When I arrived for the correction appointment I told Valerie that I was back to have it fixed & she immediately became defensive! First she said "Well, you said you liked the color!" I replied... "Yes, I like the color but want it closer to my roots, not an inch away." She then told me it could be fixed however I would need to pay additional dollars. Hair dresser/Erin ended up fixed my hair & basically filled the one inch gap for a six day old highlight & then charged me an additional $15.00. Customers shouldn't have to pay additional dollars to have their hair fixed for something that should have been done right the first time! I wouldn't recommend incompetent hair dresser Valerie for highlighting services or the salon/barber shop as their customer service & sucks! Katrina E.
