the under layers dry on both of our nails. Even after sitting under the light and fan for 20 minutes, they still weren't dry. The top coat seemed fine, but when I went to open my car door, I accidentally tapped it and messed up two of the nails because the under layers weren't completely dry. Lastly, they charged both of us $38 and when we were already in the car, she had run out, scared the living daylights out of us by tapping on my window, and made us come back in to pay the rest of it. I would have originally asked for my nails to be redone but at the end I just wanted to get out and literally never step foot in the place again. If you're looking for a place, I recommend La Bella over by Supercuts. They are only a few dollars more expensive and infinitely better. The picture added does not look anything like they look in real life. It actually makes them look good, but at least you can get some form of an idea.

First off, my eyebrows look fantastic and both the front desk and my esthetician were so kind and personable, but my full Brazilian wax..not so much. I have quite a bit of hair that just was just simply missed; from random stray hairs to full strips and places that should have been taken care of. I wish I was talking just some small little hairs I could just handle myself, but it's like when you miss a whole portion when shaving your leg after it's grown out. I've never had an issue like this and I've been getting waxed for a long time. But after paying $95.00 after tip and seeing the results, I was just very disappointed when I realized it. Obviously I can't post pictures, but if you saw it, you'd get what I mean. **Update** After my one star review Carrie (The Manager I'm assuming..) was quick to reach out and not even a day later I was in and all squared away. Thank you for making things right; I'll be back!

Vera did an amazing job and I felt really relaxed. The second time, I went to see Mr. Ken, the massage therapist. I work as a registered nurse and I've been on the hunt for a good massage. He really helped get knots out of my neck/shoulders and is attentive on how he can fix aches/pains you might have. The third time I came, I went to see the owner, Tina, who is an aesthetician to help fix my acne from wearing a face mask this entire year. I'm 33 and never had bad skin until this past year working in the hospital and wearing a mask (breathing in my own bacteria). She explained to me how bacteria gets trapped in the pores and underneath the skin and how an acne facial/chemical peel will help. I will be retuning to do a few more treatments but my skin is already glowing from my first treatment. She was gentle and very informative on what she was doing and she also gave me good advice for home skin care regimens. I'm making this spa as my gift to myself for health, beauty and wellness. Come check them out, you won't be disappointed

She recommended the eyebrow station so I made the trip to the castle rock outlets where it's located. I was impressed with the price, speed and quality service I received at the eyebrow station. The whole process took less than 5 minutes, it was painless and so affordable. Only $12 and $10 extra if you want to add tint (I want to try this next time!). I have been paying $60 to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted at my salon and now it feels like a waste of money. I really like the natural look from threading; you don't have to worry about having too much taken off. To my surprise, she was able to get all of the little hairs off under my brown line, above and the unibrow area. I don't understand how it's so effective, but it is! My skin is very sensitive and I found that I reacted to threaded much better than waxing...I've even had abrasions from waxing before but this is a much gentler and ancient form of hair removal that has a lot of benefits. 10/10!
